(I had tried to purchase the 3-month plan for $33. The charge failed to go through twice, I tried to initiate it again and was charged $66. They refused to believe that I didn't do it on purpose or give me my money back. I told them I would dispute the charge in BofA and add my negative review to the ones already on BBB and Consumer Reports. Then I got the passive-aggressive "out of courtesy" email.
