She's fake and she stole my money and didn't even answer my question. Then she blocked me to ensure I couldn't leave a review please I'm telling you DO NOT call her.

Keen.com (the website) does not give a tinkers damn about you. They have teams of lawyers (barf) to make totally certain you have the slightest chance of any recourse or looking the "advisor" in the eye.

Ask "what did the cat say", where you lost your car keys: go for it. If you ask anything of importance to your mental emotional health you better be damn sure you have prior experience with the advisor you are asking. A small number of them have authentic skill and also wisdom and integrity. A very small number of them. Many or most have sketchy / partial skill, they may care about your well being but have limited authentic insight. Many are totally half assed and do not give a flying $#*! about you.

That is also the stance of the business, the website. They do NOTHING to weed out the people calling themselves "psychic" who are malicious only wanting to profit. Some have some ability, skill but use it to manipulate you for money without the slightest concern for your well being. Our culture, our legal system regulats psychogists, medical doctors, and other professions. Psychics are a grey area, culturally we have no ability to measure the qualifications and especially the ethical qualities of these people.

You need to be very careful because Keen.com doesn't give a damn about you.

I have one reader that Ive stuck with for a long time shes great and shes been 95 percent which to me is pretty darn good, Ive called a couple flaky ones too stay away from the high per min ones I tried a few and they were frauds imho. I tried Carrabien psychic and they were terrible and I did not like California Psychics at all either. I actually prefer Keen just carefully read the feedback see how long they have been on the site, stay away from the high dollar and the really low ones too I called a couple under 2.99 and yeah get what you pay for. Mine changes 4.99 she only goes up if she has to and it minimal, she follows up and if she knows you are low on funds and you really need her she throws you some free time and she always answers my mailings. Just dont spend more than you should, I know I did a few times because my reg wasnt on and I regreted it, keep a budget and dont go out of it, at my darkest point I called to feel better, my reg told me just send her a mail because shes not a leech

I love keen but unfortunately the last few readings have been inaccurate hopefully the next reading will be more accurate

December 22,2020: I get a Ping message from an advisor that I had ONLY ever left 5-star feedback for. I spent a FORTUNE with her. This is the message I get (after I had made the decision to no longer call her and stopped responding to her e-mails because she was 100% WRONG about something that to me was BIG. Here is the not-so-nice Christmas message verbatim: "You need professional help! I'm just sorry it took me so long to catch on." Now, this was from the the "psychic" that calls herself "Lady Esmeralda". Here is ONE of the things she was wrong about. My husband was over-charged by a thousand dollars by a new and unscrupulous dentist. "Lady Esmeralda" (as well as two other "psychics" on Keen ASSURED me that I would not have to pay more than a few hundred dollars to the dentist after we provided our documentation from our dental insurance provider, our payment records, and other documentation to prove that we did not, in fact owe the dentist ANY OTHER MONIES. Well, guess what? We had to pay every penny of the thousand bucks to the dentist, even though it was a bogus charge or risk having our credit ruined, and that is not something we are willing to do. She was wrong about some other things as well. You are better off talking to your dog, or a friend. At least, you would still have your money in your pocket. It took a while for me to learn, but I am DONE with Keen. Really, a SERIOUS waste of money.

I need a refund, this person used 16 minutes without giving me a reading. I am very dissapointed. Allthough she claims to take care of the refund i am not sure thats going to happend.

You cannot tell how a reading will go, but Keens customer service has been very good and I will always suggest them

1) blocked by psychics unexpected or been blindsighted
2) only once in a while get monthly of $10 or $25 credit to my account
3) only get credit if issue of reading with Keen
4) psychics are not tested will get average 10% accuracy from most psychics
5) Spent about $12,940 on their readings since Jul 2018 this time in hoping each time someone will be almost 100% accurate
6) Had asked for $750 refund of it but all they tell me is we credit every 30 days is all they will help me on
7) Gee got lucky that being a super high paying Keen looks like they had one time of $100 credit to do phone consult to nosey your business is what I had learned from their calling for this credit
8) Keen's IT is awful when calling or texting psychic, is too long to re-up payment or trying to add more money or it shuts down and sometimes psychics will leave on you
9) Other keen partner, like Oranum, Psychic Guild and possibly other ones will come to your email with promos to get you to buy but their psychics are awful too
10) Asked for one of psychics for refund $45 due to their on the side reading of meditation didn't happen and now I'm stuck with not getting it back

Watch out for KEEN and few other psychics out there! You're wasting your money unless you find a legit psychic that cares what you're spending for an accurate and honest read!

There's an old saying if you let somebody sell you a diamond necklace for a dime, chances are you don't have a necklace worth a dime. And I bought into the whole psychic addiction. I found three of them that I like, i'm not going to mention names, two men one woman, and if you're reading this you know who you are The woman that I talk to seem to be the best and most intuitive to my situation so I kept calling her. And there was one thing that all three of them predicted that did not come true, there's a couple of things that kind a happen what she predicted that's why started to trust her more. Until yesterday. My situation was over two months ago I had a falling out with this woman that I cared about and ask if she was coming back in my life, she said in time she will, but not the way I want her to and that's something I can predict, but I liked her reassurance, here's where she lost to me, just before I was going to end the call yesterday she suggested I try some love ritual with a glass of wine honey and other ingredients, I said what the heck. I tried keeping up with her, trying to type everything in, I asked her if she could email me the instructions. She said yes. Waited a while no email, I called her back yes paid for another call, I asked her to email me again said if there was a charge I pay, she said no charge. Emailed her a couple of more times no response. Although I thought it was kind of ridiculous from the start, The fact that she didn't email me back, says it all, talking about praying on the vulnerable. I know this is entertainment but it's also a waste of money. If any of what the psychics said comes true I'll retract the statement, maybe even pay them a bonus. My psychic prediction tells me that I probably won't have to do that. As of now I am removing this app from my phone!
