I can't seem to find the ones that I liked. When I called and ask about it. I was told that we can not divulge that information. There were many that really were good like Dream Maker. Sox, General Perception, Divine Readings, Realist... Now I can't find any of them. I don't know what to think about it all. You can not believe the feedback as it seems to be so fake. It seems like most just want to tell me what I want to hear. Who can you trust... Its unbearable. I got to thinking about it and I think I talk to the same person several times under different accounts under different names. You never know who you are talking too. It seems like all the real psychics are no longer there... Maybe for good reason. Maybe that is it... A real psychic would not belong to a site like this. I don't know. All I know is that the scam artist are the ones in power... All about money and looking out for there own.
In 2001 I began the cycle of calling. Was told that he was my twin soul, kinder mate, etc. Was told that we would be married. Fast forward to 2018. None of the many predictions I was told by any of the psychics on Keen ever happened. I called all the top rated ones.
My advisors told me that He is my soulmate/twin flame... he is not dating anyone. Not just one person... but many advisors just telling you what you want to hear. And when nothing happens, you come back again to ask them again (and then get charged again). If I was an advisor... I'd say all the good things too to make you feel good and scam you in that same exact way. BE CAREFUL. So my soulmate ended up engaged and married! When my many advisors told me that he's not dating anyone. So WRONG.
This site has become a total piece of $#*!. While once I was a big supporter of this site I no longer am. I was harrassed so viciously and repeatedly by the same ring of readers and their friends for years, and especially the past year it got worse. I even notified them about the restraining order against this woman and her husband who work on keen also, still they did NOTHING to protect me. All of the harrassment and mental and emotional abuse i went through caused severe PTSD, which I had already suffered from in the past but got much worse. I believed many people on KEEN ARE actually bashing certain readers who arent a part of their groups in order to drive down keens reputation further, so they can boost their own business on other websites online they have created. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. No ethics and they will wrongfully dismiss you for complaining and allow abuse and harrassment against their readers to transpire at a very high level. STAY AWAY. They also dont screen their readers and the fact some other sites may say they do - ive actually seen a photograph of people I know on those sites with a recording of a totally different readers voice! So some of those sites are just as bad!
Keen.com (the website) does not give a tinkers damn about you. They have teams of lawyers (barf) to make totally certain you have the slightest chance of any recourse or looking the "advisor" in the eye.
Ask "what did the cat say", where you lost your car keys: go for it. If you ask anything of importance to your mental emotional health you better be damn sure you have prior experience with the advisor you are asking. A small number of them have authentic skill and also wisdom and integrity. A very small number of them. Many or most have sketchy / partial skill, they may care about your well being but have limited authentic insight. Many are totally half assed and do not give a flying $#*! about you.
That is also the stance of the business, the website. They do NOTHING to weed out the people calling themselves "psychic" who are malicious only wanting to profit. Some have some ability, skill but use it to manipulate you for money without the slightest concern for your well being. Our culture, our legal system regulats psychogists, medical doctors, and other professions. Psychics are a grey area, culturally we have no ability to measure the qualifications and especially the ethical qualities of these people.
You need to be very careful because Keen.com doesn't give a damn about you.
This knowledge I gained at great expense.
I thought I would give this 'psychic' site a try based on a recommendation from someone I know to be an intuitive like myself to see if they had some insight on an energy level. I used the $2/10minute coupon and chose one of the 'gifted advisors' and found the advice to be nothing more than an astrological reading, which is something I avoid. As soon as I noticed I made that comment in the Chat window and apparently it was funny to them.
On a matter of principle I requested a refund and got this reply:
"Thanks for taking the time to submit a satisfaction guarantee request. Were sorry that you were dissatisfied with your conversation with____ and have forwarded your feedback to the appropriate teams.
At this time, this conversation does not meet the Satisfaction Guarantee eligibility guidelines. While we are not able to grant your request, we are happy to help connect you with another one of our gifted advisors."
It saddens me to realize that after my 10 minutes was up the site waited for me to refill my wallet and although I left realizing I was more psychic than this person, others would not.
I made a big mistake and for the first time I went to a psychic. Yes, it was my fault and I lost money. I asked the psychic about my recently passed husband. She told me that he was standing right next to her and that he was very sad to leave us. She said that he is waiting to cross over and is here but cannot communicate. So I said to her I am sad that he is so sad. She then said just a moment God is talking to me. She then came back and said that Dan is waiting his turn to see him and that he will be able to contact me in 2 weeks. Are you kidding me or what, God was talking to her? I was still polite to her because I am the one that went into the website so I got burned. I knew the bible talks against psychics no matter if they have crucifixes and pictures of Jesus all over the place. I still went to one and got these answers. I know you love your deceased relative or friend very much and want to hear from them just as I do but please don't get taken like I did. I learned our loved one will let us know they are around in time. We have to be patient although it is hard.
This site charged me hundreds of dollars unlawfully. Ten withdrawal daily for 4 days. Never will I use it again. Not the first time either
So, i used their 10 free minutes and reached for 3 different people... all were wrong and seemed to be reading a script. I asked about my love life, specifically a girl that just broke up with me recently... they said I WAS GONNA MARRIED HER! STAY AWAY...
I have been being reading with several different advisors on Keen for many years. And they have all been great! I have only spoke to customer service a few times, but they were very helpful also... I recommend it!
I came across Keen while browsing an astrology site. I had just entered a new relationship and I had so many questions about the future. Keen seems legitimate at first, but it's a total scam. I would not give much credibility to the advisors. I never received any solid insight, just very vague responses. Hardly any predictions came to fruition and often times the advisors would leave me more confused. When I fought with my partner I asked advisors when we would speak again. The answer was always, "Give him space and he will come to you" or "Soon I think 1-2 days". Nothing concrete or legitimate.
While looking at Keen reviews after spending hundreds of dollars on the site, I read about Marlene from Caribbean Psychics. I was so skeptical at first but I jumped the gun and scheduled a reading from her. It was the best decision ever. Marlene was spot on with her insight. Didn't ask me anything, didn't ask for my birthday either. Only needed my partner's name. She was able to describe him to a T. Since my reading with Marlene I feel so at peace. I highly recommend you ditch Keen and schedule a reading with a legitimate, real person like Marlene.
I asked 'RexFrederick' if the job im gonna going to take is fine for future? He said fine, i was laid off after 2 months, thye purpose is purely defeated, i was charged $80, he wantedly made is wait to get the answers. Guys dont believe this site.
During a rough several years, I let myself get sucked in to this scam, and had my savings leeched dry. Keen has zero oversight -- just about anyone can sign up to be an "advisor" -- and the satisfaction guarantee is a joke. They started a $10 minimum deposit, and you have to have spent $6 on a reading before you can leave feedback.
I closed my account after I reached a scammer so obvious that I couldn't brush it off. Because I spent $5.97 I couldn't warn other callers about the rip-off.
Avoid this site -- you'd do better to just set your money on fire, because at least you wouldn't have the added negativity of the toxic nonsense the so-called advisors shovel at you.
I only spent $120 -- $100 for a few chats and then $20 to finish another. All I can say is -- they were WRONG on all accounts, despite having glowing reviews and five star perfection! They were OK in terms of picking up my energy but failed on predictions.
This is a typical Keen exchange:
You: I have a choice between job A or job B. Which do you think I should take and why.
(You may be thinking A offers more $ but B has shorter commute or that B had what appeared to be a nightmare boss and A ha more potential to fulfll your long term career goals. A psychic should be able to provide clarity to help you make your decision Instead this is what you get:)
Keen: You are a really positive person and would do well with whatever you choose. You're a great people person and will excel at either.
You: I am stressed at work. What can you tell me in terms of dynamics here.
Keen reading: Things aren't going as well as you would like but if you hang in there, things will improve.
You: (watching the clock ringing up $1.99 + per minute and realizing you are getting $0 in terms of value and wasting your hard earned money on BS.)Do you see a new job offer coming soon.
Keen: within one week.
One week goes by... nothing. Another week. Nothing. Another week. Nothing. Too late to get a refund. Call the reader back and you have to pay more money to tell them how money spent on them had no accuracy. If you voice discontent with the reading, you get blocked and blackballed and no reader will take your call or if they do, hey will screw with your head ON PURPOSE.
Stay away from these frauds.
What's going to happen is youre going to be told the first 10 minutes is 2 dollars, it's going to seem real and engaging at the time, then they are going to send you a voice automation that says pay as you go. AT THIS POINT THEY WILL BE CHARGING AN ABSURD AMOUNT OF MONEY were talking like 5 dollars a minute. And the support team will tell you an automated voice prompt is telling you this during the conversation. They dont... I LOST 200 DOLLARS, THE SATISFACTION GARAUNTEE IS THEY PUT THE MONEY BACK INTO YOUR KEEN ACCOUNT TO GET RIPPED OFF AGAIN, THERE IS NO UPPER MANAGEMENT THAT WILL TRY TO HELP, AND THEY DO NOT EXPRESS EFFORT OR CONCERN... THIS IS PRETTY MUCH THE EQUIVALENT TO GETTING RIPPED OFF BY A MODERN GYPSY
Last year I was engaged to a very charming professional man. I had readings with Keen, Oranum and California Psychics. All three told me that this was my soulmate and that I would have a Happy marriage. At that time a good friend paid for a reading with Caribbean Psychics who told me not to marry this man because he was violent and the outcome would be disastrous. I didn't want to hear that and I believed the other 3 psychic hotlines. I got married and less than 2 months into the marriage my "soulmate" and husband ferociously beat me over something stupid. I had a lot of physical damage and I am getting an annulment. I did contact that lady at the Caribbean Psychics to let her know what happened.

This advising site take your money and make you look like an idiot. They are totally fake. An scam where peoples like me expend money to hear lies after lies. No wonder so many bad reviews. They should be shut down those impostors. Wake up peoples and dont call keen.com or your money will be a waste. They dont deserve not even one star. Thieves
I have been a member of Keen for more than 1 year now. At first, I thought it was an amazing set up. I've had quite a few readings / consultations over the past 18 months or so. Only some readers have been accurate, the others I think just make up their stories. Although it seems real at the time. So all the predictions which have been given in my readings rarely come true. Secondly, I don't hop on as much these days because the final cost is so expensive. For example, a 34 minute reading at $1.99 per minute is approx $68. The final cost including Keen charges were $92.00. That is a rip off and turns me off from using their services regularly again. No discounts, nothing. Not happy. So I will only come on here when I need to these days as you just don't know how accurate the readers are and whether or not it is really worth it. Sorry Keen.
I just don't understand how the "psychic" that I spoke to kept telling me that I want a strong woman in my life, when I in-fact am a GAY MALE! When I told her how wrong she was, she then said, "Oh, I don't see gender"... WTF! I want my money back
Answer: The reasons the good ones leave is because they are not appreciated nor treated well. I spoke to 3 different psychics from 2 different sites, and oh boy the stories I heard. Not just about how they were treated but also the "rules" they had to abide by to basically screw over the customer. I just kept thinking, "How is this legal?" Well I guess that little note at the very bottom of the screen that says "for entertainment purposes only" is their way out for everything. Fyi, I happened to open a special offer today. It was from a company I never dealt with but it was $1 for 10 min so I figured sure why not. Normally I just delete them. The gentleman that did my reading BLEW my mind. First he asked me what I wanted to talk about and I paused because I didn't know how to start and he immediately jumped in and spit out three very particular (meaning not like 1. You took a show 2, etc... lol) things that I did or happened yesterday and today. He said it so fast I couldn't even speak. There are very few good and trust worthy readers that I know I can count on for sure but never did I experience someone like him. I would start saying a sentence and he would finish it. And trust me I'm not new to getting readings but this was something else. I'm curious about your guy, I'm going to try him out one day. Thanks. And btw, this is my first day using sitejabber so I'm not all too familiar. Is there a place where I could message you his info in private?
Answer: It's usually impossible to find a way to contact most of these sites (unless you're Jewels H). Not that contacting them will get results. Btw, has anyone used Meet Your Psychic? I thought (for some reason) they may be good and legit so I payed $30 for a 30 min reading as a first time caller and the reader I chatted with knew nothing. For example, I would ask "do you see me getting a new job anytime soon?" Response "if you keep on filling out those applications you should, try craigslist." Me: "Do you see me changing fields?" Reader: "I don't do fields." WHAT? So it lasted 5 min and in their policy they state that if you can't seem to connect, just hang up by 5 min. Can't find a number, sent two long emails about how unhappy and that I needed help... chirp chirp nothing. So I paid for the max time, had a ridiculous 5 min-I don't know what to call it and I'm screwed.
Answer: I'll do a free reading for you here I know the struggles of being a single parent. <3 AllMyAngels
Answer: They are basically saying that they can cancel the account at any point in time, and for any reason without having to give us an explanation as to why they are canceling it.
Answer: The same happened with me. Career cancelled with a touch of a button under some clause of 3B?
