SHe wil only speak to you if you hire right off the bat or she WILL HNAG UP ON YOU. SHe FEELS that whether or not she is connected to what you ask about she should get paid either way. He asked me to repeat my question seven times after hire, refusing to ever actually answer it remotely... it was a one word answer that after 20 minutes... she would not answer... lastly she is rude and demanding and did not see anything about this situaiton correctly... and never once looked up at anything I wrote... so she never heard anythign I said to her at all... she is NOT in tune and DOES NOT CARE ABOTU CLIETNS. She DOES HOWEVER CARE ABOUT MONEY... becareful she is very evil.
This is a waste of time and money. They are not accurate and do not have any predictions. This is a scam.
My advisor has always been accurate and it's been soothing to my nervous system. It's always been 100% worth the price!
Disappointing, i asked specifically not to be sent straight to invoice after reading, and was sent straight to invoice...
My adviser is clear, concise, yet very caring and honest. She does not tell me what I want to hear, but rather things as they are.

This site charged me hundreds of dollars unlawfully. Ten withdrawal daily for 4 days. Never will I use it again. Not the first time either

Keen's app is very outdated and some psychics are fake. Many of them also have no customer service skills.
It is so sad and disappointing what I have been told by some of the psychics. I don't understand why someone would even say that to me. I mean I could understand if the advisor was truly a psychic and that is really what they picked up on and saw happening for me - but they were NOT psychic. Some of them have said things that hurt me soo bad and made me cry. If only I knew back then that they were completely full of sh--. I should have honestly just went with my own gut feeling and intuition because I was right! Only two of the psychics were correct.
There are so many advisors with profiles that are CLEARLY scammers. You can tell by their profile picture! Seriously. If it looks like a professional headshot, it's more than likely a stock photo. Lol, I tested my theory one time and reverse searched and the "psychics" profile photo was on shutter stock and tons of other websites. I mean i get it, its one thing if you don't want to show your face. But don't show someone else's face AND make your headline so obvious that you barely no English! Come on keen. I know an amazing psychic who wanted to get on keen for over a year or so and can't because they are not accepting applications and (choose to) have thousands of frauds and scamming a-- liars representing them instead.
Annie Heaven and Momma Judy - by the way. Those are the only psychics that I have read with. Annie Heaven absolutely blew me out of the water, and I am so glad I got to read with her. Momma Judy and I didn't get to talk long but she was right about what she was saying and it was stuff she could not have just pulled out of her a-- or known any other way!
I found Annie Heaven by reading someone else's reviews one day on ThePsychicReviews. And i am so thankful that person left that review because I would have never known to read with her! Hopefully someone reading this sees my review and can appreciate me for it!

I have mixed reviews about this site. I have used for some years off and on. I recently realized how out of control my use has been like an addiction due to a bad break with a person who is clearly a Narcissist. I had many say great things about him which is incorrect. He's a bad person who uses and abuses women. I did get blindsided by this person who misrepresented himself I went in to deep depression and therapy. I was not told exact info. So many did not deliver correct info on the lies, cheating and deceit.
This added to my misery and clarity of my thoughts.
I There should be limits on how many calls a day or minutes period. Being depressed and hearing fantasies from readers you can use bad judgement spending to broke.
There needs to be laws passed to keep this from happening.
I should have restitution for my depression making repeated multiple calls a day when your not in your right mind also suffering PTSD. You'll repeatedly call for positive support. This is BAD NEWS!
Predictions didn't happen as stated by tons of readings over a year.
Earlier on I could get better refunds as much as the cost of the call. But then pretty soon I was getting updated terms and conditions to be acknowledged and then the refunds changed to the 1x a month for $25 credit that's a joke especially the amount of money I spent. Credit should be cost of the call. This would weed out the weaker advisors who cannot be real and deliver the right info. It's also a talent on how you give advice with people whom are sad, distraught, vulnerable etc. Some cannot deliver the information in a way that helps, it actually hurts people. It seems they let anyone join and your risking waste of money when you get a one who is not very good or a fraud.
SCAM SCAM SCAM! If you do the free trial they WILL 100% charge you and take your money! DO not use this site at all! They are already being sued!

These promotions are exactly as described in their names, there are no catches or hidden fees. We do, however, give users the option to continue their conversations at their advisor's chosen rate once the promotional minutes have expired. Our advisors work for themselves and set their own rates, so what you pay after a promotional rate has expired is dependent on who you choose to connect with. Based on what you are describing, it sounds as though you opted to continue a conversation after the promotional minutes expired, likely using our Seamless Pay feature. We're not sure if you chose to contact our Customer Support team about this billing issue but they will be happy to go over any billing questions you might have. We also want to point out that there are no lawsuits pending against our business, not in relation to this issue or any other.
I have spoken with several advisors and 98% see the same thing, all have been kind.

Answer: The reasons the good ones leave is because they are not appreciated nor treated well. I spoke to 3 different psychics from 2 different sites, and oh boy the stories I heard. Not just about how they were treated but also the "rules" they had to abide by to basically screw over the customer. I just kept thinking, "How is this legal?" Well I guess that little note at the very bottom of the screen that says "for entertainment purposes only" is their way out for everything. Fyi, I happened to open a special offer today. It was from a company I never dealt with but it was $1 for 10 min so I figured sure why not. Normally I just delete them. The gentleman that did my reading BLEW my mind. First he asked me what I wanted to talk about and I paused because I didn't know how to start and he immediately jumped in and spit out three very particular (meaning not like 1. You took a show 2, etc... lol) things that I did or happened yesterday and today. He said it so fast I couldn't even speak. There are very few good and trust worthy readers that I know I can count on for sure but never did I experience someone like him. I would start saying a sentence and he would finish it. And trust me I'm not new to getting readings but this was something else. I'm curious about your guy, I'm going to try him out one day. Thanks. And btw, this is my first day using sitejabber so I'm not all too familiar. Is there a place where I could message you his info in private?
Answer: It's usually impossible to find a way to contact most of these sites (unless you're Jewels H). Not that contacting them will get results. Btw, has anyone used Meet Your Psychic? I thought (for some reason) they may be good and legit so I payed $30 for a 30 min reading as a first time caller and the reader I chatted with knew nothing. For example, I would ask "do you see me getting a new job anytime soon?" Response "if you keep on filling out those applications you should, try craigslist." Me: "Do you see me changing fields?" Reader: "I don't do fields." WHAT? So it lasted 5 min and in their policy they state that if you can't seem to connect, just hang up by 5 min. Can't find a number, sent two long emails about how unhappy and that I needed help... chirp chirp nothing. So I paid for the max time, had a ridiculous 5 min-I don't know what to call it and I'm screwed.
