I was worried about ordering a bathroom vanity online, but there was no need to worry. KB&A handled everything very professionally. They confirmed my order, had it shipped within days of ordering and kept me posted on the order and how to handle the delivery regarding inspection of my vanity before accepting the order. I was also very impressed on how well the vanity was packed. I am very happy with the entire process and will not hesitate to order from them again in the future.(This is the only picture I have, as I'm in the middle of a bathroom renovation and the vanity has not been installed yet. This is how the vanity looked when it was being unpacked. The drawers were removed for inspection. Everything looked great).
This company is awesome. Outstanding customer service with a human. The vanity is beautiful! The finish and quality of the cabinet is stunning. Delivery was uneventful. I would not hesitate to purchase with this company again.
I ordered two Panasonic Bath fans. However, I received the internal components of the fan, as per the description on KB& A's website. The company was kind enough to see that the picture, on their website, could have been misleading, and are processing my order for a return. They have since changed the picture to reflect exactly what someone would be receiving. They have been honest and straightforward throughout this, and I highly recommend this company.
Very happy with the vanity we ordered and especially like the huge discount they offered. The warning emails they send you about delivery and inspection make you wonder if there is a problem, you might have trouble with them making it right. We had a week delay in delivery, but other than that, product was received in perfect condition.
I purchased a beautiful cabinet for my daughter-in-law. Everything went extremely well and the unit arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would absolutely use this company again.
The whole shower set came in perfect condition! Delivery was great - it came quickly for a freight shipped item and we received two calls from the driver confirming his time of arrival. All boxes were in perfect condition.

KB+A had the lowest price on the shower base I wanted. Ordering was easy, and delivery was actually early.
The only "negative," KB+A emailed instructions--after delivery had come and gone--not to accept delivery if the packaging was damaged. The timing of the email could have been due to the delivery being early. Fortunately, the packaging and product were fine.
This vanity came in very good condition. It hasn't been installed yet so hopefully no problems with that. My only complaints are as follows:
1. There is no option to order filler pieces to match the wood of the vanity.
2. For all the emphasis that the KBAuthority puts on inspecting the product upon delivery, the delivery company would NOT let me open the box to inspect the vanity for damage, nor would they take the vanity back onto the truck in the case of any damage. This is completely contrary to what KB insists upon. That inspection option made me feel way more comfortable ordering online. It turned ok only because the vanity was not damaged. Otherwise...
A new Franke Orca Kitchen sink was ordered 3/16/24. The shipment arrived in a box that had been re-tape, but no exterior damage. We open the box immediately and found that the sink that the shipped sink is olds,scratched' and dented. Putty remnants around the drain and glue around the sink rim. Clearly this is a previously use unit. There is an old shipping label to Benchmark Builders, dated Dec.12,2023. I have provided photos and explanation to you. I do not trust ordering a replacement. I have asked for a refund and a pre-paid return shipping label. I am still waiting for a response. Dissatisfied to say the least.
I ordered a faucet. It arrived quickly. It was well packaged, but there was a manufacturing flaw in one of the parts. I contacted KB and they gave me instructions for how to return the item and sent a return label.
I ordered the Kraus 45" kitchen work station sink which was back ordered and unfortunately the lip of the sink was damaged in two places. Called customer service and they sent me another sink in a very timely manner! Their customer service representatives were a pleasure to work with- which is a rarity these days! I love this sink. Their product didn't make it delivered until 2 months after the order and my product was already done. I called to cancel the order 2 weeks that I noticed the tracking was not making progress and they rejected my cancellation so I had to dispute the charge. 2 months after the product sit by the door and I called to ask them to create a label for me to return bc I don't want to have anything to do with them but their representative said no need to do so after his investigation and told me to keep it for free regardless how many time I stressed I preferred to return. He kept explaining that the item was reported and claimed, it's free. Guess what! Two months later, they used my credit card information to charge me for another order I did not make and stole my money away without asking the permission or a heads-up. This company doesn't do business honestly. 0 point is what I want to rate them but no this option.
My order was paid for. It never shipped. Nobody let me know why until I finally called. Blame went on FedEx, although tracking data indicated they never got it. Disconnect exists apparently within the KBA and actual vendor Ruvati loop.
Looked for a double vanity within my price range for a long time. I found this one on clearance at an incredible price and it didn't disappoint. It is the quality and craftsmanship of a very pricey vanity but for a steal. The customer service and delivery were top notch as well.
I ordered two different model of bathroom vanity. After a week when I received one of my orders, I figured out they closed the order for my other order which was not even picked up from their Wherehouse. I start contacting them and explain the situation and after being on the phone for long time explaining the situation they understand their mistake and then after putting a request with carrier to pick up the item from their Wherehouse. I am still waiting for my order over two weeks now and have not received yet.

I really appreciate the way KB +A allows the buyer to directly interact with them throughout the buying process. I was able to ask specific questions and they provided adequate answers. And I thank them for that.
After purchasing the wrong item...my fault, I did exactly as they requested to submit a return. I did not write on the original box. I packed the original box INSIDE another box and returned the item. I was told all parts where not included (lie) so no refund would be made. Not to mention the cost I paid to return the item. This company steals from the consumer.
I am so glad I found Kitchen & Bath Authority on the web. I found the perfect sink at a great price. The sink was sent immediately after the order was placed. It arrived in perfect shape a few days later. I am very impressed.
Ordered a Sauna stove through KBA Authority in October 2023, and they said it was on back order and wouldn't be in until late December 2023. The price was roughly $150.00 less any where else. I agreed to wait til December. Late December came and they said there was no opportunity to get Sauna stove in the near future, however if I paid an extra $220 dollars they could get me one. I was led along for three months. I discussed with KBA my concerns to which they stuck to the additional cost as the only solution, KBA never apologized or tried in any effort to come to some agreement. They are extremely short and very rude. I want to warn others of their lousy customer service.
We were told item would be delivered on a certain day but we were not given a time frame. On that delivery day, we received an email saying the delivery was attempted but we were not home to receive it. We waited at home for the delivery but no one came or even attempted a delivery. We think the delivery was not even attempted or it was made to the wrong house. No one knocked at our door! We were home!
We called the delivery company & they rescheduled the delivery. We received the item two days later. However, the delivery man was not able to tell us why it was not delivered on the first attempt. Even with the second attempt, we never got a time frame for the delivery as we were told we would. We were not asked to sign for the delivery as we were told we would have to do.
