I ordered the Kraus 45" kitchen work station sink which was back ordered and unfortunately the lip of the sink was damaged in two places. Called customer service and they sent me another sink in a very timely manner! Their customer service representatives were a pleasure to work with- which is a rarity these days! I love this sink. I ordered two Panasonic Bath fans. However, I received the internal components of the fan, as per the description on KB& A's website. The company was kind enough to see that the picture, on their website, could have been misleading, and are processing my order for a return. They have since changed the picture to reflect exactly what someone would be receiving. They have been honest and straightforward throughout this, and I highly recommend this company.

I thought it was a good experience. My experience would have been a "5" if immediate shipping information was provided for each item. That is critical to ordering, especially when purchasing on a Saturday and Sunday with no available Customer Service. Thanks.

I searched the web for a couple days before I found the part for an older Price-Pfister faucet at KB Authority. The prices was very reasonable and the pre-order information was invaluable. KB is most highly recommended as a reliable and quick supplier. A++++

Originally the site quoted free shipping, but only at checkout was it made known that only applied to orders of $299 or more, all others have a $9 handling charge. I think that falls under, bait and switch.

Good customer service. The person was really helpful on the telephone when I had some questions, and my item shipped as soon as possible after that.

KB authority replied very quickly to a damaged product and replaced it so that it did not impact the construction schedule.

I ordered two different model of bathroom vanity. After a week when I received one of my orders, I figured out they closed the order for my other order which was not even picked up from their Wherehouse. I start contacting them and explain the situation and after being on the phone for long time explaining the situation they understand their mistake and then after putting a request with carrier to pick up the item from their Wherehouse. I am still waiting for my order over two weeks now and have not received yet.

checkout had to be done over 3 times and new member discount was not accepted but order created a error when trying to apply it. order only went threw when new member discount was not requested

Product arrived as described.
Only issue is that I did not receive my grey and black squeegee as stated.

Your chat tech said product would not work. Check with mfg and they said no problem. You almost lost the sale.

I just ordered toilet seat washlet online - only thing I wish is that they would state online how many available in stock and an expected ship/delivery date. It gives no indication about this.

Great looking and reasonably priced. Easy to follow assembly directions, all parts and materials were first-rate.

Even though someone answered that this has to be exactly 60" wide for a rough-in opening, it is adjustable by cutting down the support bar as described in the instructions. Looks like it is all good quality.

Great product and price on my Brizo faucet, but took almost one month from order placement to be delivered. Customer service was very friendly and helpful, just wish inventory were kept on hand or drop-shipped from manufacturer to make delivery quicker.

Everything was fine except it too a while and had to call to see when my item was being shipper or delivered.

I was worried about ordering a bathroom vanity online, but there was no need to worry. KB&A handled everything very professionally. They confirmed my order, had it shipped within days of ordering and kept me posted on the order and how to handle the delivery regarding inspection of my vanity before accepting the order. I was also very impressed on how well the vanity was packed. I am very happy with the entire process and will not hesitate to order from them again in the future.(This is the only picture I have, as I'm in the middle of a bathroom renovation and the vanity has not been installed yet. This is how the vanity looked when it was being unpacked. The drawers were removed for inspection. Everything looked great).

Item received as described and faster than expected. Fed Ex was supposed to have us inspect and sign off but that did not happen. Item was in good condition.
