Received my item yesterday. Delivery time seemed slow. Ordered on 4/10, delivered on 5/2. Quality of sink rack seems fine but time will tell. Price was significantly lower than anywhere else online so thats a plus! :)

The bathroom sink which I bought from this site turn out be amazing! It was delivered to me before the estimated time and was nicely packed. The look of my kitchen got completely changed after its installation. A big thumbs up to you guys!

Order took over a month to arrive. They would not let me return without paying shipping a/handling an a restocking fee. Customer service would do was spout their policy instead of making it right for the customer.
Bot 4 vanities from KB Authority. Unfortunately 3 of them were only 32" high (Standard height is 36"). When I informed KB Authority that the 3 vanities were useless and way too short, they agreed to take back 2 of them but I would be required to pay shipping back. Then they decided to keep 20% of my return as a restocking fee... outrageous! Especially since they only agreed to take back two out of three vanities. One note... vanities were still on their original pallets and in their original boxes. We are remodeling our entire home and this transaction is by far the WORST case of ripping someone off that we have ever experienced. P.S. The vanities were manufactured by James Martin... they should be ashamed of themselves for selling vanities well below normal height without making it very obvious. Just wanted to warn anyone considering ordering from KB Authority or James Martin.
Ordered a kitchen sink from Kitchen & Bath Authority. The gunmetal color perfectly fits with my kitchen's interior. The quality is quite reliable and resists fingerprints/stains. Very compact product! 10/10.
I ordered a large vanity, which arrived quickly and was shipped carefully packaged and handled. In fact, the shipper they hired to deliver the shipment actually helped me unpack and inspect the delivery, something I've not had happen with other shippers.
The price for the vanity was not the lowest, and I did have an issue with the included faucet having a finish I could not use (chrome v. brushed nickel). I ended up purchasing a replacement at my expense. I will say, their customer service team worked with me on this issue in a very professional manner. Lesson learned, be sure to read the fine print in the specifications.
I have more coming from K&B this week, and I am expecting the same good treatment.

Received damage item was never told I had 48 hours to report it. Had to pay for a new one then received incorrect replacement over a month later still do not have a bathroom vanity and am out almost two grand. Do yourself a favor spend the extra few dollars and don't be cheap like me and order it from your local big box they actually have a thing called customer service.

After 8 months of waiting for the delivery of my bathroom vanity, I finally cancelled my order. K&B said that they could not refund my credit card, but would send me a check. 7 weeks later & numerous phone calls & emails, I have still not received the check. I am out over $1000! Don't buy from this company!

Got my first bathtub from this site. The quality deserves 5/5. Slate material makes it look more attractive. I loved it more as it is hand-crafted, and so it has a fabulous texture. Looks quite unique. Thanks, K&B Authority.
Delivered at later end of 12-4 range, but also helped me take inside house because it was heavy. The box was beat up but checked inside and from what I could see was in good shape.
