Awful customer service. Ordered a shower. They took the money out. Assured it would be hereX. After it was already late, I called to inquire. They said it was now on back order and would take about 16 weeks. They refused to help aside from saying I can pay an additional $90 to ship it for the following week or wait the 16 weeks. I had interest accrued for that month they didn't care. They and their third party made the errors and yet didn't do anything to help. Don't use them!

Placing the order was so easy! I got my double bowl kitchen sink installed a week ago, and it seems a good product. No scratches are around even though I often use the hard side of the sponge for dishwashing. I think I would have invested in a stainless steel sink long before.
The brass rod I ordered to hang my wall tapestry is of premium quality. My order was fulfilled quickly and accurately and it arrived in perfect condition. The set of hand showers that I purchased from this website are working really very fine and goes perfectly with the decor of all the 04 bathrooms in my house. They were delivered to me on the expected date and the price charged for all the sets was even affordable. Thumbs up!

I had a great experience with K&B - in the ordering process their sales people were very responsive. When the medicine cabinet I ordered arrived damaged because of shipping complicated by a snow storm, they were available readily by phone, arranged the return seamlessly, made communication as easy as it could be. The various people I dealt with by phone were all very personable and eager to be helpful, and when my question prompted transfer to another department I had to wait while the phone rang once and the next personable helpful person answered. The replacement cabinet arrived promptly and is beautiful. This was a great experience.
I ordered two new kitchen sinks from kitchen & bath authority. The price was the most affordable out of any place I looked at. Both came quickly, were packed perfectly so neither sink had any cracks or chips in them. I will definitely use them again for any fixtures I need.

I had a great experience purchasing a shower from the Kitchen & Bath Authority. They have beautiful collections of showers at affordable prices. The one I have bought from them is of really good quality with great aesthetics. I would love to rate them 5 stars especially for their huge collection and extraordinary services!
So I purchased a vanity and mirror combo and received the invoice. Everything was good, fairly quick delivery with no damage. When I received my credit card statement the listed amount that was paid to KB+A was over 300 more. Called customer service and spoke to Ryan. Ryan couldn't have been more helpful! Asked me to verify the charge and send over my statement. Did so and within minutes was sent an email correcting the charge and showing the credit.
I knew that I would get a refund eventually as it was clearly a mistake but was impressed with the speed of the actions on KB+A's response. I especially want to commend Ryan on his professionalism and what seemed like genuine concern for my situation. Great job Ryan!

Item received as described and faster than expected. Fed Ex was supposed to have us inspect and sign off but that did not happen. Item was in good condition.
We were not home when the faucet was delivered to sign for it but it was still left at the door. I opened the box to inspect and the instructions for installation are for a different faucet. I have emailed and called customer service-no response. We also ordered a sink and now very skeptical of what we will receive. After placing our order customer service was VERY quick to respond when the order did not go through due to an incorrect credit card number.
I have purchased many kitchen and bathroom products from here previously, and I have been very happy with my purchase every time. The delivery is always prompt and arrives in safe packaging. The prices are also great. Good website, I recommend it!
I called and asked the availability and how long it would take to ship on a bath vanity. Was told it was in stock and delivery would be 5-8 business days. So I dug through some more reviews and was a bit Leary but placed the order the next day. 2 days later got an email saying it was on back order 12-16 weeks or I could pay $99 more for 2-3 week back order from another warehouse. Emailed back to cancel and then went online to see the price dropped. I hit chat and have the conversation asking if in stock and delivery time. Yes, in stock and 5-8 business days. Gave him the other number and asked why. Called the warehouse and oops... inventory glitch. Sorry but bate and switch is not a good business model.
