I called and asked the availability and how long it would take to ship on a bath vanity. Was told it was in stock and delivery would be 5-8 business days. So I dug through some more reviews and was a bit Leary but placed the order the next day. 2 days later got an email saying it was on back order 12-16 weeks or I could pay $99 more for 2-3 week back order from another warehouse. Emailed back to cancel and then went online to see the price dropped. I hit chat and have the conversation asking if in stock and delivery time. Yes, in stock and 5-8 business days. Gave him the other number and asked why. Called the warehouse and oops... inventory glitch. Sorry but bate and switch is not a good business model.

Ordered a Brizo faucet... Took forever to get here after several calls. Then, when it came they sent two units. MAJOR hassle in trying to return the extra. And, for some reason it was all our fault. Not one apology from them... There are better places online, and at the same prices.

After doing a lot of research, I purchased a shower door from Kitchen & Bath Authority. Days after paying for it, I received an email telling me that the door is not available... and the only alternatives they offered cost nearly twice as much. The listing I'd been watching for weeks was for an item they didn't have in stock. They should have removed it long before anyone tried to buy it. There was no effort to offer any kind of courtesy discount on a new door or make up for the fiasco in some way. I can't afford the alternative doors they suggested and am now going to miss a building deadline. The ordering process was certainly fast and easy, but when the item in question doesn't exist, that doesn't really matter. Dismal first experience with KBA.

I thought my purchase would be great! However, online customer service was horrible as after I purchased my product 3/1, I was not notified until 3/5 that it was going to be 3 weeks late! At least! On top of that, their site shows everything if fully stocked and no delays, PLUS, their process does not show when it will actually ship or give you a date. I will NEVER orderthrough here again even if the prices are good. Especially during a reno.

I understand the delay in the delivery, manufacturing and processing of items that I ordered because of COVID 19. But I never received any email from them about my purchase other than my invoice email. I finally decided to call them after waiting for one month and was informed that my item is out of stock! (I ordered Toto toilets and their website said, they have it in stock.)The sales supervisor was not very helpful either and argued with me that he just found out about it 1-2 days ago. Communication is vital and it would be nice if they updated their customers about their purchase and a sincere apology would be much appreciated. Btw, don't even bother using the live chat, it's depressing!

KBA is a horrible company to work with. They are dishonest and do not stand behind the products they ship. We ordered a vanity and not only did it arrive damaged but also does not work. When we reached out to get a refund nobody would take responsibility for the mishap.

The customer service department was not helpful and they tried to put the blame on us even after we sent them pictures and previous emails. Buyer Beware of this unethical company and I would definitely look somewhere else.

I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated we are with this entire ordeal. We will never order a vanity online again because of KBA. Please go somewhere else before ordering from KBA.

Our corner sink disappeared into the post Covid delivery FedEx abyss. We had waited months to get it. The sink's disappearance stopped our villa kitchen remodel at our Smokey Mountain cabin completely. My wife was beside herself. What a nightmare. That's when I called the KB Authority CEO, Greg. He answered on the first ring. He understood our problem. He gave me Ina's number. Ina is his/their #1 delivery solution provider. She also answered on the first ring. She immediately expedited a new sink that got there two days later. A miracle on many fronts. Not the least of which is these guys care, are available to their customers, and they are competent. A hard to find set of characteristics in this off the rails supply chain disaster we are experiencing on so many products in our country right now.

A+ on service recovery. We are big KB Authority fans now!
