Beautiful bathtub

Thank you so much Kitchen & Bath Authority for providing me with such an amazing and beautiful bathtub. I was pretty aware of the fact that Streamline is one of the most excellent brands among all. But today I got the proof as well. The bathtub is quite simple but is designed so well. I really loved it!

Delays and hassle
March 29, 2018

Waited 2-3 weeks for a $500-$600 faucet that had superficial flaws (the finish was coming off). Have called three times to get it resolved. They kept saying they would send me an email with more information, but I have to keep calling to tell them I haven't received it. And now it is going to take another three weeks to receive a replacement faucet.
I should have looked at the reviews before I purchased from kbaurthority.com. I will purchase from somewhere else next time.
The customer service people were friendly at least.

DONT BUY THERE!

We bought a toilet which arrived in a million pieces, and ordered a shower door that we canceled before the order shipped. It's been almost two months and no refund yet. I have called them so many times, they keep putting me on long holds and promising me that the deposit has been made and that my money will be available within 24h, but it never comes! The service is HORRIBLE, this is a scam!

Unprofessional

Check availability before ordering. Items ordered 2/25/18 were shipped 3/13/18; ground shipping an additional 5-8 days. Unfortunately had to return double handle bath faucets due to plumbing issue. K&B received items back in new/untouched condition on 3/29/18 and finally processed credit, minus restocking fee, on 4/12/18. This was achieved after 4 phone calls to customer service. Unprofessional. Reordered single handle faucets from different vendor with no problems and received items in 2 days.
No reflection on Delta products, they were received (finally) in good condition.

Delivered on time!

I recently ordered the bathroom vanity sink which I always wanted to have in my bathroom. The price of the product is very affordable and it was also delivered on time. Poor aftersales & service

I ordered 3x toiletbowl, tank and pushbutton set from KB authority, one of the toilet bowls has a manufacturing flaw and won't seal (causing water leakage). KB authority will not help me because the order was placed over 30 days ago and tells me to go figure it out with the supplier myself. Do not expect aftercare or warranty from these guys. Will not do business again and advice you take your business elsewhere.

The order process was flawless. I spoke with a rep, who is located in the United States, he answered my questions and walked me thru the purchase. We have yet to install the shower unit. I will have to update my review after installation.

My husband & I went to the store & talked with a Sales Rep. We set up a time to come out & take measurements of our bathroom, etc. Measurements were taken & I was told they would get back to me in 1-1/2 to 2 weeks. No call. Life happened & two months later I went back to store only to be told that Rep was on vacation & she would leave a message for her to call following week. No call. I have even sent an online message via their website & have still not heard back. Don't want my business? Good, because it will be a cold day in hell before I give it to you now!

I ordered a bathtub which was the wrong size, tried to return it unopened... regardless of the condition it's in, it was an automating 30% restocking fee.
Regardless, I decided to return my bathtub in person to the RMA center which is within an hour from me. They opened the box up and checked every single part of the tub and fixtures to make sure it was perfect condition (it was unopened). They then gave me a slip that said, return was in "good" condition... and told me I should expect my refund soon.
That was 2 month ago, I've made several phone calls where reps tell me my refund is on its way, it has never been received. They have the worst customer service, the reps are rude and short... be aware.
I'm on the phone with them (on hold for 20 minutes now) as I write this review.
Avoid this place if you can.

Unit came in reasonable time, but as I live in an apartment on the 4th floor, was a little dissappointed that the delivery is only side walk delivery. However, I managed with help and it went together without a hitch. Very happy with the results now that it's up. Doors roll easily and smooth, and also quiet. Good price compared to others with same product.

Master bath fixtures
August 7, 2018

After shopping around for high-end master bath fixtures at local luxury bath and kitchen stores and getting sticker shock I decided to take a look on-line. Kitchen&BathAuthority.com had the same products for cheaper prices, no shipping cost and no sales tax. They were able to package everything together in one box and it shipped quickly. Unfortunately they didn't carry the sink I wanted so I had to order through a luxury store. Four weeks later I am still waiting for that to ship.

Disappointed
December 24, 2017

Taylor in customer service was great. However, I received a vanity in mint blue when I ordered blue and blue was what was on my receipt. The exchange process has been lengthy and exhausting. Also, it cost ME $190.00. I dont feel like I shouldve had to pay for return of wrong product but no correction of mistake was gonna be made unless I paid. Disappointed customer who went to build.com and lampsplus.com as a result for further renovation and fixtures needed.

I ordered a bathtub that I needed for a house I was trying to get on the market. Order status said 20 in stock, delivery estimate 5-7 days. 11 days after I ordered, I called to get status since they had given me no update, and they had to check with the manufacturer, only to find out it would be another 2 weeks at least! Apparently the 20 in stock was incorrect, and I have to wait for them to make another one! Apparently that's the way they do business - send an order to a manufacturer, then no follow-up to see when your customer will get what they ordered until they complain.

A couple of days back I ordered a food waste disposer from Kitchen & Bath Authority which I received today. The quality of the disposer is really amazing and its functioning is also very good I am really very satisfied with the product and looking forward to buy some more items from this company soon. 5 stars!

They lie!

Item showed in stock on their site so I ordered then I'm told 2-3 weeks for delivery. Canceled. 8 days and 3 calls later still no refund. They told me verbally on Monday that my refund was ordered and I should get it within 24 hours. Wednesday I get an email stating "your refund was ordered today at 1:40 pm" (second lie). As of today (Friday) still no refund. Do not trust this place.

The best thing about purchasing from this site is that they always offer huge discounts on their products and sometimes also does not charge for shipping. Very unresponsive in the return process. After prodding, I finally received the return authorization to ship back at my expense. Had to wait 2 months to get my refund, less a 20% restocking fee. I sent several emails during the time to get an update on when I would get the refund, but those were never returned. No communication at all, until I gave up and did a chargeback, but even then they only talked to the credit card company. Disappointing customer service.

I was looking for very specific products for my new home and Kitchen & Bath Authority beat every other supplier in price. I was skeptical after reading some reviews about quality of product and time of shipment but my products arrived in perfect condition and sooner than expected. One very happy customer!
