Just did a major remodel and got the best price out there on dreamline shower door. Delivery took about 2 1/2 weeks - freight shipment from east coast to arizona. Kb told me the manufacturer was a little behind on shipping. I was a little worried because some reviewers on this door said it arrived damaged. Ours came crated in wood frame- contractor took delivery and said it was one of the best packed doors he'd seen.
Purchased the Dreamline Glass shower and base. The glass was damaged during shipping. The customer service rep was very helpful, she had a new enclosure shipped to us within 2 days. I will purchase from KB Authority again.
Low price suckered me in... the worst buying experience ever. They plain out lie. Fraud may be a good word to use. Send they price to a competitor and do a price match. Even it they will only get close you are better off paying 10% more. This is my first review of a company ever. Horrible
My husband and I were shopping for our new bathroom, Kbauthority.com sales team was great! Joe walked us through all of the options and explained the pros and cons with each option. Obviously we had lots of questions which Joe was able to answer. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend doing business with this merchant.

I ordered the new Toto Washlet online. It was well priced by Kitchen & Bath Authority. It was then promptly shipped by FedEx Ground and received faster than I expected when I placed my order. Email status was given every step of the way. I would definitely do business with this firm again.
I ordered a vanity on 12/20/17. I received an email about a month later telling me that their warehouse did not have the item. They then tried to charge me $50 more to ship from another warehouse. I finally was able to get them to agree to the original price which I paid. Finally at the end of February I was told that the item would be delivered on 2/27. In the meantime I noticed that Home Depot was selling it for $150 less. When I called for them to price match they would not. Awful customer service
The VIGO bathroom faucets I bought from this site arrived yesterday. They are absolutely beautiful and works perfectly. The stainless steel finish gives it a more premium look and enhances its built quality too. All in all a great product. I would love to buy more items from here.

In December I ordered a plumbing tool from a firm on the West Coast and they sent my order to this supplier on the East Coast. The item was out-of-stock and they told me it would ship by a particular January date. It shipped on-time and there was follow-up email where I confirmed receipt. A simple order but well handled.
We ordered a Franke Peak sink for our kitchen Reno. They were out of stock and we were told 2-3 weeks for delivery which was going to set back the templating of our counter tops (they would not take measurements without sink on site) I called and they worked to get it to us in 14 days which was what we needed. We ordered the square stainless drain cover but the found out it came with one $43 so we have 2 now. The sink looks great.

I saw a shower door in their website but it was marked as sold out. I called in to make an order and they happily accommodated my request. My shower door arrived earlier than expected! 5/5 for their service.
I ordered a glass shower; Nick G. Sales Manager contacted me to inform me the supplier was out of stock. He informed me there was an alternate supplier but the cost was an additional $115. I asked KBAuthority to honor the original price. The Manager went back to his management and they agreed! Even when they could have rightfully canceled the order, KBAuthority did not. KBAuthority paid the difference and quickly shipped the Shower to my home. The sales Manager Mr. Nick G. When over and above to make sure I was a happy customer.

KB had the best price for the Delta shower controller so I ordered it on Feb 19, Shortly after charging my credit card I was told that it was a special order and that it would take 7-10 business days to ship. So I initiated an online chat on the 10th day and was told my order would not be in the warehouse until March 12 (a weather delay). I will increase my 2 star rating when it comes. So far the misleading communications has me concerned.
Kitchen and Bath Authority had been very professional and reliable with my recent renovation works of bathrooms and the kitchen. The customer support executives are very hands on and patient to cater to the needs of the customers and also provided better solutions that too at quite reasonable prices. I am glad I found the right company to do the renovation which will last for so many years to come. Good Job!
