Very Very Very cheap products. It looks nice valuable, comfortable on line. I paid about $47. When it looks $10 value.not comfortable. First time I bought a pair of shoes, without any writing anywhere: no "size" nor "made in". NEVER AGAIN. I just feel returning it but I don't have any time to waste. I consider that I lost the money.

Very nice phone case unfortunately not much good for anything else. Once you have a couple cards in and some cash the case will not close properly. Also, what ever you put in it is extremely hard to get out. Appears well made but only useful as phone case.

I bought a winter suit from them, the sleeves and shoulders wouldn't fit me contrary to the description on line. I wanted to return they said no. They asked me to give it out as gift to someone and buy a new one at discount price. When I refused their offer to buy a another one from them they offer to refund only $10 out of $66.95. They are very needy than the word needy. If your money dropped on their property by mistake they will seize it with no shame.

Ordered a new cover for my Iphone. They don't tell you that it takes 4-6 weeks to arrive. No option to cancel the order. They are worthless and I strongly advise not ordering anything from them.

There absolutely right, I ordered shoes got the wrong sizes, sent them back. Have not heard from the since, this was 3 months ago, I'm out $200.00 and the customer service sucks. I advise people not to buy a piece of thread from them.

Poor quality. Amazon is a much safer site and you get much better quality. Definitely was not what I purchased, Dollar store quality.

The company is a scam. Their shoe sizing is based on nothing you will see here in the UK from any reputable retailer and it is clearly intentional. I ordered shoes from them in a UK Size 12 and the pair I received were not even a Size 10 (despite the packaging stating Size 12). When I requested a refund or exchange they refused and then offered me a 'special deal' where I could pay even more to get the shoes in the size I actually ordered.

It is very clearly an intentional marketing mispractice and you should avoid this company like the absolute plague.

I bought two pairs of shoes from Kaaum but under the name of DANJUN ECOMM. LTD. And I waited months for them to arrive. This is because they are shipped in a container on a boat from Asia. When the shoes finally arrived I didn't like them. They are of low quality in my opinion and don't fit well. I tried to return them but to get my money back they need to be mailed back to Asia at my expense, and they need to be defective (which they determine, not you). You order them, you are stuck with them. I won't be wearing mine and I advise everyone else to stay away from this company, whatever name they use.

Kaaum is not a very customer service friendly company. I purchased sneakers and sunglasses. Sneakers are ok but sunglasses came defected and when I ask for replacement or refund, they never got around to it. Emailed over and over. Customer service rep. Serena ignored my request to get my replacement glasses or refund. I sent pictures and had to help them find me with receipt. The product was defected. The lens pops out. Your could actually see gap that lens doesn't fit properly. They need to pay back the money they are stealing by not refunding customers and not replying to their emails.

Stay away from Kaaum! Ordered cell phone wallet from them June 17 with website that says product will arrive in 2-3 weeks. July 15, no product. Emailed and their response was, "Be patient, if you don't get it by July 30, we'll refund". July 31 reached out, no refund. Filed case with PayPal, they gave them more time. Item arrived Aug. 11, cheap as all get out. See photo. Filed case with PayPal. They offered refund if I send it back. Sent back to address on package received from Hebron, KY. Vendor requested I send to China (which would cost more than the $24.95 I paid for the product). So, now they have my money and the returned product and paypal won't do anything. The post office would return it for 14.95. Not pouring more money into this company. Stay away from these cheap chinese products.

I ordered my item back in June today is August 07 still have not received my shoes. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the reviews before you purchase these people are not lying, I was told that they would ship out replacement still no email on shipping notification, no more communication from the company since then. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED if you decide to order from this company and have issues receiving the items your hard earned money paid for, you have only yourself to blame.
