Scam site they took my money too... I am keep fighting tough... :( I am broke and wanted a nice Christmas gift, instead they stole the little money I have.

Same thing happened to me with Serena. They will Eventually, ignore your emails and won't respond. No refund or Exchange or Replacement. I continue to email everyday for the past 2 months. Still no response.
