Had to cancel an order a day after placing it after learning that it would not be delivered before I was scheduled to be out of the country. They were very resonsive and I recieved my refund in less than a week. Don't know anything about their products.

This company is selling cheap knock offs passing as the real thing. If you buy something from them, they will refuse to give you a refund, when they eventually will you will have to pay for the shipping back to China!

Thiefs and Liars! Ordered screen protectors for my phone, they came a month later and broken. Contacted customer service and asked for money refund... They said that replacement was shipped so they cannot refund money... after 2 weeks I checked the tracking number of replacement they provided to find out that ONLY shipping label was created! They didnt even shipped replacement which I actually didnt ever asked for! BUYER BE AWARE!
If I could opt for 0 stars I would have. Buyer beware! I have found this company completely unscrupulous in its dealings with customers. I was sent shoes in a different size to what I had ordered. After providing photos of the packaging and shoe sole - requested by KAAUM (substantiating their error as they did not want to know about it) they wanted me to fit the bill for their postage return - even though the mistake was made at their end.
The quality of their products is terrible. A handbag I brought that was meant to be leather looks like cheap vinyl. Its so badly made that I was too embarrassed to use it and donated it to a charity bin.

They sent me replacement shoes after my complaint, even though I told them repeatedly not to, now they want me to return all the shoes. Not sure if they just act stupid or if they really are. I bought the Phone Case - Tempered Glass Protective Phone Case For The Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus and I LOVE it. It feels great in my hand because of the glass and looks beautiful. The only bad thing about it was that the camera ridge started peeling up but I fixed it with a thin strip double sided tape. It protected my phone after a very hard drop so I will be getting another one.
I found the quality to be quite good, when I got mine it was only $20, and if I remember right i got it pretty fast (2-3 weeks)
I purchased Samsung S7 edge 4D front cover. First took over a month to get here. Second, it not only did not fit properly but with the gap at the bottom, it rendered the phone inoperable. ThirdFORTHFITHSIXTH! The kept asking for a phone of the gap OMG such amazingly stupid people! They try and make you quit from getting a refund. Paypal took care of their sorry asses! This company should burn to the ground! They are useless the lot of them! P.S. Take a look at the email they sent me trying to beat me down, true $#*!s!

I ordered a case for samsug galaxy s8 plus for $18. Finally I got one that is so cheap not even worth $2. Moreover the case is slightly smaller than the phone. I opened a case with paypal. They asked bunch of questions and never got back to me after a while. Basically I lost the whole money. It is a scam. Don't get attracted to their fancy website. They are a scam.
I ordered 2 different phone cases, the purple case is plastic and looks nothing like the picture on their website or on Instagram. It is so cheaply made it's ridiculous. They dont have a phone number to call for customer service. The fake leather case is also cheaply made & the instructions for both cases were in Chinese only nothing in English. I appealed this matter with PayPal and eventually Kaaum admitted that the product was defective and agreed to a return. However the cost of the return was to be absorbed by me. Upon checking, the least expensive postage to return the item to China was more than $30! I requested that Kaaum authorize a prepaid return authorization and, after much back and forth with PayPal, they closed the appeal unless I could provide provide that the item had been returned and delivered to Kaaum in China! I was so very disappointed as I use PayPal almost daily for my purchases and the one-time I needed assistance, they failed me!
I initially purchased two cell phone cases for my Note 8 and received them within a month. However, the design of the case is DEFECTIVE as the plastic top portion of the case prevents network connectivity and my phone essentially becomes useless! Since I was so pleased with the aesthetics of how beautiful the case was, I placed a third order before receiving the first order and before having to troubleshooting the problems was with my phone. After receiving the case, I could not place calls, text messages were delayed and I always received error messages. I had a family emergency and the initial text message was not delivered until 6 hours after it was sent. I spoke extensively with SamSung support regarding the problem and was just about to exchange the phone when we discovered that if the case was removed the phone worked perfectly! I attempted to obtain a refund due to the design defective, but Kaaum would not acknowledge the defect. I also cancelled the 3rd order within 3 days after placing the order and they ignored the request and shipped the item 10 days after the cancellation request. Although they acknowledged the case was shipped AFTER the cancellation request, I was unable to obtain a refund as the package has been delivered. Disputed with PayPal but their decision was that I have received the package. Kaaum advised that I could return the cases (but no refund) and each case would cost $30 to ship to China! I now have three useless phone cases and have basically "donated" money to this fraudulent company!

Beware of what you order on FB. These grasses are not what you get. Don't order glasses or anything from this company. Check their reviews. The ones I received were worse then Dollar Store.
