I purchased sandals a month ago. I used global tracking for all carriers. My tracking number doesn't exist. The Chinese track service shows it's in Ohio. Been there for awhile now lol i live in Indiana should've been delivered a while ago. Yeah don't buy from foreigners nothing more than thieves.

I ordered shoes from Sealucy, which must be a new name they're using to market under because the parent company is still Danjunn Ecommerce Ltd. which also sells under the Kaaum name, and probably some others as well. Shoes took a while to arrive and the quality wasn't what I expected. Requested to return them and was told the cost of return was too great. I asked for a return address to see if I could ship them cheaper but they didn't respond to that. Offered me a $5 refund and when I requested more they then said they could apply a discount to my next order and suggested I sell or give the shoes to someone else. Told them I won't be ordering anything else from them. I've begun a payment dispute.

My husband wears a size 15 shoe, so he is very excited when he finds a store that sells his size. This company sent him a shoe so small he couldn't even get his foot in it. The shoes came in a plastic bag with no invoice or return info, so I contacted them. They asked if he had "measured his foot" because shoe manufacturers have different sizing. I could understand if they were a little tight or short, but 3-4 sizes too small, that's not a manufacturing difference. They then refused to refund or exchange the shoes, but told me to "try to sell them to someone else or give them away". They further insulted me by advising they would offer me a discount on another pair of shoes! As if I would give them another chance to send me something too small! Unless you have money to waste or you feel like gambling, DON'T ORDER SHOES FROM THEM!

Unbelievable: I ordered a men's blazer 4 months ago contacted seller over a dozen times nothing I had to bring PayPal in for the seller acknowledged me. Yes than they finally send out my blazer I payed $46.99 for a men's 2xxL omg I sent a picture to them it was the size for a petite small women? I ask for refund as you know it cost much much more to return a item from America to China? Yes after back in forth with seller about a refund they shamefully offered me $9 dollars and keep the paper towel material supposed to be a men's dress up blazer.Im still fighting for a refund 5 months plus into the miserable experience. They need shut down period. I ordered two pair of size 14 shoes and they sent me size 12. They would not accept responsibility for sending me shoes that were to small and would not refund my money. They told me to sale them or give them away as a gift and come back and buy again. What? Please do not support this company, you will regret it.

Worst company to do business with online, STAY AWAY from their Website and DO NOT be fooled by their Advertisements. Carefully read their Return / Refund Policy and Terms of Service Policy BEFORE placing an order and giving them your personal information and Credit Card Info. It's been 8 weeks since I placed an order with KAAUM and still no delivery of the Phone Case. I feel like I have been Scammed and my personal and credit card info has been compromised.
Over 1,5 month pass. I just receive only one pair of shoes(of 2 pairs) + where iPhone case?

I spent $50+ on a shoe order in the first week of May. Kaaum stated shoes will arrive in 2-3 weeks. On the tracking page it states the product went from China to NY in 3 days and has been held up by US Customs now for 31 days, but the parcel has been picked up. The tracking page has been saying this since it made it to NY. Great advertising, only to steal money from hard working people. Do not do business with this company! They will only RIP YOU OFF! How do you add a photo of your purchase when it is an empty box or bag? An empty mailbox, a barren porch, shoeless feet? All of the above I guess.

And they charged an unauthorized transaction fee. I have to report as fraud to get my money back
