This sadded me to have to write a bad review. BUT this company sucks. I ordered two pairs of sunglasses, after waiting weeks and weeks it was not what I ordered and they only sent one pair, still waiting the other pair but I won't hold my breath. Thought I had found something special boy was I wrong.

I have been waiting for FOUR months for a pair of sandals. I am told repeatedly that they are in transit. Perhaps the are coming from another galaxy! They will not refund my money and there is no phone number to talk to a live person. I should have read the online reviews before I ordered as it is clear that this is a scam. Worst online experience ever.

This is my 13th and last email to them. PLEASE READ THIS. You guys are $#*!ing idiots! You can't answer a simple question! I have asked you guys several $#*!ing times to tell me we're my stuff is EXACTLY at? Your tracking system is so $#*!ing behind (4-18-20) and you silly mother $#*!ers can't tell me were EXACTLY my stuff is. A few emails ago from you $#*!s said that my package was in my country. You mother $#*!ers are a lie! If you needed the money that bad all you had to do was ask for a $#*!ing donation! You didn't have to lie! You'll get what you $#*!s have coming to you. ROTT IN HELL!

I bought the iPhone 10 cover that holds my driver's license, health card, and credit card. No need for a wallet. Looks good, feels good, and the price was right. But with the delivery time being 6 weeks and not 2, and with such negative reviews I did begin to wonder. Definitely not a scam.

Please do not buy anything from these people. They are a bunch of crooks. I have had possibly the worst online shopping experience of my life dealing with this company. I still have not received anything and they basically stole 150 from me. I have contacted them numerous times to try and get my money back. They say they shipped the goods (its been 16 weeks since I ordered) they lie (I dealt with a person called Bella - who could be a bot for all I know) none of the tracking numbers work. I have reported them to my bank, to the fraud online and contacted the company that hosts their site to inform them that they are basically ripping thousands of people off by using slick ads. My advise is to stay well clear and keep your money. What I can work out is their account is in Hong Kong, the site is hosted in the USA and they are pretending to ship parcels out from China. Its basically a scam. Avoid. You have been warned.

I originally purchased from Jollmall which no longer exists however when I go to Paypal to file a claim it directs the contact to https://kaaum.com *******@kaaum.com. G wThe phone case claimed that it had leather backing with tempered glass on the back. It is all vinyl/plastic.
False claims on the product.
STAY AWAY from purchasing on this site as if it were infected with COVID-19!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
Whatever you do please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. They are a total scam who will do nothing but make excuses as to why your order hasn't been delivered!

I was told that the item was "in my country" and given a tracking number but no link to actually track the item. I have been chasing them for months for a full refund and although their responses on email are usually quick they do NOTHING but make excuses and ask to wait another week... it has been nearly 5 months for me by now!

It wasn't a big expense but I wish I had found this review page earlier. I cannot advise strongly enough - DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company and will be putting this opinion on as many review sites as I can find

Bought same pair shoes on Amazon for $35 compared to $58 at Kaaum which was discounted from original price of $123. Returned to Amazon a similar type of shoe available at Kaaum as size did not fit. Had no problem with return or refund.

Scammers

They sent wrong size and will not take responsibly or return. Very cheap quality. After constant emails they still have not agreed to return instead offered me a 5 discount on the next pair! Don't waste your time or money. The shoes look nothing like what's advertised.

Cheap Tat

I ordered shoes in December, just received them last week, might as well not of received them as I would never wear them, cheap tat would be kind to them, bedroom slippers would have better soles, and what should be leather is thin plastic, it's a good learning curve tho for me for if I had googled them before buying and seen these reviews I would never of been scammed like this, once bitten twice shy!

Their special offer countdown clock is completely fraudulent. It goes around in a 24 hour pressure selling circle. The 60% off special offer is the same price as Amazon RRP. DO NOT SHOP AT https://kaaum.com/ there are the scum of eCommerce.

The quality was and is Crap, the size is off way to small and if you like plastic then you're probably going to like these crappy shoes. Then when I tried to get in touch with Kaaum I was screwed yet again because they don't have a phone number to call. All you can do is to texted them and texted them and texted them but it does "NO" good because they don't texted you back I can only hope and pray that the law catches up with them very very soon before more people lose their money. I kick myself for not doing my homework before I gave Kaaum my very hard earned money. Just read all the reviews the stories are the same, Kaaum stoled our money

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 25th of September it's now the 27th of October, no sign off them coming, I've sent several emails to them with no luck, I bought them from and advert on the app Wordscape why they are unknowingly helping these people I don't know!
I apologise for giving them one star but I had to to get this review through!

Shoes labeled the wrong size. More than an inch shorter than American shoes in same size 12. The only way to refund is you pay shipping which for me is $27 and the shoes cost $35--they know it's not worth our time.
