The shoes size does not Fit and the shoes are cheap. Plastic soles. I ask for a refund, they wanted pics and I sent. Their response was they sent the right size and nothing wrong with quality. What company does not give refunds to unsatisfied customers? This one KAUUM. Most likely a company in China and this why they getting away with NOT giving refunds. My first regret was not reading the comments from other customers who had the same experience. Not one customer has said there were able to get their money back. Maybe we all should ask Donald to strike back and add more restrictions online. DO NOT BUY FROM KAUUM. I garauntee you wont like the product. The photos they display on ads are much more superior than the actual shoe.

Ordered a pair of men's shoes, size 10.5, that took about 6 weeks to arrive.The shoes turned out to be at least a size 12, maybe 13, and of extremely poor quality. Seems like some kind of rubber, certainly not leather. NOWHERE on their website do they tell you that THEIR sizes do not correspond to U.S. shoe sizes! Responding to my complaint, they offered me a 10% discount on a replacement pair. Hah! I offered to return the original pair if they paid for shipping, and they refused this too. Really horrible company.

All I can say is do not order from this company. They steal photos off of other legit companies to fool you into buying their less than trash knock-offs.
I purchased a pair of leather riding boots, what I received were the worst things ever! They aren't leather and gave the ugliest fake brass eyelets, the picture shows them to he completely black. Now they want to give me a hard time for a refund, I am reporting them to the BBB snd Consumers Protection because this is definitely false advertisement!
Bought a phone case in white. Showed up clear and black. Emailed they argued that it was white if a white phone was put in it? Pics showed magnet to mount in car. No magnet in the package asked where it was they just sent me the pic of it over and over. Horrible seller wouldn't offer a refund. Never buy from them

Not only is the product cheap, the customer service is worse! When I finally reached out to PayPal (my payment company) because I was unable to resolve my issue with Kaaum, they were less than helpful too. This online company is the company everyone warns you about! Don't fall for it.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their products are cheaply made and they will NOT except returns. I received a purse and two pair of shoes. The shoes are too big, even though I ordered the size I always buy and they refuse to take them back. I have been emailing them for weeks and get nothing but the run around. They wanted me to send a pic with me wearing the shoe. I did. They wanted me to measure my foot, I did. Now they want a picture of my foot next to a ruler. Like I am a liar about my foot size?!

Terrible. Misrepresenting the product on their website. I purchased sandals that were advertised as made of genuine leather, however, only the straps were leather. The entire footbed was plastic. When you wear it, your foot sticks to it. Tried to contact the company for a return, they refused, saying that returns are only allowed for damaged product. Stay away, they heavily advertise on FB and elsewhere.
I order a pair of sandals and then read the reviews. Uggh. Tried to cancel within 5mins of placing and they would not do it. Said they already shipped. Lies. Took over a month to get them. They were made of plasitic and rubber. Not a stitch of leather as advertised. They stink so bad i cant keep them in the house. With over a weeks worth of emailing and sending pics they will not tell me where to return them. This company is a complete scam. Poor quality and will not stand behind the products. Currently disputing through my bank. Fingers crossed.
Shoes I ordered took a month for delivery and did not fit, poorly made just does not look like the picture. I guess that's what happens when you order from China. Also, they do not do refunds!
