JW is the only PC retailer I have come across that charges a surcharge for Afterpay transaction. Would have been 5 star otherwise.

I'm happy with JW's service and correspondence for my purchase, unfortunatley, JW uses Aramax/Fastway as a courier service and this soiled the experiance as Aramax always does! As a member of correspondence IEEE Computer Society, we the system builders have lengthy discussions about Aramax and their disgracelul excuse for service with many incidents of late or 'lost' deliveries and as a consequence of this it is now, standard practice to ask before ordering which courier service they use and if it's Aramax/Fastway we consider buying elsewhere!
