Have purchased business computers on 3 occasions now and always find the pricing competitive and advice and support very helpful.

Extremely happy with JW Computers. Excellently packaged &protected the valuable OC 5080 I bought (at the most competitive price in Australia). Item arrived shipped in a larger box marked FRAGILE &surrounded by ample packing foam. Graphics card retail box arrived in pristine condition. Highly recommend &will trust JW Computers for future purchases.

There was a little bit of a delay, was expecting it within a week it took 9 days but I wouldnt say this was a bad experience, the guys from JW after I asked where my delivery was were very good in their response and once it was shipped they follow every step of the way of the delivery until it got my hands and I have never experienced that type of follow up with anybody else

No complaints i been trying to get this product for a while and every one else said no eta u guys delivered with in 3 days for pick up

Had a great experience with JW. Bought a computer and it was ready to pick up the next day. It's been a month and the computer works great. Such a relief after I had an awful experience getting a computer from another tech company. Many thanks!

Was briefly confused when my previous item came in a repurposed box but it was in fact the item I ordered, and was well-packaged otherwise. Item works great too.

I've been buying from JW for a decade or so. They are super helpful through the sales process and stand by their products and help me out with any issues post-sales.

The staff member checked to see if available and was dispatched promptly. Received 2 days later and I live in a rural area. Very satisfied.

Workers were nice and offered to install certain parts and showing me the condition of the equipment and part numbers to ensure everything was correct and in good condition.

Delivery was fast and professional, haven't tried the product yet, waiting for my other parts to arrive but this was the first thing to come beating even amazons delivery times.

Selected wrong delivery address on web order. It was cancelled and credit applied quickly so I could place another order to the correct address.

I purchased a desktop station and was sent to Gold Coast unharmed and another laptop in 2023, hopefully this time when I purchased another laptop it came perfectly fine to Melbourne, and please do not use fastway courier

Courteous and well informed staff that were able to answer all queries with detailed and accurate answers.
Click and collect was seamless and item was available from the day before required collection.

Was gonna leave a rog be98 router on top of my letter box right in the view of high foot traffic and drive away without a signature. Luckily my wife drove into our street at the time and ask what he was doing as he was in his van about to drive off and only then proceeded to ask for a signature

I just had good experiences with JW. It is my first place to check products and prices. The fact that we can use Afterpay is also a great advantage. Unfortunately, I lost the opportunity to use their discount code...

Ordered the product online as your store had that in stock. Received a message the next day that it was ready to pick up.

Really well priced product came quite quick and the delivery person left the box in a good dry spot so I would definitely recommend them
