Overall good although my initial orders where not served as JW mentioned that the available stock was broken! However they provided me with a spec upgrade in the next order for the same price which was great.

My experience was good. Easy to understand what I was buying and easy at the payment end.

The whole selecting, ordering and delivery process was super-easy. Would happily recommend and would buy from again.
My order status didn't move until I called up 2 weeks later, but when I did call I was promptly greeted by the service desk team who assured me they would follow up on it
By the next day the service desk team member called me back and was following up to say that they made sure the order was sent out, that's really good customer service and a great experience.
This could have easily been a 1-2 star experience but due to your team member owning the issue that I had and followed through with his word I really appreciate it and honestly didn't mind waiting longer.
Apologies his name has slipped by me but I'm sure if you check my order details against any internal notes that team member should be commended for their ownership of my case.
