JustFly is the first website I go to when looking for airline tickets. They are more apt to have lower airfares than the other booking sites. I usually fly a particular airline, and I never have problems using my frequent flyer number or finding my airline confirmation number on the airline's site. I feel reassured when I book through JustFly.
I help to booked flight ticket for my friend from NYC JFK to New Delhi via Shanghai. We booked 3 months a head of time and they have never called or remind us about any visa required in transit in Shanghai. When I show up for check in at JFK check in counter suddenly this check in counter tells me that I need Chinese visa. So, unfortunately they denied me and didn't let me go. So, I lost my ticket which have paid more than $800 for one way ticket to India. I called the just fly for help or refund something but they were keep saying I have to get visa and I need to pay additional $500 for change. I have to called several people and they are keep saying hold for second but never help. Few times they let me hold phone for 20 minutes and they will hangup phone again and again. I would suggest do not buy ticket from them please. You will end up paying more and more. This is my advices.
Booked flight bought flight insurance. Had to cancel. Found out flight insurance is only for medical emergency. Paid 30 more bucks for that. Then found out had 75 dollar cancellation fee. So 105 with flight insurance for cancel. Then if you use weasel credit they give you can't use on discounted flights so flight that was 275 cost 700 for next day. I dispose this company another uncompassionate overseas reps. Don't do it!
We buy our plane ticket because the flight schdule change we have dont have choice again, we have to cancel our ticket, its been 3 month until today after i we send the email to them no respond at all, when we try to call them its been 100 hour no one answer my call, they will answer your call only if you want buy ticket with them (this is not right), finaly we just direct call the airline and they gave us future credit. Finally we can save our money. Trust me don't waste your time and money to Justfly.com
This is the first time and last time I used this horrible site. They are total scam and when I tried to change my existing reservation due to an urgent matter overseas the staff members were all with an accents that was so difficult to understand and no one could help with my issue and I ended up with a phone bill of $100.00 more of roaming because I was waiting for 4hrs for them to help me out and at the end I ended up buying a new ticket from a different company. Please do not purchase your tickets from them.
I saw the best rates on Justfly.Com and their price alerts were very valuable!
I was able to book the flights I wanted within my budget and at the travel times I was looking for. The site is also very easy to navigate.
I called because I confused the date of my flight and they were great. My only issue was that I couldn't understand the agent I was speaking with. His accent was really heavy and he had to repeat a lot of what he said, which I felt bad about but what can I do. Nothing against him, props for him to speaking another language.
Really disappointed with how JustFly handled Covid-related flight cancellation, they effectively stole $800 from me.
I bought tickets to British Airways, and the company cancelled some of the flights in my itinerary.
I called British Airways, and they said that the ticket will be refunded, because they cancelled the flight, but this needs to be processed through the travel agent (JustFly).
JustFly's website was disfunctional, phones were on automated messages, and there was no other way to reach them.
The only action that was permitted on the website was "cancel without refund".
I have used this airline ticket site twice and always have found the cheapest flights to Thailand and Philippines. Saving me $500.00 to $1,000.00
I highly recommend to everyone that is wishing to save money on airline tickets and get the cheapest deal.
Awful service, terrible representatives who barely speak English and total lack of understanding. I missed my flight and Justfly treated me terribly. I guess they knew they had my money so what matter to them was their mentality. I do NOT recommend the shoddy service at all and I'll never use this company again. They couldn't, wouldn't and didn't help me at all. It's the first and last time I use this truly awful service. Beware, you've been warned.

Shopped around a lot and this won for this trip (by far!) I will continue to shop around but this one will definately stay in the running. Good find. Not too many flights but I eventually found the one I was looking for
From the overall price to the ease of use, my experience with the Justfly was great! The site was a little cheaper to use than others I tried and the user interface was easily navigable for even the most novice of computer users.
It was pretty easy to get through the site. But i had to do quite a bit of date checking to get the flight that was best for my schedule. The system kept freezing and changing the dates. That was my only inconvenience
I like it some much, it offers really good prices and has no hidden fees, to many options, and it's very easy to use this app, it's very helpful and i hope I can use it more often in the future, next year..

Cons: may not matter to some people but some pretty important restrictions on the ticket. Wish they would disclose the restrictions Before you purchase the tickets.
I purchased a ticket from them, I tried to cancel within 24hrs of booking because I notice my flight date was wrong, but they wont answer their phone. I was on hold for over 2 hours. The ticket was over $800. I'm still battling with them on it.
There is a lot to say about justfly but I will be brief.
*if you want to reschedule your flight, be prepared to pay X4 of the posted price on their website.
* the customer service representative are very unprofessional and rude.
* all the representatives I spoke with have different prices for either cancelation or rebooking
* The company is a scam and they is no platform where their representatives can be reviewed that is why they are extremely rude and aggressive.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
