Waited on hold for over an hour after 2 of my flights were cancelled. When someone finally answered was put back on hold three times with no help offered. When I finally decided to just cancel the whole thing was told a refund would take 6-8 weeks... worst service ever.
Worst I've come across, and I travel frequently. Stick to the ones you have heard of- these guys will rip you off. I booked 5 international flights, somehow (4) ended up on one flight and (1) passenger on another. 10 minutes after booking, I called and told them this would not work, I need all 5 to go together like I had booked. Could they please fix? Nope-"sorry we have no other option but to cancel your flight and charge you 5 cancellation fees"! But then if I wanted I could re book on my own! What? Hows that for customer service- so now I have paid a substantial fee and still have no flights. Worst I have ever dealt with by far- Beware these guys are crooks.
I would definitely purchase another airline ticket in the future from JustFly.com. They provided affordable prices, and their website made it extremely easy to get the options that I needed for my flight

Awful company. Unethical fraudulent hidden charges. They'll charge an arm and a leg for changes/cancellation which do not make any sense. They say all their clauses are in their terms and conditions. Have u heard that before? $#*!ty companies that hide all their shady terms in fine print. Just know that any changes, cancellations, modification, you are screwed. Also they pull you in with false prices and watch the checkout price, because it automatically goes up. I kept screenshots of this. Looking for a smart way to report them, probably to FTC. Let me know if others are doing the same. There's a lot of complaints out there but need to find ways to get them off the planet for good.
Just Fly, I'm honestly baffled! How can a company have such abysmal customer care, absolutely zero support when you need it most, and make it impossible to even contact a human? Their policies are shrouded in mystery, resulting in a major financial hit because of the confusion. This is beyond bad - it's a NIGHTMARE! Avoid at all costs, folks. It's a full-blown disaster waiting to happen
We bought tickets for Turkish Airlines flight with a stop over. When we were late to one of the flights, due to a situation that was not our fault, TA charged us over $800 per ticket penalty. JustFly provided no disclosure of such high penalties for this airline. They were unwilling to help in any way. Impossible to talk to people whom you can understand, impossible to get transferred to a supervisor, irresponsible, terrible customer service. Will never use them again, especially after reading some other reviews on this site.
A horrific experience. My flight was canceled after being on the tarmac for 3 hours. All of justfly's customer service is handled by call centers. There were serious language barriers because I am only fluent in English but worse than that they refused to transfer me to a manager and despite the airline authorizing full refunds for ALL tickets including non refundable ones, It took hours of stressful, frustrating and time consuming calls with long waits and in the end Justfly did not refund my money and I had to purchase a new ticket from another airline for twice the money I spent on the original ticket. Unacceptable. Never again will I use them.
Purchased a flight with 5 tickets and purchased insurance. Airline made change without my knowledge and justfly did not notify me nor did airline. Once I seen the change, I contacted justly who did not want to refund for my full purchase amount. I requested to speak to manager. You won't be able to… don't expect any support. Don't fall for their insurance either. Truly no help. I filed complaints with BBB and DOT. Save your time and frustration. Awful company that isn't even open 24 hours for support. They are truly trying to pocket people's money. I have called again and was told to wait another 6-8 weeks. I've waited 12 already and still no solution or help. Doesn't even deserve a one star review
Please save yourself time, money and aggravation... do not use JustFly.com. I did. Was interrupted by agent and promised a lower rate and seating. Ended up with no seating and higher plane flight on wrong date and time. To change, there are more fees (not low). Even if their wrong doing. The next month we found additional miscellaneous fees on our card. Please do not use this site. It ended up costing almost 3 times the fee.
All connected bookings that had to occur from original mistakes and additional charges: 1)8/5/*******722; 2)8/5/*******722; 3)8/21/*******722; 4)9/2/*******4555; 5)9/2/*******4555; 6)10/2/*******4555; 7)10/8/*******4555 plus 2 8/3/19 $8 charges and a final $75 charge on 9/319.

I never use these 3rd party sites but in a rush. I used justfly.com via Kayak.com to make a reservation. Received airline confirmation number which was erroneous, did not exist. Showed up to counter and there was NO RECORD of my reservation. Tried calling customer service, on hold for 30 mins to no avail. Plan to dispute CC charge. Stay away! Fraudulent company.
JustFly found me the best deal from MSP to LAS. I didn't fully understand until I overheard others on my flight complaining about how much they paid for tickets. I saved over $200 compared to their prices. Amazing!
Booked a round trip flight to Philli but got 3 seperate bookings instead of a round trip. They refused to correct the error and blames spirit. I did not get any help, Please don't let them scam you. Use another site that is legit.
This was an easy process. Booked my flights through a mobile app, and it went really smoothly. Not a single hiccup (unexpectedly for me - I usually have some kind of problem when using these kinds of mobile websites).

I booked a round trip, that used two different airlines and was able to book both tickets at the same time. Most other flight search engines direct you to each airline to book separately. Easy shopping, good price!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
