I had the WORST experience in my 24 years of traveling. Customer Service is a joke, barely speak English, selling you third party travel insurance that when you needed they don t want to have anything with it.
Save your self time and energy, and go with other companies who value their customers.
For me, never again with these imbeciles.
Justfly is totally unreliable! Please think twice before booking with them. They've cancelled my reservations twice due to their faulty system which posts inaccurate flight information. When their staff was contacted multiple times to address the issue, they provided poor customer service and behaved in a robotic manner - different reps saying the same thing without any regard for resolving the problem. Needless to say, they have ruined my travel plans for my upcoming birthday.
Quick, easy and convenient. Great deals! Satisfaction guaranteed. Don't know what I would do without this wonderful web site. Off to a good nights rest, knowing flights are handled and the best possible price!
Everything works well, and quickly. My only complaint was that, when being transferred to an airline's site, not once did I get the price listed on just fly. I'm sure this is the airline's fault, however. If you need a last-minute flight, what can you do?
I always check this site first and compare others. Never disappointed. I try to use the major airlines, I'm not a fan of frontier or spirit cheap tickets but ends up costing way more in the end with all the extra fees.
I have medical issues and had to change my flight, they are charging me $616 for what the airline says $300. This is highway robbery at it's finest.
Choose one of the real players, expedia, Travelocity, etc... they don't gauge sick people

Traveling with a family of four I needed to make some filter adjustments which they allowed me to very quickly and easily. I booked my flights within minutes. Confirmation accurate. Do not hesitate. Book now.
I've been using Justfly for months now, and I can personally say from experience that their service never failed me. From flight booking to simple inquiry, they will provide you with all the travel information you ask about.
I had a couple of issues:
1. The Justfly booking process doesn't allow for Frequent Flier or Mileage Program account numbers. So I called the *******015 number to ask about it. I was transferred to Customer Service where I waited 20 plus minutes! That's too long. Justfly's site should be updated to include the above so there's no need to call.
2. The DAY AFTER I booked my flight, Alaska advertised $59 each way for Portland trip in August. If only I waited a day. Now I'm waiting yet again on Justfly's 800 number. I'll probably have a 30 minute wait. It's strange how the recording says, there are 10 calls ahead of you. Then, a few minutes later, there are MORE than 10 callers ahead of you. What happened to basic queueing?
I'm afraid I won't use JustFly ever again.

Terrible customer service, very deceiving website where they mention one tot $ at booking and change it after you submit payment. Mentions free cancellation in 24 hrs, when actually theres a pricey cancellation fee of 75$
They wont give you your money back, if you want to cancel your flight. Be careful! Its absolutely terrible company! All tickets are non refundable. Crazy cancellation fee $150-300. Dont buy anything from there.
I like just fly but was very disappointed when we recently booked tickets to go overseas and a few minutes after booking saw the exact same flight on another web site (skyscanner) for $30 less per ticket. Could have saved $60! So sad, just need to be more careful next time!
I cancelled my flight 48 hour before departure and one hour after booking, the airline did not charge me anything for cancelling but justfly.com charged me $300.And they refused to refund car hire fee.
Fast service. Prompt replies, and received confirmation almost immediately enabling me to continue my plans in a very stress free manner. My costs, beat all other sites I was perusing. Great experience!
I bought "refundable.me" travel protection policy on JustFly which is a good booking service, but they should use reliable affiliates as well. Unfortunately they offer you "refundable.me" service to insure your trip and this is a disaster. Those guys are not an insurance company at all, rather they take maximum effort to dismiss your case. This an expensive policy, but when time comes to claim it, you end-up communicating with multiple people only identified by their first names, with no phone number, position or any other identification. It took me whole month back and force, two medical notes from my doctor, yet they rejected pretty obvious case. Looks like the only case when they would pay is in the case of your death and only if you personally confirm it...
A simple change mutated into 25 plus call back/ avg wait time 1 hour each time. No ability to problem solve, deal with ambiguity- they read scripted phrases and can't think independently- never return calls, just move from person to person. So bad. Don't use them!
I needed some time b4 a cruise im taking. At the end of my Week in Florida Was checking other airlines. Everyone else was too Expensive... I clicked on your site. You saved me almost $50. Wow. I've got a new place 4 booking flights. Thank You.
In no time at all I was able to find airfare to the UK for an outstanding price, two thirds of which I earned enough credit rewards to pay back almost immediately. Booking with JustFly is a quick and easy process with no hidden fees, and using their website feels safer and more official than most competitors offering affordable flights. Managing my booking after purchasing was also very simple to do. My only qualm came as I tried to check-in online for my Norwegian flight and received an error and further instruction that I must check-in at the airport instead. This cost me time and inconvenience before my flight. However, this could have been an issue that's specific to the airline and not a processing error made by JustFly's system. Despite the mishap, everything worked out in the end and my flight was satisfactory.
The tickets I purchased said "Economy" you'd think hey we're regular airline tickets but apparently in addition to "Regular Economy" United has a new ticket called "Basic Economy" where you are not allowed any carry on luggage. JustFly did not list the ticket as "Basic" so I had no idea this policy existed. Even my confirmation email says only "Economy". So now I have several fees tacked on and am forced to check a small bag for a weekend trip. Very disappointed. Watch out for this scam!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
