All I want to know is how much my credit is going to be on my visa. I don't think that is too much to ask. Ticket was $533.00 and i see a credit for $30.00? Can not get through to talk to a real person. I will never deal with justfly again after this is over.
Very easy site to reach. I use this every time I book a flight. I love flying through JustFly. The flights are cheaper and it's really easy to book them. All you do it click book when you have an account with JustFly and you're set for your trip. I love JustFly and I'm happy to get the chance to fly with them once again.
I booked a flight from the states to get back home to Europe. However, one of the airlines stopped its flights after I booked it. Even though I payed JustFly they would not refund or help me get another flight. I spent hours on the phone trying to get another flight back home and no one (including the supervisor) helped me at all. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back because JustFly did not provide the service I payed for at all. They expected me to work everything out when they cancelled one of my flights and I spent hours on the phone going between airlines and JustFly and was never helped. Horrible customer service and I will never use this travel agency again.
I tried Justfly.com when I was looking for an affordable flight to the outback. I can say so far that they are the best travel agency that I've encountered. The booking procedure is swift and the website is very user friendly, unlike other websites, where I need to click a lot of links before I get to the information I needed.
My Australian trip was memorable thanks to them. I called them prior to my flight and they provided all the additional information that I needed.
Add to that, their call center was very accommodating. Honestly, I had initial hesitations when I dialed their toll-free number because of the negative reviews about their customer support. However, Cathy, the agent on the other line, proved those reviews wrong.
I think some negative reviews about the website were just overrated. Keep up the good work guys!

I called just fly for help finding a flight I saw online but was not available once I logged back in. The representative I spoke with was able to locate the exact flight that was needed and was also able to get me a discount to help lower the price! Justfly is always a go to site for me when looking for flights. Their prices currently have the best rates!
Even though my paid reservation showed I had a seat on the final leg of my trip from Auckland to Nelson, NZ, I arrived to find NONE. The regional jet had never been paid. I had to pay out of pocket for both legs, as well as spend a couple of days wondering if I indeed had a return trip to the states. Calling customer service was useless, as was emailing. They could not speak English well enough to comprehend or reply, they just made promises which were never kept. Imaging getting half way around the world to find you are stuck. Thankfully, the regional jet had a seat theat I was able to buy.
I hit an internet request for a flight to LA. A number of options came up including JustFly. I had never used it before so I gave it a shot. Everything was easy to use and I was very satisfied with the transaction.
Trying to rent car--ad pops up and says apply for this credit card, for $ 50.00 off this car rental
Got approved for card--took me out and had to start all over again. No $50.00 off and the prices went up '

Affordable rates and very user friendly site. I would just recommend to explain the extended cancellation policy better on the site- I had to call in to get more information. Aside from that I really liked it and I will definitely use again!
Used it for the first time last night as I sat in a restaurant having a drink. I don't fly much so expected to spend a lot of time planning my trip. I was very surprised that it was so easy and intuitive.

I always book my flights with Justfly.com flights are always cheap. Especially when you book one month's in advance, they're ridiculously cheap. Plus, their prices don't jack up as quick as other booking websites.
Just fly charges a fee of at least $125 above and beyond airline change fees and will not release flight to airline for changes. Do not ever book with them if you see a cheap fare go directly to airline website and book
JustFly affordable prices made me able to visit all of my friends in three of the four corner of States possible. It was nice that the majority of my cash can go to my actual vacation instead of being used for traveling expenses.

I cancelled my flight. At the time of cancellation they gave me wrong information. They said I'll get credit for my flight which I never did. Everytime I call them I get new answers.
They book the wrong flight, Overcharge, and never get back to you. The Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with!
They over charged by $150 for 2 tickets and never gave my daughter a seat on the airplane. My wife had to hold her the entire way.

Worst company ever! Purchased 2 tickets one adult and one baby. Called to check in and was told I never bought a second ticket. I had the receipt and bank statement showing they charged me, but they said I was lying and there was nothing they could do. Didn't refund, didn't make tickets right, didnt even apologize. They are crooks that stole my money
