Justfly's customer service agents are professional when it comes to dealing with the concerns of customer. I had to re-book my flight because of an emergency, and i was a bit frustrated and stressed because i called justfly's hotline and the line is busy. When the phone finally got through, the lady on the other end of the line apologized for the delay when i told her that they took too long to answer. She asked me what kind of help I need and I told her that I have to re-book my flight due an emergency. She gave me instructions and other information on how to change my flight. She patiently repeated some of them when i asked her to. I think that it's a good thing that they know how to carefully handle stressed and angry customers.
I do a lot of last minute flying for my start up business, and the ability to quickly see my best choices in terms of schedule and fare is critical. JustFly does that the best of all consolidators. I also love the 4 hour grace period in which I can change my mind without penalty. Excellent site!
This is my very first purchase at JustFly and I am happy that I got a very good price and option of selecting seats. Somehow I couldn't update frequent flyer no. For Air India as it was not listed but still good.
The trip back from Canada to USA is a little bit disappointing since when we fall in line to have our baggage checked in, we we're asked by that Delta Airlines personnel if we already checked-in online pointing to the machine at our back. I told her no & she said go checked-in there.' I then told her we got luggages for checked in & she then took our passport.
I requested for an aisle sit since most of the time I need to go to the toilet & she told me request the people inside when you board. Wow, I'm wondering why Delta Airlines hire people like her. They should be accommodating & friendly.
Hours trying to reach them to refund a ticket. My friend with the same ticket was able to get a full refund after days of taking to them; they say I have to pay $450 to cancel, and until I do I'm still booked on a flight to a country that won't let Americans in!
Before I found out about JustFLy I used to contact the hotlines of various airlines to try and get the best bargain I could get. It was time-consuming. Luckily I read about this website and decided to give it a try. Everything went well! No hidden fees, everything is presented right in front of you.
I was very satisfied with number of flight options and price. At the end of booking flights, site said unable to complete, so I started over. Just before I completed the 2nd search, site gave me warning that I already had a booked flight. So I did get my 1st choice. It was a little confusing though.
Do NOT ever use this company. I submitted a Dr note for a broken scapula and they would not refund my ticket. They gave me a voucher minus $75.00 for cancel fee. When I tried to use my voucher online, they wanted to charge me an additional $200.00 for a new ticket and another $278.00 for new fees. What a joke!
I ended up losing $428.00 that they would not refund!
I was very pleased with my experience with using JustFly. I am not a frequent flier and so using this site help ease some of my tensions and fears by making it so much easier to search for the different flights and not only show the flight to my destination with the times, but also, the return flight at a quick glance. It was very convenient and had the best rates for all flights. I love getting the alerts that let you know of price drops with the flights. It was very easy to use and helpful. I am sure that in the future, I will be using JustFly again to book all my flights.
Was quoted a price of $116 per ticket on the phone and they charged my credit card over $900 for two tickets! They insist I was given that price by them, which I was not; I could have gotten a better price directly from the airlines, so I never would have agreed to that price.
My flight was cancelled a week before departure without a word from justfly. 1 day before my scheduled flight justfly emailed me and told me to check in for my cancelled flight. 2 days after my scheduled flight they finally emailed and told me the flight was cancelled. Thanks.
A month a ago, I booked two tickets to China. I was charged around $150 booking/service fee per ticket. I paid $1700 for two ticket in total. Today, my plan changed, so I cancel the tickets. I was changed $500 modification fee today, but my refund will be back in to my credit in 6- 8 weeks! And I will only get $1350 out of $2200 I'm paying. I'm losing $900 in total. If I booked the flight tickets from somewhere else instead of justfly.com, I probably only spend around $1000 for two tickets. It must be my head was kicked by a donkey, so I chose justfly.com. What a scam!
I learn this company is a rip off. Do not use. I gave me the wrong flight that I did not choose. Just so they would get more money. It had my college daughter in the airport for a whole day. I did not choose that flight. I know I am not the only person experience this type of fraud. Hope you are satisfied getting 260.00 more out of me
John is an extremely knowledgeable, personable and talented pilot. The takeoff and landing were so smooth we were both at complete ease. The views are spectacular from the air. The plane is spotless and well-kept. We really enjoyed the color commentary from John. We could have flown with John all day. It was amazing! Thank you John!
After booking my flight to Zurich yesterday, I saw a much cheaper flight today at the same airline and same date. It's a red eye flight but I don't really care, so I hit up their customer service and asked if I could rebook my flight to that of the cheaper one. It did take quite a bit of negotiation and time (I had to be put on hold for several minutes while they did all the technical stuff) but in the end, I was able to cancel my earlier booking and was transferred to the other flight.
Everything is fine but you are not fair to make people pay more for selecting seats and it was not obvious. I think it is a low trick because your price is better but if you are not careful with the pre reserved seats it adds up. With the many flights I have booked I have spent quite a bit more until I realized this.
Well I book flight didn't realize that Caron bags cost so went back in to pay for a check bag. After I paid for Caron bag it look like they charge me twist so I called to get it straining out it cost me 30$ dollars for phone call. That sucks! Big time! Did not like that at all.
Total nightmare. Purchased 2 international tickets. Never charged to my cc. After over two months of trying to contact them without response, I cancelled that card. Still, after over 8 months, they still managed to charge my card. Only after posting on their FB site did they contact me. Their determination--blame my cc. Took no responsibility for no contact for almost a year. Total scam.
The reason I gave 3 stars was that the previous ticket I purchased I ended up having a horrible experience with limited details and misleading information and was charged a fee by the company for me to do work that will not be granted. I did the same transaction with this ticket and there was no problem.
Very poor customer service. Even manager hung up the phone middle of the conversation. They don't follow the basic norms of customer service. Worse customer service ever experience in my life. I have spent more than 4 hours in phone conversation for single issue but still never solved. Just hunger for money money money. Never recommend justfly.com.
