Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They canceled my reservation WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I went to the airport and was told that JUSTFLY had VOIDED my reservation. I checked my email to see why and there was NOTHING. Only the CONFIRMATION email from over a month ago. When I called customer service, they did NOTHING but talk in circles. I had to purchase an entirely new and very expensive ticket and run to catch the flight. My wife then spent another three hours on the phone with 3-4 different agents (after clearing security questions that authorized her to speak on my behalf). The second agent told her they had made a mistake and sent the cancellation email to the WRONG email address. A MISTAKE on the part of JUSTFLY. When she was transferred to the "supervisor" named, Lee, employee number 3390, with the intention of at least getting a voucher for the major inconvenience and cost, he told her he could do NOTHING because he needed to speak to me. I was already on a plane and she had already been APPROVED by the first 2-3 agents to make this call. He refused to help. She even asked him to listen to the recorded conversation in which she was approved to make the call AND in which another representative admitted to the MISTAKE of sending the cancelation to the WRONG email address. Will never book again. JustFly cost me a lot of money, wasted time and much aggravation. At the very least, they should have given me a voucher. Beyond frustrating.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
