Warning! - JustFly is NOT the site to use if you are price comparing and want the lowest price. If the price goes down in 1 hour, like it did for me, you are screwed.
I found a lower priced ticket ($582) on several sites (including Justfly) about an hour after I purchased the ticket on JustFly.com. $76 cheaper than the ticket I just purchased. I have never purchased a ticket on this website before and usually purchase through Expedia or United which allows you to cancel within 24 hours without a fee. But I felt comfortable booking on the JustFly.com site because they state that you can cancel with 24 hours. I assumed that they were like Expedia. However, you will have to pay a cancellation fee of $75 to cancel. The cancellation fee agreement is listed on a different link in the terms and agreement. If they are going to post that they allow 24 hour cancellation, they should also clearly and boldly post that there is a cancellation fee of $75. I think that this is misleading and dishonest. I called the customer service and they refused to cancel the reservations without charging me a fee. They could have just adjusted the price with the lower price but they said they will charge me a $75 cancellation fee to do this...
Further, they should look into whether they are violating any federal laws. (see below from the transportation.gov website)

Bought tickets. 24hours later canceled my flight but would sell me the exact same flight for $400 more. Avoid
Try to contact customer service and they put you on hold for 40 minutes just to hang up on you.
Now i get to call back and do it all over again
This has been a total disaster from the minute I hit click! First they quote 1 price but if you select your seat you don't know until they have charged your card they charge $52 additional dollars for this selection per leg. 2nd they moved my grand daughters surgery up so I had to fly out a day early they couldn't find the reservation, when they did find it they charged an additional $75 to cancel and held a credit for future use within 18 months. While they were trying to find my reservation I was on aair.Com and booked the flight I needed for 100.00 less than I originally paid over a month ago. 3. At 4am the day of my return flight they are rushing my grand daughter back to ER I call American release my afternoon flight and they can get me on amother flight a couple of days from now for a little of nothing, I explained and she said yes if you have a credit call them first. 4. Nightmare continues repeat step 1 can't find reservation! Ugh not surprised. Now there is a charge to use the credit and because I booked a Roundtip I am not allowed to use the credit for a one way! WHAT? Are you serious i'm not asking for cash back just use the credit to pay for the return flight. Frustrated I hung up called AAIRLINES back, booked 1 way travel fo what the cancellation cost, boom done. So don't bother you won't save ANY money, you WON'T get the customer service to fly the friendly skies.

I am a very disappointed customer. Booked a round trip ticket from Atlanta to Port of Spain and back to Atlanta. The return trip was via Miami on 7/26/2022. American Airlines cancelled the Miami to Atlanta flight. I called Justfly and was able to get another flight through Frontier for 7/27/2022. The Frontier ticket was split into 2 payments
1. I was charged twice for $150 (which was the 2nd payment). One charge of $150 has gone through and the other $150 is still showing as "Pending". Hope it will fall off.
2. Then out of nowhere, I got a charge for $753.20 to my card on 7/26/2022 which was pending from 7/26 through 7/28.
3. The charge went through on 7/29 and upon calling customer service, I was told by the agent that this is very common in this company. Credit card gets mixed up. He admitted that it is a mistake on Justfly and they used my card for another passenger and another transaction.
4. Then the agent said, that the charge was reversed the same day. Well, it was not, because it is now processed and showing up as a valid charge on my card.
5. I called my credit card company, and they said that, the Justfly never initiated the credit of the $753.20, or at least not yet.
6. I have to wait 10 business days and then file a dispute
What a mess! More concerning is to learn that my credit card has been used without my authorization and the agent saying that this is common with this company.
So just thought of sharing my experience and be on lookout guys and check your credit card statement if this company have your card on their file.
I have wasted a whole day and being thrown as a ping-pong ball between American Airlines, Justfly, and my Credit card company. Very sad...
Purchased a tickets in February for 6 family members to Europe. We have a destination wedding there. In May I received an email from them that my itinerary has changed, and I have to contact them. I called, and they told me that there is a problem with the return flight, and that we have to change the date. I spent 6 weeks on the phone with different supervisors who are not helpful at all. Every phone call to their customer service takes hours! They are based in India, and when you call to book a new ticket they will answer within 2 minutes. If you are calling about a reservation number that has a problem, you will be on hold for 2 hours! After 2 hours they will just hung up on you. Also, you can not make any changes on their website, it is totally unresponsive. So just 3 weeks before my trip they canceled my tickets. The only option that they had for me was to return a week before my scheduled time, so I would miss the wedding!
Now my tickets are canceled, and I am waiting for days to get confirmation on my email! So far no confirmation! No money!
I had to purchase new tickets at doubled rates! Reason I booked my trip in February is the price. At that time you can find amazing deals. Now every price is doubled! They didn't offer to book a new trip at February price, and it is their fault! I would have to pay full price!
The worst customer service ever! I have United's and Swiss' booking numbers, and i called them. They are willing to help me, but request for a change has to come from JustFly, not me... and they don't want to change anything. They only want to cancel my tickets. They were dragging me for 2 months!
This company is a complete scam! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!
