I would never use them for any bookings. We showed up to the airport with confirmation email in hand only to be told our booking was cancelled two months ago. We had paid in full and never received a cancellation notice. We missed the wedding (whole purpose for our trip).
I never get the same information from representatives at Justfly. And I've wasted a lot of time on the computer with them. No one seems to know what they are doing.
They say they will send confirmation emails but they seem to then forget all about it. I had to call the airline to find out what my ticket numbers, confirmation numbers --all the numbers Justfly asks for when they can't find your reservation -- which is so far all of the time.
Their webpage is deceiving and when you think you have bought travel insurance, it turns out to be insurance that you can cancel a flight within a day. This is a terrible company. Avoid them. There must be better companies out there, though I'm beginning to have my doubts. It cost you $100 to cancel a flight. That much money to punch in a few numbers into a computer.
I am old enough to remember the days where there was something called "customer service." That's all over now -- even if you buy their misleading insurance.
I purchased a one ticket to San Francisco. I was sent an email stating that they had to reroute my flight. They said that if I agree to the change than just hit accept. The original flight was going to be 7 hours and because of their rescheduling it went to almost 11 hours. They stated that I could get a refund is this was satisfactory for me. The first 3 times I called, it stated that I only to wait 5 - 7 minutes, but I actually waited 45 minutes each time. That is their game. They figure you will get tired of waiting so long, that you will eventually hang up. So, then I called back as though I was going to book a flight just so that I could talk to a human. The guy claimed that he personally, directed to my call to the Refund Department. This company is a great big lie and fraud. I wish I could give a negative -100 for rating.
This is not the first time using JustFly. The experiences was very good previously, within the two years I guess things have change. The price they coating are for a naked flight, by this I mean is for you to fly and back. No baggage fee, no pre-seat reservation and no coverage in case you cannot travel. The customer service department cannot explain or give information as to who we must contact for this information
Previously this was all including in the fare.
In the new, and unfortunate, airfare market it is important to have the flexibility to select the ticket class or select upgrades between classes. (such as economy to economy plus). The prices offered on JustFly were lower than other sites, however when trying to modify the class of the ticket with Qantas directly they told me that the ticket is frozen from my agent's side. When calling justfly they said that i may be able to alter the reservation 24 hours past the purchase, i. E. once the reservation cannot be nullified. See the catch-22? No one can help you with the reservation, neither in person or through the automated system online.
These people are the experts on Hidden fees useless cancellation coverage and misleading information. During Covid i purchased flight insurance in the case I had a problem. When I tested positive for Covid and could not fly despite having purchased their insurance which specifically is sold to protect against covid 19 flight problems they refused to pay inventing undisclosed policy arguments which the made up about not testing within ten days of the flight, and this one was the best "I should of foreseen I might test positive"
I had just written a bad review and justfly investigated and returned my $50.00. I wish they would have taken care of it at the time and saved me all the frustration. If you are going to use them make sure everything is right or the fees will add up. I know they charge extra to pick a seat and might also charge to bring a carry on. So make sure you add it all up before your purchase
Booked ticket from just fly when called back to reschedule date they asked $588 for new ticket... when looked at direct airline the same flight charge to book was $511 when asked CUstomer care, she said if you re-schedule or cancel they will charge $75 and xyz charges. So in short she told me you don't cancel else we will charge you extra plus no refund, so keep that ticket book your new ticket directly from airline... can you believe that? Seriously they are not to help...

One of the worst customer support I have ever used. Please do not even visit the site to make travel arrangements. I have been trying to reach their customers support whole day but no respond. The wait time you may told by automated voice for 5 mins but only god knows when that 5 mins will get over and you will connect to Customer support executives.
I found what looked to me to be a really good price for a flight, selected it and received a message that i had gotten the deal. However, before I could put in the required information, the price had gone up a over 200 dollars. This happened several times but i finally made a purchase, for more than I had thought I would have to spend when I started the process. Then within hours of my purchase, I saw better prices advertised but saw those ads after the 4 hour window within which I could have cancelled for free.
I am a repeat customer that purchased from Justfly.com. They sold me tickets which were comparable in price so i purchased through their website. 12 hrs after i purchased the flight the price dropped over $100. Justfly would not price match and would not let me cancel without charging me a fee. Go to another reputable company like expedia, hotwire, orbitz
I recently used this service for my flight out of State, While the tickets were fine, we had issues at the airport and my original flight had to be cancelled due to issues with the plane, we tried to contact JustFly to verify my return flight information. The airlines made an announcement that all of our flights had been cancelled. When we called customer service, we had been placed on hold with an estimated time wait of 20 minutes.
After sitting on hold for almost 2 hours, we called them back on another phone, here they had closed and left us on hold. We attempted to call customer service the next morning and got more of the same. I will not use this search engine again.

As an elderly person, I have circulation issues, so when I booked my ticket on justfly I booked a bulkhead seat so that I would have room. This cost me $70. When I got on the airplane, it turned out it was a different airplane than the map they had on their site, and that the seat I booked was in no way a bulkhead seat, so I ended up with the guys in front me's lap in my head and feeling ill at the end of the flight. When I called to at least get the seat money back since it had clearly not been what I paid for, they said sorry nothing we can do about it. OK well at least I can warn people. Horrible company
I only use Justfly.com for all my flights. I've used this site for multiple international flights without any issues. Website is easy to use. I tend to find better flights and times here then any other site. I've stopped using Travelocity or Expedia. I have also recommended this site to friends who where going to go through a travel agency. You can do it yourself, It's very easy.
Booked round trip to seattle wa. Picked a date and am found a flight picked it. Checked it a few days later and realized they had slipped in a pm which i picked, ok my fault. Well you cant talk or email anyone at this company. So i purchased a one way am flight, and was going to use the second part of my rt tickets to fly home. Nope they wouldnt let us use the rt trip home. I paid for three flights, in the end we were stranded at airport for over 8 hrs and i had to purchase and additional two tickets home for another 800. And a days missed from work. Be very careful if you use this company, I will never again and i will tell all my co workers not to use this sight. No customer service at all
We booked a flight through them and when we got the itinerary, it was incorrect. Calling the customer service to fix this was a headache and all that was offered was to cancel the ticket for a $75 fee. Not acceptable. We were put on hold for an extended period of time when we asked to speak to a supervisor (after being told it would be a 3 - 5 min wait). They want us to pay for their mistake. We don't recommend using this site.

I booked a flight using this site and picked seats that are free. The website does not show any price for the free seats. They end up charging you even if you pick a free seat.
When you call them, they refuse to refund you. Also, it takes about 4 days to get confirmation. The customer service is very poor.
I recommend you stay away from this site.
Do not use this company. Not only did they change flights so they were unusable for myself and my husband, their website did not work and chat did not work. Females who were supposed to help you spoke too quickly with an accent, berated me when I asked questions, did not return calls when they said they would. I did not receive all of my money back, but it ended with them charging me $300 more to cancel my flight though I had paid for cancellation insurance, claiming it was half of what I should have paid them! This took many hours and was the WORST experience ever.
Love your booking site and the email updates! You watch and notify me of price reductions! Love that I can pick my seats! Went to my delta app and will. E able to pre board! No mega security issues! Great easy booking procedure!
They charge you to perform certain tasks that you can take care of for free by going straight to the airlines website, e.g. seat selection, cancel flight. I had the unfortunate circumstance where I had to cancel a flight. The law requires airlines to allow for free cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. I logged in to cancel before 24 hours but Justfly said they charge $75 per ticket to cancel, while offering no other options. I agreed to the $150 charge (2 tickets) because I didn't want to get past the 24 hour period and have to pay for the whole thing. I found out later, I could have cancelled directly with the airline for free. I tried to call, but customer service is conveniently unreachable. Choose a different travel service, or go direct to the airlines to buy your tickets.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
