I love using the site justfly and is the only site I'd use! I recommend to everyone I possibly can and they love it too. Just fly gives me the best prices no matter where I m going.
I made reservations from Newrk NJ to Beunos Aires Argentina with JustFly. I needed 4 seats for my son, his wife, baby and us. They booked the seats and because we were traveling with a baby we could not do the boarding passes with American Airlines. American told us wie would have to do the boarding passes at the airport. So we went to the airport on the day of travel and were informed the seats we were given by JustFly were already taken and they had no record of the seat reservation. This happened on the way back as well. The seats were reportedly premium seats and we we not charged premium pirces, hence, we had to rebook. Unfortunately on the way home there were only premium seats and we had to spend another $180 to secure 4 seats in a row. Again I do not know wheter this was incompetence or deception on the part of JustFly.
Overall a good experience, was able to find the flights as close to the times I wanted for the cheapest price... Was dissappointed though when I wanted to change the departure date, I wasn't able to, so I had to cancel and rebook and of course I was then able to find the date that I wanted to change to which cost me more money
I absolutely love Just Fly because I can always count on flights with the best and lowest prices. The website is so organized and easy to use! I don't fly with anyone else. You guys are the best!
Its always good to do business with a good company. Just fly makes me want to just fly. I often find the flights Im looking for at a reasonable price.

Great, But prices could still be be lower on you designated dates instead of just alternates. It would be nice if you could earn just fly points for frequent flyers.

Crooks! Gave me a travel credit and then fares all of a sudden doubled if I wanted to use the credit. Without the credit, fares were 50% less. Go figure!
I am very disappointed to the service that Justfly.com has provided! I was trying to pay for my booking yesterday couple times because it kept showing that the booking I was choosing was no longer available. I tried to open another tap and seeing the same flight was open and it was available. I also tried to choose a same flight but different departure time. Same thing happened again I couldn't pay for it! Then I tried to closed all tabs and restarted the whole process then the price went up of course! Today I tried to called the customer service and I was told that the price is higher than what I am seeing online right in front of me! According to the live agent, this is the actual price they are offering. So I questioned him the price of what the website showing today is actually $100 lower than what he has offered for me. Is that why when I tried to book my ticket yesterday and it didn't go through because the price was higher than what I was seeing on the website? I can't trust this website and this company anymore! Very disappointing to their customer service and online experience. I will not recommend to others!
They just steal $200 that I paid for tickets. I canceled my ticket they changed me $75 cancellation fee and on top of that they steal another $15 In total so far they steal $290 DO NOT TRUST THE BIGGEST THIEF ( justfly)

It was very good but I didn't like that they gave me some kind of new seats so now I don't have the option to change seats. I wish they would have been up front so I could change it.
STOP! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. HAD TO TAKE TWO SEPARATE AIRLINES AND HAD TO GO TO BAGGAGE CLAIM TO CLAIM MY BAG, TAKE IT TO SECURITY AGAIN AND AGAIN PAY TWICE TO CHECK MY BAGGAGE. IT COST ME OVER $250.00 TO CHECK MY BAGS. HAD TO PAY FOR WATER. NO HELP IN AIRLINES TO ASK QUESTIONS. ON YOUR OWN ALL THE WAY. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO ANSWER OR HELP. AGAIN STOP DON'T DO IT. BE WARNED.
I was searching for flight to Vegas and JustFly came on first in search! I got exactly times to leave and come back as I wanted, and price was within my budget! Thank you JustFly!
