I called in within 20 hours of my 24hours to cancel and I had spend about 2 hours on the phone and got mixed answers. Call a 2nd time to follow up and got a different answer then the 1st phone call. Still waiting for my refund. And they charged extra charges. Worst experience I have had.
I've tried several other sites for cost savings on flights. I've found this site for both domestic and international flights to have competative prices across the board. Additionally, the convenience of of the flight alerts and other comodities (car rental, and hotel) make this site very user friendly. I would definitely (and have) recommended JustFly.com to others.
Too bad, I can't give them 0 stars because I would! They will not reimburse any ticket, even when you have insurance! I love how they are constantly saying I'm sorry for the inconvenience, yet they don't help solve the issue! DON'T BUY@ JUSTFLY!

I should have read the reviews! Tried twice to book with them, and both times the booking was cancelled AFTER confirmation, because of an "issue" with my card. The second time I even waited on the phone while the charge went through, and the rep said it was fine, and then I received the cancellation email after I hung up. HOWEVER, with bits and pieces of the charges from multiple airlines showing up as pending on my bank account, I called those airlines and found that one charge from the second booking (the return flight!) was still confirmed and we were being charged for it. How the heck are we supposed to use the return flight if we can't even get there? Hoping all charges are successfully reversed soon, so we can use our money elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY.
I have booked many return flights RSW- ZRH- RSW in the past. This is my first booking with you, attracted by your lower price. What a nightmare.
Firstly when I booked as soon as your price alert reached my email inbox, the stated price had gone up, yet I did book.
My credit card statement showed 4 transactions viz the actual stated (higher)price, then a transaction of 0.00 and then $1.00 and a foreign transaction fee of $18.56
I have never had a foreign transaction fee ever paying with my US credit card. Moreover your transaction charges of $0.00 and $1.00 made BOA suspicious
And closed that c/c and issued a new card (still to arrive)
What an experience, never use your services again.

JUst cancelled a flight reservation to Managua NIcaragu due to the political unrest, people killed and US Embassy travel alerts. I called TACA and was told cancellation is ok but with a $150.00 cancellation fee. Ok with me but I thought better to cancel with Justfly because that's where I made the original reservation. Filled out the online cancellation request and Justfly showed the $150.00 cancel fee. All good so far. I hit the button - done but when I printed the cancellation fee was $279.25. I called Just fly as was told the additional $129.25 was a JUstfly cancel fee in addition to the TACA airlines fees. Whew--. Pretty hefty when it was done all online. This is one company I will not be doing business with again. You know-I could accept $25.00-$50.00 on the Justfly side but $129.00? Outrageous, just sayin. I thought they were more honest.
I booked a round trip ticket through your company and upon departing from my return trip I realized the drop off city is Newport Stewart. I orginally booked a round trip from LGA to SAV.

To start, I had to spend nearly three hours on their online chat, desperately trying to explain my emergency situation and seeking urgent assistance. Despite this significant time investment, I received little to no useful help. Instead, I was met with rude responses, a lack of understanding, and a general sense that the agents had no idea how to address my issue.
When I tried to call Justfly, the situation was even worse. There was no one to talk to, and I was stuck in an endless loop of waiting, only to be forced back into the dreaded online chat. This lack of human interaction was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had a legitimate issue that required immediate attention.
My initial problem arose when the airline made changes to my existing booking. I received an email from Justfly stating that I had alternative options to change my flight, which seemed straightforward. However, when I requested to use these alternatives, I was told that I needed to pay extra fees, despite the fact that the changes were not my fault. The agent's response was that this was just a "generic email," and that I would need to pay if I wanted to make any changes. This felt like a blatant attempt to extract more money from me for something that should have been resolved without additional charges.
The lack of honesty and transparency was appalling. It seemed that once I had paid for my ticket, Justfly was no longer interested in providing any form of customer service. Instead, they tried to squeeze more money out of me for absolutely no reason.
I have used many travel booking websites, but Justfly has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are unreliable, unhelpful, and disrespectful to customers. I will never use this website again, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs. If you value your time, money, and sanity, choose a different travel booking service. Justfly is simply not worth the headache.
So I had to cancel my flight due to COVID-19 and I bought insurance for that reason. To make a long story short after speaking with an agent they gave me nothing as promised. My travel was supposed to be 100% refundable. Not only did the insurance do absolutely nothing for me besides cost an extra $25 they gave me a credit only for future use and then charged me 2 fees. One of $35 and another for $50! This company is a joke, NEVER EVER USE THESE FRAUDS! I'm looking into seeing what our state congress can do for me.
Tried booking on another website... I couldn't find the flight I wanted. When I did find it, it was double the price! I tried JustFly.com. Found the flight I was looking for and at the price that was stated. No issues booking. I'll use JustFly.com in the future.
Justfly charged for cancellation during Covid 19, even Austrian did not charge for cancellation, Experian did not charge customers if the airline did not charge customers. I did know about it, I did not put any credit card numbers, did not get any receipt from them. It just show up on the bank.
It was very easy and straightforward with what I was looking for. Lots of variety on flights from San Diego to Seattle and back, I had multiple options on the time which was great because I had to arrive before a specific time.

Be aware of their cancellation fee $150 for international flights. This is not airline cancelation fee. I canceled my ticket. They charged $150 right away to my credit card!

I booked days before my trip. I get to the airport and they can't find me anywhere on the manifest. I call justfly. There was a problem with my card I was using. They said they sent an email. I never got one. I would have tKen care of it had I got that email. I told them I would never go thru them ever. Diseaster! I paid for sit reservation for me and my 1.5year old child. Even though I selected sits at booking now I am assigned in different row than my toddler. When I called them they told me- deal with it we cannot do anything. I have no idea how I'm going to to fly! I need to hilgiht that I paid extra for the sits I selected. I will never use them.
I had to cancel my flight because of some COVID reason and they told me that they will return 50%. They never returned the money and there is no way for me to contact them because I have to enter booking number when I call, and after that I am not directed to anyone! Shame!

I called the day leaving Toronto to switch my timing since I was sick and the man said I canceled my insurance and accused me of calling in and doing it. I was mortified with his accusation because I would NEVER cancel my insurance. I kept being put on hold then transferred to a supervisor. Supervisor didnt help and said they canceled my insurance because the rate went up and they sent me an email. I never received an email. Till this day I keep looking for it. I told the supervisor that I never received it and im not lying and he then says well hes not lying either. What sort of customer service is this? Terrible, will never ever purchase or go through this again.
