I purchased a ticked paying the price it was indicated in the website for justfly.com then when I called to confirm the purchase the justfly.com agent threatened me that if I didn't pay the additional $166.67 I would not have a ticket. Because I didn't have much time to keep shopping on line for a ticket I had to pay the extra money. I feel that I was not treated fairly with a professionalism from justfly.com. I don't appreciate how they treat their customer and will advise NOT to do business with them. Justfly.com should honor the prices adversited on line.
I booked on the 28 of December to go to Bariloche in March. I face all my information and pressed book and confirm. It just kept spinning for about a half hour before it kicked me off but they took the money out of my account. For 2 hours I tried to speak to someone who could help me. When someone did get on the phone they said they needed a confirmation number. I told them I had none because it wasn't confirmed so then they give ne a customer service number that is basically an automated system. When Ai got someone they said there was no reservation in my name and they couldn't even look it up with my phone number. Meanwhile here is January 2nd and justflys payment is still processing. I can't start a complaint with my bank until it's processed. I spent 2 hours calling all the numbers Justfly could possibly have and there was not one human being that could help. Meanwhile that money even though is still processing it's already out of my account and who knows when it will be credited! I booked with Expedia and had no issues! I will never use Justfly ever again
Tried to cancel trip due to airlines change flight time which we were not notified by Justfly. We filed out all forms and came back they could not give refund since they were not booking agent. What a joke. They referred me to airlines. Please book with airlines not Justfly surprise they have not been shut down.
Hi we are from israel and we got stuck im america cause of the war.
They have canceld our flights 4 times! And we have a flight to london in a few days and we cant have that flight cause el al does not have a flight on that day so what well we do? And if we want to move the date of the flight it well cost us 800 dollors! Just to move the date of the flight. And they want to refand us for the flight to israel not even half of the price. I am so Disappointed! They are so rude!
We booked a trip to Bali on 12/2/23 and cancelled 12/28/23 and they would not issue us a refund, apparently you must cancel within 24 hours of booking. They only offered us a credit and we had to use it by 12/2/24 and it had to be the same destination. Upon receiving the voucher we were informed that when we book there will be a $200 per person handling fee and another $300 penalty fee. Absolutely ridiculous...avoid booking with them. I only added a 1 star because you had to pick one.

Saw several negative reviews, but we had the opposite encounter. Was great flight and people at justfly were easy to chat with. They were quick to answer questions, and they were very helpful. I would definitely use them again.
No customer service! I bought two tickets one for me and one for my friend to fly. I also bought seat assignments. I found out that one seat assignment was missing even though I paid for it. No one would help or even talk to me about it. I tried calling in and online chat, no help! I am out $58. I will never use this company again.

My schedule changed with the flight - they would not let me cancel and rebook,american airlines said i was eligible for a refund, to cancel justfly charged me a 200$ rebooking fee and penalty to travel on a crappy route.
I booked a return flight to Ft Lauderdale for myself and my girlfriend. While waiting for our flight it was changed 3 times getting worse every time. The return flight started out with one stop taking just under 8 hours but after all the changes it ended up 2 stops taking 12 hours. I looked on the page and our original flight was still available, When i contacted customer service they wanted minimum $250.00 to make changes to our flight. BEWARE of this shady outfit.
There are no refunds through justfly. My connecting flight was 14 hours delayed so I couldn't make it to the next flight. They won't refund it, saying it's 2 different airlines. When I contacted them to get a different ticket for the flight I can't make it, this is what their agent did:
- sent me the link to buy another ticket 2.5 times more expensive
- the link was for the same flight I couldn't make in time to begin with, which I realized when I got the purchase confirmation
- when I told him he sent me the wrong link, he said then buy it yourself and wanted to leave. I asked him to void the purchase he made me do, he said he will and the refund will show on my statement. Never happened.

I completely paid for four tickets to go from USA to Brazil that cost me U$3,000.00 and they never send me any confirmation email! After days trying to speak to someone from the customer center, I was finally able to get a hold over the phone. I've spoken to several different people, they ALL gave me different information, and all they try they entire time is to get more money from you. One of them said I could get my reimbursement but that would take them 8 months, the other person said there was no reimbursement at all, I could either cancel without getting anything in return or pay they more money to travel on a different day. Even though the company was who got the flight canceled, I wanted the flight booked just the way I purchased it. At the end they pretty much forced me to pay extra U$500.00 or I would lose the entire amount previously paid. But they only told me over the phone details of the trip, never send me an email specifying the stops or anything. The lady who claimed over the phone to be the supervisor, was extremely rude, I've spent many hours over the phone with this company who clearly is very unprofessional and have no clue about what they are doing, because they all told me different things every time I would call them and more than 6 different agents hanged up in me. Be careful, do not buy anything from this company, they sell tickets that they do not actually have it. They even told me that the airline company I was supposed to flight from did not have a phone number I could call, which is a total lie since I've spoken to them just today, and when I called them they said only the domestics flight were showing on the system, not the international ones. So that means the tickets were never processed and that explains why they never sent us a confirmation email. Be away from this company!
Avoid this company, they issued incorrect tickets, in our case not including carry on luggage, and didn't do anything to correct it prior to my flights. It's taken several hours on their website trying to resolve with no resolution in sight. Until proven otherwise, I have to believe they do this on purpose as an extra money making scheme. Plus, no email or phone contacts, can only wait for hours and hours on their chat. Not sure how many hours of effort they expect me to put into fixing their mistake, maybe they think I'm working for them? Sure feels like I am.
This has been the most excuriating travel agency experience of my life. First of all, you can't reach them by phone. MY flight schedule changed and i was going to mss the connection so needed to cancel and I couldn't get anyone on chat for 5.5 hours! And they refused to call me. What kind of travel company offers no phone service? There are lots of questions, emergencies, etc when it comes to travel and this company has very limited contact access. You can talk to an agent via messenger after about 10 min. Lousy service!
No one to talk to. They take your money and walk off. Customer Support is in hell... Sales are always ready for you, if you need them after you give your cc info you can knock on a wall.
I booked a flight. They changed the time later on. Causing me loosing all the flight then the canceled my return flight without my consent causing me to by another flight. They refuse to refund my money ($1300 an some change). At the end of the day, I end up spending over $1500 to get another flight. The don't even have a away to discuss with them over the phone.
