They just got me with $240 round trip but I ended up paying $800 per person.

I decided to cancel $450 ripped off
Then they took $298.50 more without telling me. They will take all your money
We booked flights, after verifying with the airlines themselves the rules on the tickets. Justfly refuses to make the approved changes by the other airlines, has us set to be stranded on our trip and demanded I put my 7 year old on their own international flight several times. Their reps are horrible, hold times average 4 hours, call backs about 1 in 4 actually happen, they refuse you to talk to supervisors and will just lie to you to get what they want.
I can't say very much about their service. I've spent over 3 hours on hold today waiting to talk to someone, but it seems nobody is home. I'm getting real sick of this repeating on hold music and the all our agents are still busy announcement ever few minutes. In addition I have spent another 3 to 4 hours on hold over the past 4 days waiting and waiting on hold, to no avail. I even left my number for them and waited 3 hours for a call back and finally gave up and went to bed. If this is a clue to Justfly's customer service, THEY SUCK!
Got an email after completing booking saying I was 'eligible' to 'request' seating. Clicked through- never posted a cost or asked me to confirm purchase, didn't have to put in cc info (and I didn't think they could save my cc info without being asked) so I thought it was free. Then I get a charge in my card from Justfly and the airline. Customer service tells me its non-refundable and thats it. Total scam. Do not recommend for anyone. Pay the $10-$20 more to book on the airline site or another travel site!
This travel website offers you a too-good-to-be-true prices for flights but when your itinerary is sent to you tight after payment, the itinerary you booked is changed. The agents will advise you to cancel or book a flight again with a much different and higher air fare.
Agents are rude and ill-bred. They do nit listen when you are talking. No empathy on their end and gives you a hard time in dealing with them.
I am not recommending www.justfly.com to you. Your stress will double if you encounter a problem with them especially with their agents.

Worst website ever to book fly tickets.In my experience with them,they set a low price.When you call them to book,they respond to you quickly and pretend to be nice to deal with,and once they get your credit card information,they will send email to you promise will get the ticket after 4 days,but they didn't,so I call them.They told me the price had gon up $101 and you have to pay to get the ticket so what you paid becomes more than the price.Also the worst customer service ever.They leave me waiting on the phone for 50 minutes.Lastly this website is scammer and watch out for it.I will resort to all available methods in the American law to reach my money they stole from me.
Instead of booking me a flight to LAX, JustFly had booked a flight to a different airport. Their prices are ok but for paying less you get only the worst package such as no seat selection, not even a small suitcase is included when checking in. I tried several times contacting JustFly without any success. Their customer service is the worst compared to other travel agencies I have done business in the past.
Bought two tickets that said they were nonstop. After buying them, it turns out they were not nonstop. This was through Avianca. When I tried calling Avianca multiple times, the phone basically said in English, "don't even bother calling here if you're trying to speak to an agent in English."
Total scam. Don't say a flight is nonstop and then it has a stop.
At best, their system is horrible and their call center staff are not trained to handle issues. At worst, this site/company purposely has no complaint department, no management dept where issues can be escalated. I've been on the phone with this company the last 4 days, on hold for 2 hrs each time, regardless of what time I call, before getting a person. An airline flight credited to me was taken by someone else, to the point that the airline sees the credit as de-valued/used by Justfly on a specific date, but that I didn't use it.
I attempted to get that credit back today, but that was a joke. After an hour of repeating the same thing over and over, without the issue getting escalated, I'm giving up. I suggested to the call center rep that they find a better company to work for - this company is a joke.
They do not call you back. Everything online does not have answer. I would not recommend anyone using this website to reserve. Or your money will be at risk. Etihad airline cancelled flight, not me and they charged me 75 bucks. That is insane. They should have some better policies. If you call them, will stay on hold for hours.
My flight was cheaper on just fly rather than getting it off hawaiian airlines but I regret it and here is why:
I did not have the option to change my flight or cancel it. I tried to reach someone on the phone numerous times, waiting for hours and nothing. I tried to get last minute insurance to see if that would help but was unable to add the insurance do to
" the action cannot be completed at this time" however it still charged my credit card anyway. My last resort was to simply cancel directly from hawaiian airlines but lost all my money to that cancellation. I was hoping I could at least get credit from just fly.com but never heard back from them after emailing them twice. I'm never booking through a third party again. I unfortunately can't find my confirmation email but I have something else for proof which I'll add in the photo option.
These people are trash. All they want to do is that your money. I paid 158 dollar for refund protection and I can not get a refund. I was robbed and my skull fractured the day of my flight. I went to hospital 2 days later. I could not take the pain anymore. I had to have plastic surgery. So I'm healed now and try to get my life back together only to find they will not give my 1033$ back. I have to get a lawyer to resolve this problem which cost even more money plus then time I'm losing having to deal with these people.
I booked for a Qatar Airways flight on July 13,2023 on Justfly's website. Over 12 hours after booking, the ticket was not available. My booking status shows "processing", while my bank account has been debited. I had to cancel the booking the next day as I needed a copy of my ticket for another important process. Meanwhile, they charged me $75 they call "handling and admin fee" for cancelling a deal that they have not completed. I would not recommend its service.
I buy a $1221. 97 rt ticket to the Philippines "taxes and fees included" I've bought from them before. My invoice is for $1633. 97 I try to call no answer. I wake up this morning and am charged another $415 I call asap and finally get through only to get the run around for 30 minutes. They kept saying that the money was returned then taken out again. This is not true because I was looking at my bank account while talking to them. I will never go through them again.

This agency sells plane tickets that doesn't exist and then try to charge you to book for another time. Very rude customer service who don't even bother listening to their customers, they just want to talk and accuse you of being rude if you don't allow yourself to be manipulated into paying more. Just book with the airline directly. These people are just stress.
I have applied for a refund 1 year back due to death of the passenger and they promised for 16-18 weeks as per there emails received still no refund has been received whenever i called them they mention about its under process i have dates of there emails. I will be escalating this to other platforms and authorities as this is totally illegal and will never recommend anyone to do book there tickets with them pathetic customer service i have booked my ticket in 2020 and till no refund has been issued.
Please be careful booking your flight through Justfly. A staff cancelled my reservation without my knowledge. Getting through to a customer rep took almost four hours, and when the call went through, the rep was extremely rude and cut me off the phone. Please do not, i repeat patronise Justfly. They don't have any respect for there customers especially if they have collected your money
When I checked out to purchase my ticket they only gave me the price of the ticket. They did not include the charge for using their service. So this leads people to believe they are ONLY paying for their ticket. It's not unreasonable to be charged for using them to purchase a ticket. However, it's deceitful of them to not put it in your total when checking out. Also they have terrible customer service. You can't call unless your flight is in the next few days so you have to use their robot chat service and you're lucky if you can get a human. The robot said it would switch me to a live agent and I waited for 2 hours and gave up.
JustFly - Ticket's double charge
The Justly sold me a ticket for a flight, and they told me that my card was not accepted by their company, so they sent me an-email saying that I should update my new credit card, so I did it. However, for my surprise, they "created" a second ticket code with the same passengers, same destination, and same date of travel, and charged twice for the same flight.
Now I want to solve this double charge, and they don't answer my cellphone, and I'm for more than 01 hour and half and just hear that they have a high volume of call phones.
That's unbelievable, because when pressed the number on the dial to buy a new ticket, they answered me in less than 01 minute.
There's no respect by consumer time, and I think this will be my last time buying my ticket on this company. There are other companies that sell air tickets, and I will think better next time.
