Terrible experience. Just like everyone here, I ordered flowers for mother's day (3 days ago) which still haven't been delivered, while my card was charged immediately. I tried cancelling the next day, but couldn't get through to a live person and noone responded to my email replied to their generic 'sorry you're flowers are delayed' email.
However, when I call and click on the option to place an order, someone picks up IMMEDIATELY, says they are completely disconnected from the customer support line, doesn't provide a manager's name/phone that I could speak to, NOTHING.
I will make sure that noone I know uses this scam of a company, and I am expecting a full refund (and then some) on order ******* for this completely traumatizing experience.
Never dealt with a company as bad as this. Flowers were supposed to be delivered Sunday for Mothers Day. Here it is Wednesday - 3 days later and still no flowers. Cant get thru to customer service. Left a voice mail and got a recording sent to my phone that flowers would be delivered on Tuesday... again a lie! Will not use this company again and posted on social media the disappointment for many mothers this company caused

I ordered flowers well in advance of mother's day and scheduled a Saturday delivery; the flowers arrived late Tuesday night. I left several voicemails and sent Severus emails asking for a status and finally a voicemail to cancel my order, with no replay.
Additionally, the flowers I ordered are nothing like what was pictured, I spent $90 for 5 tulips! Based on the lack of customer service and the quality, this company is really a scam and should be reported

I ordered flowers for my two mothers for Mother's Day. One lives in Colorado, the other in Pennsylvania. The flowers did not arrive at either location on Mother's Day. Instead I received emails stating in each case that the flowers would be delivered on Monday. Monday came and went-no flowers, but another email stating the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday. No flowers were delivered at either location on Tuesday either, so I cancelled the orders.

What a scam, I ordered my mother flowers for mothers day. When I went to the website on Saturday it showed the flowers could be delivered on Saturday and or Sunday. I choose Sunday and they just came today Wed. They also were half dead and don't even look like the picture online. I will never order from them again. Very disappointed overall. When I call them the complain the call kept getting disconnected.

Flowers were ordered on Saturday for Mother's Day. They arrived on Monday. The arrangement looks nothing like the picture not even close. The arrangement I ordered has none of the flowers pictured on their site. It certainly is not worth the $88.00 I paid for it. It took 4 tries to get customer service. This is a SCAM.

I ordered flowers that should have been delivered yesterday. I did not receive a confirmation, but was charged on my credit card. Customer service does not answer and the automated system only asks for an order number they never provided. This place is a total scam and I swear if customer service responds to this asking for my order number I may freak out. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and received a confirmation from Just Flowers. The flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day. I called them and was promised a next day delivery (after the Mother's Day weekend) and even then the flowers were not delivered. I called them again and was informed that the florist did not deliver and they learned about it only when I inquired. The had the audacity to ask if I want it delivered on the following (3rd day after the motehr's day) with a 15% discount.
My mother was left without flowers on Mother's Day and I think Just Flowers are outrageously incompetent and have no respect for their customers.

I ordered flowers and balloons from JustFlowers for my wife for Mother's Day. I got a confirmation email from JustFlowers. No flowers on Saturday. No flowers on Sunday. On Monday, I wrote to them that they missed the delivery.
Two days after Mother's Day, on Tuesday afternoon, they delivered the flowers. Unfortunately, this was useless to me because now my wife is on a business trip. I got a call from a Just Flowers manager who said her name was Jill. She offered a $10 refund on an $85 order. I said that the flowers at this point are just going to remind me that my wife didn't get her Mother's Day gift. They'll be wilted by the time she gets home. I said I wanted a full refund. Jill said the most she could refund was $15. When I asked for her full name, she hung up on me.
What a joke of a company! They literally did everything wrong and then hung up on the customer they had flaked on.
There are many flower companies out there. I will not be using them again.

This flower service company is by far the worst that I have ever encountered. I was attempting to buy beautiful flowers for my mother on Mother's Day. I spent hours picking out an arrangement that I knew she would love, which included stargaze lilies. I ordered them to be delivered on Mother's Day and they were not delivered until today Tuesday, May 14. Upon getting the flowers they were nothing like the arrangement I had selected they were a cheap selection of flowers thrown together, at what looked like last minute and sent to my mom's doorstep. I have called this company multiple times now and left multiple messages and have yet to hear back. I have called the florist that the site used and was told that the service site takes a large percentage of the money that they make on these flowers and they only gave said amount of money for the arrangement to be put together. The florist informed me that she originally denied the order as she didn't have two of the main flowers. The service company said "just send an arrangement of mixed flowers". I understand the site said a flower may be substituted for something comparable. However, the whole arrangement of flowers were substituted! Daisy flowers are one of the cheapest flowers and looked nothing like any of the flowers in my selected arrangement of choice! I was only able to find out the florist that was used because I was called by them and told the flowers were delivered. When ordering the flowers on Just Flowers, I put my email down and every time I called the automated voice would say to check my email for updates, I NEVER GOT ANY EMAILS. I looked in spam, junk and inbox. I have proof of all this unprofessional and disturbing scam of a website but most importantly I want to provide the pictures showing the difference between the flowers I ordered and the flowers that were sent. It is absolutely despicable that a flower company would take advantage of people like this. I am grateful that it was Mother's Day flowers as opposed to funeral arrangements or arrangements for someone sick in the hospital. I am a nurse at a large hospital in a small town and I will never recommend Flowerdelivery.com or Just Flowers to any of my patients or their family members.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my grandson's Mother on a Friday before Mother's Day 2019. I had already ordered my Mother and Mother in law's flowers from a different company just minutes before, but, they would not deliver in the area of my grandson's. So, I found Just Flowers who would deliver there. I ordered the flowers, received my confirmation order number and that the flowers would be delivered the following day. At about 4 p.m. after all of my other flowers had been delivered, I received an email stating that the flower delivery had been delayed. I called the number and was told that they would be delivered on Sunday, perfect. On Sunday, I had received an email stating that they could not be delivered and they would be the available day and that they would attach an apology note stating that they were sorry for the delay. On Monday, I received the same email, ( I had called and left a message, but, nobody had called back). On Tuesday, i received the same email and immediately called customer service, only to be told by the voicemail,, leave my number and message. Not happening again, I called back and finally got a human voice, when I explained the situation, trying to remain calm, she asked if I would like to cancel my order. I said most definitely as no order had made it to the house anyway in the last 4 days anyway. She then asked if they delivered the flowers tomorrow and issued me a $15 credit would that suffice. I then said, how about I dispute the charge with American Express and then send an apology letter to your company stating why as your company was going to do to my grandson's Mom. The sad part is, I had ordered 3 other sets of flowers from different vendors all within minutes of each other, all across the country and the only ones that were not delivered on time were Just Flowers. I am beyond disappointed and contacted my grandson's Mom everyday telling her it should be the next day, only to look like an idiot. I will NEVER order from this company again.

My order was placed and scheduled to arrive 5/11, the day before Mother's Day. Not only did it not arrive on that day, it is now 5/14 and there still has been no delivery. Every day I call, leave messages and email with no human response. I receive a boiler plate email at the end of each day stating the following "we are truly sorry your Mother's Day order to XXXXXX was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day and we will include a note of apology from our company. Thank you for your understanding. We greatly appreciate your business"
I don't think they have any intentions of sending the flowers or if it will ever arrive. I cancelled on my credit card as I cant get anyone to answer the phone. This is the first time using JustFlowers and definitely my last. I hope this helps and saves some headaches for people.

This is the first time I used justflowers.com and the last one for sure. As my mom and I live in a different States she knows I always send her flowers on Mothers Day. She waited the whole day in anticipation, but never received her flowers on Mother Day nor next day, while the money for the bouquet were charged immediately. I called the company at least 3 times and every time I spend long time on hold and then transferred to voicemail. No one called me back, no apology, nothing... Finally when I threatened over the voicemail that I will do the charge back and leave bad reviews, the flowers were delivered at the end of day 3, but instead of their Premium version which I paid for, my mom got the smallest bouquet. Again no word from the company! Will never order from them again!

The Mother's Day gift I ordered for my Mom was never delivered. I later received an email stating that it would not be delivered on time, although the website confirmed that it would. However, the email didn't arrive until they received my payment. I tried several times, selecting different options to get through by phone and nothing but automation. It is now Tuesday, and still no delivery. At this point I'd want a refund, but that's not one of the automated options. Their customer service is absolutely the worst. I've never used JustFlowers before, and I will never use them again.

Well apparently my second order was never delivered either I am beyond upset and disappointed I told my mother about my plan and surprise that went horribly wrong because it was never delivered and I have been charged two times now for 93.23 and 95.25 this is absolutely horrible I will never ever even consider ordering flowers online again nor give your websites justflowers.com nor flowerdelivery.com apparently their the same! I thought I went through a different company and guess I was wrong... any sort of good reviews it will be absolutely not be itll be negative because this experience has been the worst and my mothers day surprise was ruined and the moment long gone. I placed 2 floral orders to be delivered on Mothers Day 2019. Their delivery calendar showed that they would be delivered. Mothers Day (Sunday)I get an email saying it couldn't be delivered. Monday I get another email saying it couldn't be delivered. I called several times Monday and could not get a live person on the phone. I had to leave several messages to cancel my order. Finally after several more tries, I got hold of a live person on TUESDAY. I explained that I wanted the orders cancelled and why. She put me on hold, called the florist, then told me they could only cancel one order because the other had just been delivered. I explained that I left several voice messages THE DAY BEFORE cancelling my order and that I would not pay for either order. I am currently waiting for a "Manager" to call me back.

I placed 2 orders on the Tuesday before Mothers' Day. One was actually received and on time. The other... I received an email on the Friday with a link to pick another bouquet, that the one I picked can not be completed. So, I did. I received the link back again. I picked again. This time they replied back with a different link saying the first 2 were incorrect. I went ahead and picked a bouquet that was not what I wanted but now I was in a time constraint (delivery Monday) Finally, they said ok. Monday came and went. I called and emailed with no answer back. Tuesday, my mom sent me a picture, late in the afternoon. She had received a bouquet, and although she was grateful, I knew it did not look like it was supposed to.
UPDATE: A week after my mom did receive the flowers, I received the tracking number from the JustFlowers customer service. A little late. On the other hand, the FLOWERS... my mom loved them and they lasted for 2 weeks. They were roses. That doesn't always happen. So I am grateful for that.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange.
