What is my refund on my three flopped orders. Two arrived late and UGLY and the other was never delivered. People waited around for late ugly flowers.

Why do even ask for peoples order numbers? You are not going to do anything to help rectify the problem. Rip off. I will continue to write reviews and discourage anyone from falling into this trap!
