The Mother's Day gift I ordered for my Mom was never delivered. I later received an email stating that it would not be delivered on time, although the website confirmed that it would. However, the email didn't arrive until they received my payment. I tried several times, selecting different options to get through by phone and nothing but automation. It is now Tuesday, and still no delivery. At this point I'd want a refund, but that's not one of the automated options. Their customer service is absolutely the worst. I've never used JustFlowers before, and I will never use them again.
