DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BEWARE! My fiancé and I were getting married the weekend after Mother's Day. As a surprise, he decided to send his new mother-in-law flowers for Mother's Day. He placed the order a few days before Mother's Day, from France. Mother's Day came, NO FLOWERS. The day after Mother's Day this company sends an email saying they couldn't fulfill the order. That when they had availability they would send the flowers with an apology from the company. He arrived the Tuesday after Mother's Day, and they still didn't send anything. We called Wednesday, and the customer service number went to voicemail I was told to leave a message. I left a message with the confirmation number, my phone number, his phone number, his name. No one ever calls back.
The next day I call, and yet again. I can only leave a message. Out of frustration, I decided to call the order number, and of course they answered the phone. When I explained to the first woman the situation, she told me I had to call the customer service number and leave a message. I told her I already did and no one replied. I said this wasn't acceptable and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that they are not allowed to put me through to a manager and my only option is to leave a message. When I told her that wasn't acceptable she stop talking, and sat there silent on the phone. So I called back, this time I got Hannah. Hannah told me the same thing she can't put me through to a manager I have to leave a message and that's all I can do. I said this wasn't acceptable. She told me well they were very busy since it had been Mother's Day and that customer service was dealing with a lot of issues because of the volume they had. Really? They didn't think they were going to be busy on Mother's Day?
We had to call the bank to put a dispute in on this transaction. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I warn you not to also! They are extremely incompetent and not professional!
The flowers were received a day late
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday before Mother's Day. They were not delivered. Instead, I received an email saying the delivery was delayed and would be delivered on the next available delivery day. Well, it is now THURSDAY, and still NO FLOWERS! My account has been charged, however. This is such a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have a customer service number, but you cannot actually reach anyone to talk to them. It's so disappointing to trust a company to deliver flowers to your 85 year old mother across the country, then not have them fulfill that service. I am hoping to be refunded, but not expecting that to actually come through, either. My order number is *******.

It was mother's day and I could not find any other flower shops that provides "same day delivery" which is why when I saw that this website can provide this service, I was relieved. I was obviously so happy that I found them and that they do extended hours to cater for mother's day. My dad waited for the flowers the whole day but it never arrived. I was in another country so I could not get ahold of their customer service. I did send them an email the next day. They replied and said that it will take 1-4 days to be delivered. Why would you put a "same day delivery" advertisement if you cannot fulfill the job?! Aside from shipping fee, I even had to pay handling fee when my purchase was not handled right! It is really annoying. I then just asked for a refund but never had a reply. I sent them 3 emails yet nothing. No reply. Until now, my mother has not received her flowers nor I got my refund back. 4 days later after mother's day.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The flowers I ordered were 4 days late. I messaged, I called and got a voicemail and left a total of 6 messages. Not only were they late I paid $108 for something that looks like a ten year old threw together. It was supposed to have lillies, roses, carnations, sunflowers and other small flowers. Bought the medium arrangement so it would be nice and full. What I got was no lilies, three roses, one sunflower and a ton of ferns filled in. Not even full looking. The vase doesn't match the flowers! It's absolutely horrible. I was so embarrassed! Called customer service and got no explanation just a request for a picture of the flowers. Sent them the pictures of what I ordered and a picture of the flowers delivered and have heard absolutely nothing! I seriously don't recommend this company and will never use them again. It is a nightmare getting customer service to do anything

Ordered 80 dollar flowers for Mother's Day on Saturday morning, said same day delivery. Did not get it Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or now Wednesday. Didn't receive any confirmation number for two days. When I finally did on Monday, they said they would deliver it the following day. They did that twice. Until today we received a cancellation of the flowers altogether from them. Completely ruined mother's day for my mother. Now I have to find something else to give her almost a week after our initial order. So disappointed in this service. Do NOT give them your money. If they can't handle flower delivery services for a big holiday like Mothers Day, they do not deserve your service any other time.

Same as everyone else. We have tried calling, left messages, emailed/messaged and are extremely dissatisfied. No. We do not want you to "attempt" to deliver tomorrow. We received confirmation that the flowers were delivered 5/14/19 (originally "guaranteed" to be on Mother's Day 5/12/19) and they most certainly were not. Order# *******. Demanding full refund. Don't even think about trying to deliver them now.

I ordered an upgraded arrangement for my sister and her husband who had passed the day before. It cost me $94 to have it delivered on Saturday before mother's day. It arrived the following Monday -2 days late. It looked like they just bought and old grocery store bouquet and stuffed in a Dollar Store vase. They never answered their phones they called on Sunday to tell me the flowers would be delivered by 6PM. I told them to cancel the order if was not delivered on Sunday. When it was all said and one - they only offered me a $10 refund. When I said that was unacceptable they upped to $30. Less than a 3rd not to mention the time and trouble trying to get them delivered. These people do not use an actual florist. There was not name on the card or the van that delivered. They say it is company policy not to give out the name. Their website lies and they will steal your money. I think their florists work out of their garages, get their flowers out of dumpsters, and buy cheesy Dollar Store vases. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Just got off the phone with my 80-year old Mom out West. Five days ago I spent $160 for the deluxe version of a bouquet to be delivered in lieu of my being able to call her on Mother's Day or until now. Turns out she never got them. They weren't delivered the next day, nor on Mother's Day, or even the next business day, for which some reasonable people have to wait. Didn't get the courtesy of a phone call, a text, an e-mail. Nor did she. Just my good old mom on the phone crying because I forgot her on Mother' Day.
That was sad but perhaps understandable. What went wrong? "Maybe you poor guys are just busy this Mother's Day, and mine is one of the few unfortunate moms who missed out." Naahhh. Turns out there are a bunch of disappointed customers. An internet search (which, incidentally, includes a few consumer sites not listed on the JustFlowers webpage) reveals an astounding number of complaints of over-selling for this and other popular occasions going all the way back to 2007; A blatant and persistent disregard of the inability to deliver a product as promised as well as complaints of frustrating resolutions. They've had at least nineteen years to figure out how not to do this to people. Yet, this remains as standard business practice. This is where they lose my respect. This follows the ever popular "legal-but-screw-you" business model that, unfortunately, is breeding contempt for ever the diminishing respectful business community. Shame on them. Started out I was just upset about a flower delivery; now I'm saddened for us all.

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. This site totally ruined mothers day for me. I ordered the flowers for mothers day and they did not come. Tried to call and same as everyone else couldn't get a hold of anybody. A few days later the flowers came after numerous calls and emails that were not answered. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Still to this day haven't talked to anyone. Wish I could have this place shut down ended up getting more flowers. I would suggest proflowers to anyone looking for flowers.

When I contacted Just Flowers to complain, they apologised and said they would send another arrangement for the correct Day. Mothers day flowers did not deliver on time. Two days late in fact and I tried to cancel my order BEFORE the flowers were delivered and there was no reimbursement for a nearly $100 purchase. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service ONLY to find out they would reimburse $15 for shipment. Such horrible service and no one responded to my emails or voicemails. NOT WORTH A PENNY.

I am 47 years old and this is the first negative review I have ever written ion my life. Certainly I have bought products or services that haven't always lived up to what i had hoped, but justflowers.com is beyond the pale. I am not even certain they are a legitimate company.
I ordered flowers the Saturday before Mother's Day. Justflowers.com has no tracking feature, and won't notify you if they are delivered. You have to contact them. Problemn is, there is actually no real way to do so. They give misinformartion on their automatyed answering machine that says something close to "just replay to our order email or click the banner on our webpage," neither of which gets you a response in real life. Their "customer service" line always leads down a road of being placed on hold and then ultimately sent to a voicemail. So each day I leave a voicemail with my order number and each day I get an email that my flowers were not delivered and they will be delivered the next available day with an apology note. Every day no delivery., This has now gone on all week. I paid $90 for flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, they have never been delivered, and I have never even been able to speak to a live person at justflowers., com to help me simply get them delivered. So since there is no one there I can talk to, to even get them sent, I am without recourse. I would never ever use this service and I will do everything I can to at least share my story.

After I wrote my review yesterday I received an automated phone message saying the flowers were on the way. I'm happy to report that the flowers were delivered and it was a beautiful arrangement (more a credit to the local florist than to Just Flowers). I'm extremely skeptical the delivery would have happened without me posting a review on this site, which is very frustrating since I had already paid. It's unlikely I will use them again.

Placed the order on Saturday for Mother's Day. Just like everyone else my money was taken immediately/ Got a call on Sunday evening saying the delivery would not happen that day. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
