I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau this company should not be allowed to take people's money, refuse to provide what was paid for, and then speak rudely to you, if you wait over an hour to speak to someone before they hang up on you. My fiance paid for two flower arrangements to and paid Extra to be expedited. Neither arrangement was what he ordered and both delivered a week later, after Mothers Day. After several attempts to contact the company and after an hour wait was spoken rudely to, they refused to reimburse him for their mistakes and hung up on him.

Arrangement had dead leaves and old flowers that lasted two days. They refused to refund or replace order. Offered $10 then $20 and finally $30 after multiple calls. The order was over $100. Never using them again.

Mother's Day flowers very late and zero customer service help. No response to email voicemails. They suck and will never use them again. I even had an extra charge for 4 hour delivery and that wasn't refunded either but can't get a hold of anyone!

I ordered flowers 17 days ago for a delivery on Mother's Day. They STILL have not been delivered. Customer service has actually hung up on my twice after giving them my order # because I call them to complain. Every day they promise next day delivery, but still... no flowers have been delivered for my mom. Aweful. Just aweful.

These guys are NOT the place to order from. No responses, flowers didn't get delivered to 2 different addresses, and after 2 weeks they just refunded 1 of 2 orders. I have to fill out paperwork to get refunded by PayPal now on the 2nd one. We placed 2 separate orders but they are not smart enough to see their own order numbers. Constant trails of emails unanswered, sorry service. We ordered from 1800 flowers as soon as we knew they were going to burn us on both orders and they got delivered no issues the next day. I will never move away from 800flowers again like I did this time.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, that were guaranteed for delivery that day, but then they got delayed for whatever reason. It's now been 8 days and they still haven't gotten to their destination. Customer service has been zero help, and unwilling to reimburse me for my, now pointless, purchase. Honestly I can't wait for this whole experience to be over so I never have to deal with them again. I'm pretty sure that as a flower delivery company you're main job is to deliver flowers on time. So not worth it, and I will be telling everyone I know exactly that.

I ordered an arrangement to be sent to my Mom for Mother's Day. Not only did it NOT arrive on that day, 3 days later she still had not received it. When she finally did (4th day late), she called the florist and they said JustFlowers had just sent them the order that morning. To make matters worse, I tried contacting them online and via phone. Online they only offered me a $15 discount off of my next order with them, and when I called, I was sent to voicemail. I left a message as directed and they did not call me back for 6 more days! Unbelievable! This company cares nothing about customer service and satisfaction. Total ripoff with zero attempt to make it right for their poor service. Don't waste your time or money!

I also ordered flowers for Mother's Day, I paid over $100 for them to be delivered on time. They were not delivered until two or three days later and then substituted with a smaller arrangement of much lesser value than the one advertised. Their customer service has only replied that they have for fulfilled the order in their policy allows them to make such substitutions. I suggest you stay clear of this business.

These flowers were for my cousin's funeral. His wife sent me a note to say how pleased the family was. The family was having 2 visitations at 2 different locations on 2 different days. Your CS rep called me & asked if I wanted them delivered on the 1st day & assured me that the flowers would also be moved to the 2nd location. I thought that was very thoughtful of her. My daughter ordered an arrangement for Mother's Day for me. The flowers were not delivered. I have called JustFlowers and left multiple messages. I sent an online inquiry. No one answers the phone let alone returns a call!
It is 5 days later and JustFlowers has yet to reach out. My daughter is extremely disappointed. Not only did the flowers not arrive, a representative has not attempted to correct the situation, but they stole my daughter's money! This is a deceptive business practice!

I ordered the roses for you flowers for my Mother in law The arrangement she received wasn't even close to what I ordered. I understand substitutions but it wasn't even close to any semblance. Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
