Ordered flowers for my mother and mother in law on Sat. No flowers were ever delivered. Called customer service and was on hold forever. When I finally pressed 1 for a "New Order", the phone was quickly answered by a foreign woman who claimed she couldn't transfer me to anyone and she couldn't help me. She could only help me ORDER flowers and take my money. She yelled over me and hung up on me when I told her that this looked like a scam.

I received a voice message claiming that my order was delivered on Saturday, May 11th. It was not. Nor on the 12th, 13th, or 14th. In addition, claiming that a delivery was made is just one more lie committed by Just Flower
If I could give a negative star review because even zero is too high of a recommendation I would. I found this entity when I did a local florist search near my mother-in-law. It also said same day delivery. I completed my order, however, the order was never delivered. I completed the Order inquiry form several times. There was no response. I telephoned and was disconnected before I could leave my order number and contact information when no representative answered. I called back and left the information. There was no response. I telephoned again more than a dozen times today. Each time I was placed on hold, then when I thought a person was answering, it switched to their automated system to leave information to leave your contact information and order number. There is no way to stay on hold and wait for a person. I got disconnected. There is no provision on the phone or on line to cancel an order either. It is like a trap. My last voice mail message, I advised I was cancelling. I then notified my bank to stop the charge and filed an investigation with them. I followed up with a formal and detailed email to this entity to cancel my order. I will now be filing formal complaints with the State Attorney General Offices in the state where my order was to be delivered and where the charge pending at my bank originated from. I will also be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. I hope all those who had their Mother's Day efforts ruined will follow suit.

Just like everyone else, they failed to deliver on Sunday as promised. Their customer service is terrible. Website doesn't work to check status and the lied on Monday saying the flowers had been delivered when they had not. They simply dont understand customer service.

I bought my mother flowers for mother's day which she still hasn't received as I'm writing this! I'm so upset I can't see straight! I paid 70 dollars for these flowers to get the her on Mother's Day, if I wanted them delivered the day after mother's day or the next day after that I could've bought them for way wayyy cheaper but I did this one hoping she would get them! My husband ordered flowers for Mothers Day and they were never delivered. About 9:30 that night he was sent and email saying they would be delivered later next week! Absolutely the worst! Don't order from them.

JustFlowers.com is beyond the most unprofessional company I've dealt with in the last 10 years. This company purposefully took orders over Mother's Day weekend that they knew they could not fulfill. Then instead of just admitting that they couldn't deliver kept emailing saying they would be delivered the next day.
The truth is, I had requested a Saturday delivery just so I could avoid the Sunday rush to deliver and they couldn't even deliver on that day.
No one picks up the phone at this company so I'm not sure what they consider to be customer service and then they want to cancel the order to leave me looking like a clown.
This company is COMPLETE GARBAGE and should not be in business. Read all the other reviews and just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

If you want to get a hold of someone quickly, call this number *******921. At least you can get a hold of someone. They said they refunded me, and it would take a while. It never happened, so I called up again. Apparently, a strict no return policy equates to freedom for crappy service. To sum it up, the flowers were two days late, the guy I called lied about refunding me, and when the flowers came in, my mom got my grandma's flowers and vice versa. I was upset my hard earned money went to crappy service, and that the TWO managers I spoke with were very unaccommodating. Now I know to use another PROFESSIONAL flower service for next Mother's and Valentine's Day. I received literally "Just Flowers" with crappy service and a lesson learned.

Ordered flowers for mother's day from JustFlowers which was not delivered on time. Called and emailed customer service, nobody ever picked up or responded to emails. A bunch of half dried, withered flowers jammed into a cheep glass pot was delivered one day after mother's day. I was totally embarrassed and the money was wasted (around $75). No apology note form the company! Do not order or business with this company.

I got a call back for one order. They said they needed the phone number of the recipient to deliver the flowers! You have her address, what do you need her phone number for? They have this thing now called Goggle Maps. It works pretty good.
After I gave it to them, they said they would deliver it ASAP, and offered me a 15% credit.
Yeah right, like I'll ever see that, Lol. I asked about the second order, and she said she couldn't help me. Of course not, that would be to complicated. When I asked to speak with her manager, she said her manager had left. Probably to go find a better job with a real company.

I placed 2 flower orders weeks before mother's day that were going to the same address... Not cheap orders either... One for my mother and one for my sister... they were both were to be delivered on Sunday. My mother's was delivered on Saturday missing the balloons I paid for and the other still never delivered and YOU CANNOT GET ANYONE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE AND THEY DO NOT CALL BACK! I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange.
