I decided to give this company a chance- what a mistake. Ordered flower to be delivered May 11 2019. Received an email this aftrrnoon, May 13,2019- saying there is still a delivery delay. So much for Mother's Day celebration! Will not use Justflowers again. Don't get a person when you call customer service- leave a message.

We placed a gift flower delivery order + chocolates. The items were never received. The phone numbers listed on their website were all of a sudden disconnected. If I clicked on the hyperlink it forwarded to an international phone number (We're in the US).
I requested a full refund 10 times by email. I keep receiving 'apology' emails, and other emails apologizing for my"'dissatisfaction with the delivered items."
It is now two full days after the delivery date, with Zero Human contact an Zero Delivery.
I've placed a formal dispute with Visa though our Credit Card Company. I advise everyone else do the same.

I ordered Mothers Day flowers for a friend on Saturday evening. I received an email yesterday (the day of delivery) at 3:15 pm stating "we are truly sorry your Mothers Day order was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day with a note of apology." Received the very same email today. I tried calling for 2 straight hours today, only to be put on hold then being forwarded to a generic message telling me to leave a message. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. Totally a rip off, I just want to be refunded at this point but NO ONE can seem to get a hold of a real person (only vague emails and phone messages). I'm really wondering if this company actually exists!

There was several flower delivery services I was considering for Mother's Day flowers, but made the mistake of thinking JustFlowers would come through. I ordered for Sunday delivery, which is the whole point of having flowers send for Mother's Day, right?
I received an auto-generated email at 4:22pm on Sunday telling me, "we are truly sorry your Mother's Day order... was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day and we will include a note of apology from our company. Thank you for your understanding."
It's now close to 6:00pm on Monday - the day after Mother's Day - and still no delivery.
Will never use these jokers again, guaranteed.

It's been 3 days, They won't answer the phone to cancel my order and will not give me a refund. I have called three numbers and yet no one answers. It's a modern day SCAM! I have filed claim with my bank. I will read reviews 1st next time. They keep emailing same copied message. Apology note thanking me for understanding when I'm saying give me my money back. Ordered and was charged for Mom's Day Flowers to be delivered Saturday. Call repeatedly Saturday and Sunday without success. Order #******* needs to be refunded ASAP. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They were supposed to arrive on Saturday. The flowers had not arrived by Sun afternoon. I called multiple times and the system either hung up on me or asked for me to leave a message for a call back. No one called me back. One message I received on the system was "for faster service click the link on my confirmation email". I never received a confirmation email. I was charged though, not surprised. In case you didn't get my 100 *******@Justflowers.com: order ******* is cancelled and I have already alerted the credit card not to pay this charge. I have ordered from 800 Flowers.com. They will be delivering tomorrow. I hope you go out of business. Thanks for ruining my Mother's Day gift.

This site is a joke. We specifically ordered from this site because it offered Sunday delivery and then we get some bogus email saying that it was delayed and would be delivered on the next available delivery date. What kind of joke is that? When you have to put a banner on your site directing people with questions about your mother's day order, you know things didn't go well. We paid for Sunday delivery and nothing has arrived. It is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I have never ever ordered flowers and had them delivered late with an apology. If you can't handle the orders, don't offer. All you have done is disappointed people. We need this resolved better than a stupid apology or a 10$ credit. I'm not going to be ordering every again from this site.

Ordered for Mother's Day to Be delivered 5/11 on SATURDAY before. Flowers have STILL not shown up 2 days later. They Charged my 90$ and there's nothing but dead ends when it comes to customer service. Thier "inquiry form" gives you no options on cancellation, just gives you options for responses that favor them keeping your money. Nothing but recordings on phone calls, and when they do call back and give you a "just another day" it comes from a blocked number.
This site is a joke, I should have trusted my gut when other "Valid" sites say they couldn't deliver that this one could. Here is some advice "Just Flowers", don't promise a delivery date you can not deliver on. Block it out or void it like the VALID sites do so that your not setting yourself up for failure as well as the customer and the recipient up for DISSAPPOINTMENT!

I ordered flowers for mothers day and made sure that the delivery date was on Sunday, arriving in time for mothers day. I ordered a standard flower package for $69.99 and at no point was there indication of any additional charges or fees. After my order was processed, I was charged $89.99. When I called to ask, they informed me that there was an extra delivery and service fee (although it was not indicated when I purchased online).
My flowers WERE NOT DELIVERED on mothers day. I received an email at 6pm on Sunday apologizing that delivery was delayed. When I called customer service, I couldn't get ahold of anyone so I left a voicemail and email. I received a call back the following day saying that the flowers will be there on TUESDAY (two days after mothers day).
Two issues- 1) I was charged an additional $20 over what I agreed to pay and 2) the flowers weren't delivered on the day I ordered them to be delivered.
Jill, one of the managers, offered to refund me $10. After explaining my situation (practically begging) she offered to refund me $20. This may have made up for my $20 overcharge but didn't address that fact that my flowers were two days late!

I order flowers here for mother's day which fell on a Sunday, I ordered on a Saturday. This website over exaggerates it's " same day shipping". I paid $89 in hopes she will receive it on mother's day even if it was before mother's day I would be pleased. I received a phone call from the company at 9:40pm on Mother's Day night saying they were unable to deliver and will redeliver the following day. I am furious. Why would anyone pay nearly $100, not to mention I paid more to have it delivered on the very day, and still not receive it? It's despicable. Ruined my mother's mother's day gift. And all they could offer was an apology note and a $10 credit. It took me a whole day, I kid you not just to speak to a human being because the automated service kept saying they were having a busy day. I don't care how busy you are, if ANYONE pays you to deliver on a specific day, it's your job to uphold your part.
I will never use this site again and I will forever recommend no one delivers from here.

Guys, DO NOT EVER order anything from them. Don't do my mistakes. Justflowers claimed they can deliver on mother's day. However I received a phone call from them on May 11th and the recorded voice told me they are not able to deliver. I've been trying to contact them for about an hour - in vain! They send you to the voicemail. I was not able to talk to the customer service representative.
My question to the management is how do you determine who is going to get the flowers and who is not? You accepted my order, lied that you are able to deliver, charged me and then told me you aren't able. Then how did you decide who is going to get the flowers on that day and who is not?

Fraudulent! Same story as the others. Ordered for Mother's Day, received a very strange confirmation call directly after. Flowers not delivered. No confirmation email. Ended up calling my bank to dispute the charge because Just Flowers does not answer. But they will answer if you call and want to place another order... go figure. These people are unable to transfer to customer service. Call your bank!

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
