Ordered Mother's Day flowers on line ($120). Today is the Tuesday after Mother's Day... no flowers! Cannot reach anyone on customer service. They emailed me on Monday to say the flowers were not delivered and would be delivered on 'the next available day'. I have emailed and called and left messages. No Response. Do Not Use Them. You will be disappointed!
Worst experience I could have had. Ordered flowers to come the day before Mother's Day, just to be safe. I received an email stating: "we are truly sorry your Mother's Day order ******* to xxxxx xxxxx was not able to be delivered. We will deliver your order on the next available day. Thank you for your understanding." There was no explanation for why it couldn't be delivered so I expected the flowers would be delivered on Sunday, Mother's Day. Nope. I received the same email that they could not be delivered on Sunday. Because of COVID my mother is stuck at home and has not missed the delivery, the delivery has not been attempted. I have tried to contact customer support only to be forwarded to an automated message with choices to have the delivery go through on the next day or cancel. I have emailed back from the emails I received and no one has contacted me to explain the issue or when the flowers will be delivered. It is now Tuesday and the flowers have still not been delivered.
I now look like the son that didn't send my mother anything on Mother's Day. I called to let her know the delivery would be coming but as the days roll on with nothing, I look like a terrible son and she has nothing.

I ordered flowers online for Mother's Day which stated to be delivered on Saturday or on Mother's. Day. There was a problem with their website so I called, waited forever and was told to refresh the computer. They were aware of the problem. When I went back on line Saturday was no longer an option for delivery. So I chose Sunday for delivery. It it two days after Mother's Day and they are still not delivered. You can't talk to anyone in person so I put in an order query on line. Still no response. I Will Never Order From Them Again.

NEVER USE THIS SITE! EVER! An absolute scam. Not only do they charge about $20 just for the "guaranteed same-day delivery" that isn't even actually guaranteed (both of my orders arrived the day after Mother's Day), but when the flowers do arrive, they are not even remotely similar to the images posted on their site. I ordered flowers for my mother and my grandmother, both of which arrived late, missing items, including flowers that were mostly dead and in vases that weren't even half the size of the vases pictured online. They stole around $200 from me, and probably many, many others as Mother's Day is the biggest day in the year for flower deliveries. They haven't answered not even one of my calls. Poor customer service and complete scam. They even removed the photos from their site of both bouquets I ordered, as if they knew what they sent was not even sort of close to it.

I ordered flowers for graduation and Mother's day and they never arrived... after about 30 phone calls, multiple emails and attempts to reach these people I still have nothing 4 days later... what a scam do NOT buy anything from these scum bags... they are not BBB approved either even though their website says they are... how many graduates and mothers were disappointed this year thanks to them? They have so many complaints its unimaginable this is unforgivable... Another nice contribution to an already very challenging time... thanks for another nightmare with a 250.00 price tag...

My mother never received the flowers. I also received an email the following Monday stating that my credit card was in correct so they cancelled the order (which was false because they actually charged my card). Then I received an email on the following Tuesday saying the flowers were delivered, which they were not. I will definitely be disputing the charges and never using them again.

Just flowers has provided extremely disappointing service. I placed my order on May 9th for a bouquet to be delivered on Mother's Day the following day. I did not receive a confirmation email summarizing my order, my order was not delivered and their customer service never picked up the phone. Their customer service ended up replying to my email 2 days after my first attempt to contact them, saying that a delivery attempt was made but the address didn't exist so the delivery was not completed. They conveniently didn't specify which address they ended up using and never notified me of an attempted delivery. I order these flowers for that specific address every year and have never made a mistake on this address, which leads me to think Justflowers is simply trying to find an excuse to justify their delay. This was just a terrible customer experience from beginning to end, stay away.

My sisters and I order my mother flowers for Mother's Day. My mother never received them. We have called and emailed the company but no response. It was bad enough we were unable to be with her because of quarantine but even worse to think her kids forgot about her. She cried and it hurt us to the core. The customer service is not there. Just Flowers is the worse. It's a scam! I ordered for my mom. She never received her flowers on Saturday or Sunday. I've been trying to get in contact with them. No answer at all. They're not responding to my emails. I have called BBB on them. My brother (Attorney) and I are filing a civil case and complaint. Please if anyone wants to help take them down pls contact me. I ordered flowers for my mother the thursday before mothers day. They were supposed to be deleivered sat. They never came. I thought that maybe i put the wrong date and they would come on sun. They didnt come sunday either. During this time, i called, text, emailed, got online, and left messages to anyone who would listen hoping to get an idea of where my mothers flowers were. Nothing. I had an order # but no email reciept #. No one ever contacted me. The money was out of my account tho. Well today still no flowers, but the money has been credited back to my account. Guess they didnt want ro deliver my mother her flowers so they gave me my money back, no explanation, i was never contacted by anyone. Nothing. I knew better. Thanks for nothing. I emailed them, called them and left a message, and still no reply. 4 days later and I have nothing, not even a word from them. Does service get worse than that?

These people are terrible. Not only did they not deliver flowers at the time their website promised, they do not answer the phone in order to follow up as to where the order is. They ask you to email them in order to follow the the delivery of your purchase, but then they do not respond. Will never use them again. Am reversing the charges on my card as they still have not delivered Mothers Day flowers and it is almost 5pm on Monday the 11th.

When we placed our ordered we were very excited to see it was promised to be delivered on Mother's Day when other sites stayed could not guarantee theirs. Have contacted every number just flowers gives and can not speak to a live person unless you call to order flowers, then they give you a number that you have already called. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
