This place seems like a scam. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day (Order # *******). They were never delivered and, after one insubstantial response, the company stopped responding to my questions regarding when or if the flowers were coming. They have ruined the day and now seem like they are never going to deliver the flowers, refund my money, or even respond to me.
Ordered flowers for delivery day before mothers day 5/9/2020. Price shown does not include delivery- no confirmation page when purchased on line showing additional shipping charge. My $79 flowers were billed to my CC $114. Then 5 days after mothers day the flowers still have not been delivered. Fraudulent and you cannot get through the automated system on the phone or email to get a live customer service agent. SCAM!

NEVER ever ever order from "Just Flowers" I ordered a plant with flowers to be delivered on Saturday the day before mother's Day. It was not delivered I called they said it will be delivered Sunday. It was not delivered I called again and got very upset with these people and they promised it would be delivered yesterday! Here we are Tuesday and it is still not delivered you cannot even get through on the telephone everything is automated I am furious! So NEVER ever order from Just Flowers! As of today Wednesday my mother still has not received her flowers.

I ordered Mother's day flowers that were supposed to be delivered on Saturday 5/9. This is now 5/13 and still no flowers. I have attempted to call and receive recording indicating "they are busy servicing customers call back later or inquire via their website" I have sent emails, inquired via their website to no avail. They are very slow to respond to emails and when they do, I get a canned reply indicating they will be delivered on the next available delivery day. This has been going on for several days now. They have my money (100+ dollars), but have not received the product.

I had the worst experience with this company. They are a scam!
I placed 4 orders (my mom, sister, sister-in-law and best friend) for flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, none of which was delivered. I spent over $500 with my order. I have emailed and called dozens of times and no answer or reply.
I am so sad by this, and angry!
There is not a live person when u call, you go in circles until the call automatically ends.

"Guaranteed delivery on Mother's Day," their site proclaimed. I ordered the day before, choosing their site among others who offered the same guarantee. I paid dearly, as I assumed I would. They emailed me shortly after saying they modified my order to assure delivery by Mother's Day. I thought that would probably be OK. But the order didn't arrive on Mother's Dayit arrived Monday at 3 p.m. The flowers looked good but I'd paid their premium price ONLY because of their guarantee. I figured my $177 purchase was probably at least $100 overpriced and contacted them for a partial refund. They offered a $10 credit toward my next purchase. No thanks, JF. My next purchase will be elsewhere.

I ordered a mothers day bouquet and their website advertised delivery ON Mother's Day, which is why I chose this site over others. I received order confirmation of this delivery and receipt of payment. Mother's Day passed, no notification of delivery or delivery time. I called Tuesday evening after no delivery to my Mom and the agent told that it was too late to cancel, but could not provide status of delivery. I had paid premium amount for delivery on Sunday, only to be told on Tuesday evening that the my order would not be fulfilled as agreed and advertised at purchase. I asked for the name of the florist to try and get a better status and Just Flowers representative would not share this info. Despite the fact that the delivery vehicle would arrive at my Mom's house likely with a company logo of some sort? Just Flower's offered no resolution to this matter, only that I would be continued to be charged with the original amount despite the order not being fulfilled as purchased. Outrageous customer service. I will never use them again and I would encourage other consumers to look elsewhere.

STAY AWAY! Ordered flowers for Mother's Day - guaranteed to be delivered on Sunday (Mother's Day) it's Tuesday and still no flowers. Have called every # I can find since Sunday and all I get is the same useless automated system asking me to leave my contact info and they will return my call - they have not. Sent an email - no response. Submitted their online request to still deliver the flowers - no flowers still and no response. 0 customer service truthfully I think this company is a scam. I cannot understand how they can be listed on Goggle Search #1 on the page! So far this company has lied to me, cheated me and beat me out of my money. Order #******* for what ever that is worth.

I had ordered for a delivery on the 10th on the website for which I paid 104. Flowers were never delivered and I was sent a mail stating due to mother's day deliveries it will be sent the next day. I tried requesting on the helpline they informed me it was not possible.
The next day (11th may) they again failed to deliver and sent me the same mail saying appologies for the undelivered item. I have been trying to call them for 3 days the call is never answered and is redirected to the pre-recorded assist. I have spend more money co ordinating for my order than the order amount as I called them from UAE. Today (12th may) neither did I receive any communication from their end regarding the delivery nor did they answer my calls. I have mailed them for the cancellation of my order to which they haven't reverted as well. I m disappointed with the service. The website promised to deliver the same day so I choose them. However they do not respect the sentiments of their customers. Its a fraud.

If I could give this company a 0 rating I would. I ordered flowers on Saturday May 9th to be delivered on Sunday May 10th. They emailed saying they were making a substitution to my order to have it delivered on time. My mother still hasn't received them. I have called multiple customer service numbers for the company and never get through to anyone. I have emailed them as well, with no response. I also ordered a Birthday arrangement to be delivered May 13th, and I highly doubt it will arrive. Do not waste your time or money on this company!

Ordered Mother's Day flowers for MIL on 5/******* to be delivered on 5/9/2020. When ordering site never stated there would be a problem for delivery on the date that was picked. It is now 5/12/2020 and STILL no delivery. We have called a dozen times and pressed all the different options in hopes we could get a human on the phone but no matter which option we picked, we would be put on long hold times and then asked to leave a message. One of the times we did leave a message but no call back from a human. We received a robo call on 5/10 and 5/12 asking if we want to cancel the order or have it delivered. Bot times we pressed the number corresponding to having item still delivered. For it to still be delivered. Flowers still hasn't been delivered. Order # is *******.
Flowers were sent because of quarantine and trying to keep MIL safe but this was a big fail! Totally upset with this outcome and so was MIL.

I looked at several online flower sites to order flowers for delivery on 5/10, Mother's Day. Being "same day", many of those sites only had 5/11 or 5/12 as "next available delivery date". JustFlowers.com did have 5/10/20 still available to choose as "delivery date", so I paid the price, which was a lot more than the usual... knowing I was paying extra for ordering same day (in my mind). If I wanted to order for another delivery day, I would have just gone to one of the other sites, charging much less (approximately $58.00 less). I placed the order around 1:15pm EST and confirmed with intended recipient that she never received them (7:15pm EST). I called JustFlowers.com, but the message suggested going to their site to submit an inquiry about my order. I also never received any email receipt/confirmation from them but I did receive a strange Norton Shopping Guarantee email, which at least had that order # on it. On the JustFlowers.com inquiry site, I chose "Not delivered, please cancel delivery" (5/10 late evening), to ensure they did not try to deliver another day (too late). Early morning on 5/11/20 I sent an email asking them to confirm cancellation and refund. No reply. On the afternoon of 5/11/20 I called and left a detailed message, never received a call back. If I didn't know any better, I would think this site is a scam. I did confirm to date, no delivery had been made, but for the price I paid anything after the 5/10 delivery date they let me choose would have been too late anyway. The fact that they do not even send an automated reply to emails or return calls, is concerning. I had to finally call my credit card company to dispute the $133.23. They should change their name to JustNOTflowers.com. If they had answered/called back/emailed back... anything, to let me know they just got overwhelmed and couldn't deliver, I would have appreciated the effort and used them in the future. Now, I will stay far away.

I ordered Mother's Day flower a for my wife on Saturday as my kids wanted to do something special for her. They all chipped in their hard earned money(all 5 are essential workers) and we ordered. Sunday, Monday no flowers. I called 5x on Monday, left messages, not one response not one email or call! Nothing. Just $165.00 for no service, flowers, or response. Seriously! Never thought we would be taken advantage of!

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange.
