I expected a delivery confirmation but didn't get one. The recipient acknowledged receiving on the expected day.
Everything went fine with the exception that the florist in that area could not make the arrangement I chose...however the recipient was very happy with arrangement that she got. Her daughter told me they were beautiful. Justflowers contacted me of the situation and took care of it all. Love the service.
I ordered the flowers online from Australia for my friend who lives in South Cairo, NY for her birthday and her brother's passing away. First, I received an email advising they could not find the address that I've given to them and could not confirm the person's name being residence of the address. Through Google Maps and internet research, I found the address and my friend's husband as confirmed resident of the address. Also received bad line phone calls asking to change the date of delivery to the next day because they could not find a florist. Again, through my internet research, I found a lot of florist shops in the surrounding areas, which again I informed them of this. In addition, I advised them that if they're unable to provide the service, I request a refund. However, to my surprise the next day, I received another email asking for additional $25 payment to enable them to deliver the flowers. Whilst through my reply email, I informed them I am not paying extra, deliver the flowers or please provide a refund asap. Through their phone, I was advised, they can deliver it without further cost but has to be deferred again for the next day. My friend's birthday was four days ago and the flowers supposed to arrive on her birthday.
If management of this business read this post, please put your act together deliver my flowers at no extra cost otherwise please provide me with the refund asap. I wish this business review through this website before signing up because certainly you have had a lot of unhappy customers.
I ordered flowers for a special birthday two days in advance and paid extra for early delivery. They called after 2:00 p.m. the day they were to be delivered to say they needed to substitute. I canceled my order and will be surprised if I get my money back. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I received this succulent garden from a friend -- keep in mind she paid $60+ for this. It was completely COVERED in soil, to the point I could not tell what the product was. Two of the succulents had been ripped out (roots included) and they were just laying on top. It was obvious that the package had been thrown around and turned upside down.
The JustFlowers customer service team was very difficult to get a hold of and were confused/ could not find my order number. Once a case was created due to my complaint, they said that they could not do anything because it had exceeded their policy timeline. They do not care when the photos were taken - all that matters is that you contact them within 7 days.

Don't get what you ordered. You gat a cheaper arrangement and no resemblance to what you ordered. Got a $70 arrangement for my mother's funeral, sent by my daughter. I called the florist here in town and they told me what the order said. They aren't taking orders from them anymore.
I found out she paid $130 to Just Flowers and our florist got $70. BEWARE!

I ordered And arrangement with an upgrade of $20 for deluxe. This service hires local florists to fill the order. The order was filled based on the picture online and was not the deluxe. I was embarrassed by what arrived for my friends birthday. And I was an able to obtain a refund or even the $20 difference which was appropriate.

I ordered a product from their online called over the blue horizon. Was a blue vase with calililys blue Hydrangea and assorted flowers. Pd 85.00 to be delivered on sat. They did not I called they said could not on sat had to be mon. I asked if before noon due to person getting product would be leaving. They said ok put in order. On mon at 1130 recieved text saying had to substitute. Clear vase. No blue flowers and put in daisies and red rose. This was for a sympathy delivery for a lost child named Blue. They refused to help in any way all they said was oh sorry I asked to get number of the florist they were using. They refused. The only thing they would do was give me $15 off. Would not cancelorder either. Very unsatisfying customer service. And not willing to help at all. If I cant buy what you have listed on your website then it shouldn't be listed.

I ordered flowers a week ago, and they say they were delivered but the person never got them. I've been calling all week, they refuse to give me the name of the flower shop and refuse to give my money back! I'm complaining with the BBB!

Fowers for a friend who passed away, ordered to be delivered 16th of July, i still have no confirmation they have been delivered and now 23rd of July. So missed the funeral by 6 days. I would never use them again. Can't add photo as i have not seen flowers yet, but have 5 emails telling me next day 5 times.

Didn't receive the flowers until a week after it was supposed to be there. Customer service said they were going to find out what had happened but I never heard anything back from them. My cousin let me know a week later that they finally showed up
Ordered a plant for a funeral via the website 4 days prior to delivery. On the day it was to be delivered, they called and forced a substitution for a dish garden. When I called an hour later, they refused to cancel the order. Over 2 hours on the phone on hold, transferred to managers. They refuse to disclose the name of the local florist that they used. When i told them the name of the florist, because I made some calls, they denied this was the florist they contacted. They then called that florist to tell them they would not allow cancellation of my order. Got a measly $15 off for my trouble and wasted my afternoon.

When I tried to select 'Deluxe' for "Precious Love" arrangement, it jumped to "Hearts of Affection." I eventually concluded that if you add a few flowers to Standard "Precious Love," it becomes Standard "Hearts of Affection," which is priced the same as Deluxe "Precious Love." Not dishonest, but confusing.

This was easy and I have bought from you before and was satisfied. Last order was for Mother's Day and was not delivered until a week later. I assume it was because of the virus and so I just ordered from you again to be delivered on Monday July 6th to someone. It is a plant this time and hope

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
