I ordered flowers from this company and the arrangement sent was ugly and looked as if a 5 year old put it together. It looked nothing like the item that I ordered. When I contacted the company's customer service the agent said she couldn't see anything wrong with the arrangement. The compensation they offered me was initially $10 off my next order. What a joke, then after I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint they offered a $15 refund which I refused to accept. Eventually they offered a $30.00 refund. The arrangement cost $99 with delivery (and a coupon). Due to the embarrassment, frustration and anger that they have caused me, I want a full refund.
I hope this works.
Some of the flowers never opened & quite a few withered & died 3 days after receiving them.

10/21/20----you will see based on the note above, I asked to have a picture of the finished product prior to delivery---this did NOT happen. The quality was subpar and I was embarrassed after seeing the arrangement at my friends house. Paid way tooo much for the quality. Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
