I ordered a beautiful, full flower bouquet and "Fine chocolates" for my Mother for Mother's Day with delivery set for Sunday May 12,2013 for a total amount of $80.00 I called Just Flowers after I placed the order and had them note on the order "No roses, recipient is allergic" as my Mother is highly allergic to roses. The bouquet I ordered had pink daisies and pink carnations.
The order was delivered on Saturday, not Sunday as promised. The flowers my Mother received were 4 red roses and 5 white lillies with a small bag of mini Toblerone chocolates. Needless to say, my mother was horrified that I would send her roses! She put them outside immediately. I explained to her what I had ordered and assured her I would never send her roses!
I spent the past 3 days trying to call all 3 phone numbers that I was given in my order confirmation, in total about 25 calls. Up until this afternoon, an automated service answered the phone, put me on hold for 3-5 minutes, then hung up on me. I also sent them 2 e-mails with pictures attached showing them what I had ordered and what was delivered. Today I had 2 responses. The first said they were looking into it and they would call me. The second said they had a question for me and for me to call them.
I called and spoke with a lady named Bet, finally. I first asked what their question for me was. She had no idea what I was talking about. I then told her of the problem with my order and the delivery of the wrong flowers and chocolates. I told her I needed a full refund. She told me that they could not refund any money because the flowers were delivered. I explained again about the wrong delivery and that I wanted my money refunded. She then told me she was transferring me to a manager and put me on hold. 4 minutes later she came back on the line and said managers were not accepting transfer calls, I would have to call them myself. I told her to try again. She did and once again, told me they were not taking transfer calls and I would have to call myself. I finally got the phone number from her and have tried 4 different times already to call, all 4 times it just rings and rings for 3+ minutes with no answer.
Never use Just flowers.com. I was assured that flowers would be delivered for my Mother's funeral. They never arrived and I was never notified until I called them. At that point I was informed that they would not make it to the funeral. I was very upset with this company and told them to make sure and cancel my order and not to charge my Card. Guess what my card has been charged. I called the company and tried to get customer service which left me on hold and then said because of long wait times try again later. Hung up on me. Next I called the ordering line, I got someone. Told this person that I wanted to speak to a manager and after some hesitation given a number to call. Guess what, the number was busy. I was unable to get through or leave a message. Please don't let this happen to you. Terrible rating for just flowers.com Not customer friendly, Not reliable and quick to charge your card, but slow to refund. I have been told it may take 10 days when I spoke to the ordering salesman that so hesitantly gave me the manager number. I just wanted to share my experience with the world. Do not put your trust in Just flowers.
It's Mother's Day... what's left of it. I should have read the reviews before ever ordering from this website. I pre-ordered 3... YES 3 arrangements from them for Mother's Day... each going to a woman who definitely needed the comforting as my dad passed away recently and I wanted to cheer them up. NON OF THEM ARRIVED. No explanation, nothing. All I can do is leave an email because none of the customers services numbers are answering and after waiting 10 mins, a recording will come on and hang you up. I am beyond sad right now... not to mention I had talked to these women gearing them up for a surprise at their door. I hope they end up getting something tomorrow, if not... I am going to throw a major fit. I don't really have the money to be buying flowers, let alone ones that never arrive! I'm angry about this.
Failed to deliver Mother's Day flowers. No call or email or follow up of any kind.
I ordered flowers for Valentines day (to be delivered on the 13th, the day before Valentines Day) & paid extra for them be in a red vase & another additional fee for delivery before 1pm (total order $115).
The flowers arrived at 2pm in a clear vase & was not the arrangement I ordered. I tried 4 times to contact justflowers.com by phone leaving messages no one returned my call. I emailed them, no one responded to me email. I filed a complaint with PayPal that finally got them to re-send the correct arrangement (still not in the red vase I paid extra for). When I escalated the case with PayPal they finally contacted me only to offer a $10 refund! Not even enough to reimburse the extra $32 I spent for a red vase & early delivery! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JUSTFLOWERS.COM... YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINED!
USERS BEWARE. I WOULD WARN EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS SITE. THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. I ordered a "European Garden" flower dish arrangement from a web site called FLOWER DELIVERY.COM on Saturday morning at the web site phone number *******079. I should have realized something was wrong when the operator (girl) came on line and said the company name was JUST FLOWERS.COM. The operator told me they would be able to deliver the flowers before 6 pm that day, so I made the order. The flower dish arrangement came to a total cost of 49.99 plus tax and I thought there would be a delivery fee of 10 dollars. I did not know about the other charges until they sent me an e-mail showing 2.99 handling fee and 18.98 for shipping or service, for a total of 71.96. The operator also gave me a different number to call, *******911, opt 3 if I had any questions. I called our family on Sunday and inquired if the flowers had cheered them up and I was surprised to hear they never got any flowers. NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED. No one called me from JUST FLOWERS to let me know what was going on, they had my number. NOT PROFESSIONAL. I called JUST FLOWERS on Monday morning and after waiting on the phone for a while, the girl told me that NO FLORISTS were available to deliver flowers on the weekend in the Fairhope, Alabama area. Monday morning I called three florist in Fairhope and two in Foley and they are open on Saturday. The JUST FLOWERS operator apologized for the delay and they could still deliver the arrangement today or tomorrow. I said, NO, THANK YOU. The order needed to be there by Saturday and you did not do what was promised. CANCEL THE ORDER PLEASE. The JUST FLOWERS operator told me she could not do that without a manager approval, but would put a credit out there for me to use at a later date, maybe for Thanksgiving or Christmas. I told the operator, NO THANK YOU. This business is more interested in keeping the money than providing the service which was promised. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I called my credit card company and I am refusing to pay for flowers which were not delivered. I WOULD WARN EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS SITE. USERS BEWARE.
I was trying to give my Daughter flowers for her birthday... not only did this group fail to deliver this on-time but they did not provide my money bank and had to force them off from my bank. Later that day they called my Daughter and asked how where the flowers that she received.
Fraudulent company. Do not order. No flowers were delivered. You cannot get a refund, actually they will charge you $15 additional for non delivery. They will tell you they attempted delivery and called. You cannot understand them with their thick accents. Called 8 times with no resolution. They need investigated and shut down!

I ordered flowers for same day delivery. And agreed to pay for the shipping and handling and same day service. They sent me an email saying they would have to charge me $10 more because they could not find a any business that could deliver close by.
I NEVER authorized the $10 charge and wanted to cancel my order. They said they had already delivered and I would have to authorize. I refused then they tried to negotiate to get me to pay $5 and then $3. I said no and they feel they can charge me anyway.
I ordered a bouquet exactly as the picture said, cotton candy, it 54.99 but for 10.00 more the bouquet would have more flowers. I then was up to 64.99 and they took 10.00 off but then charged 4.99 for express delivery (within 4 hours) but actually it was two days later, 3.99 handling and 16.98 for shipping or service. Total. 80.95. I would have even been happy if it had even looked similar to the photo and I was guaranteed the local florist had the flowers required for the bouquet. The bouquet had 4 roses, 2 lilys and some green, not even baby's breath. Whatever you do, do not order from these people. I called the credit card company and I am refusing to pay for this.
I wish I could give them a ZERO! I received an email that the flowers hadn't been delivered (it wasn't even attempted there was no note left). I called the next day to ask which local florist they had used so my dad could go pick up the flowers for my mom. They wouldn't tell me but said they'd call the local florist, see if it was OK, and call me RIGHT BACK. (no call for the next hour, I have call waiting) While waiting I started calling all the florists around my parents area and located the local florist myself. She couldn't have been nicer and went way out of her way to track down what had happened. I had ordered white daisies and the florist didn't have white in so she had asked justflowers to call me for an OK to substitute. They finally got a call back at 4:30 PM saying it they had recieved an OK. That's clearly too late for delivery yet that day and THEY NEVER CALLED ME to ask about the substitution at all. They had both my home and cell numbers so I was available all day. I double checked. No messages or missed calls on either phone. SO JUSTFLOWERS CANCELLED MY ORDER! I demanded a complete refund from justflowers and ordered directly from the local florist. I will never use a national florist system again but find local florists on yellowpages.com. The local ones have a business reputation to uphold and care about customer service.

I CALLED BACK AGAIN, EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, AND THE WOMAN I TALKED TO SAID SHE THOUGHT IT WOULD LOOK OK. FIRST OFF I DIDNT ASK HER OPINION I WANTED MY ORDER FIXED. I ORDERED SPECIFIC FLOWERS AND BALLOONS FOR MY PARENTS ANNIVERSARY DINNER AND EXPLAINED THAT ONE BASKET AND ONE VASE FULL OF FLOWERS THAT WERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED ARE NOT OKAY AT ALL. HOW ON EARTH IS THAT OKAY TO HAVE ONE BASKET ON ONE END OF THEIR ANNIVERSARY DINNER AND ONE VASE?! THIS IS THERE ANNIVERSARY! False Advertising - This site was very misleading. They told me that my package would be delivered on sunday. So sunday comes and I call because the package hasnt arrived to my mother in laws house yet. Keep in mind, this is her birthday suprise. The key is to deliver it ON HER BIRTHDAY. I call the company and this lady tells me that the florist isnt opened on sunday. What kind of bs is that. She tells me they will deliver the next day and have an apology note intacted to it. I wouldnt recommend this site to anyone. Pure Garbage with unprofessional work!

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
