I ordered flowers from this company and the arrangement sent was ugly and looked as if a 5 year old put it together. It looked nothing like the item that I ordered. When I contacted the company's customer service the agent said she couldn't see anything wrong with the arrangement. The compensation they offered me was initially $10 off my next order. What a joke, then after I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint they offered a $15 refund which I refused to accept. Eventually they offered a $30.00 refund. The arrangement cost $99 with delivery (and a coupon). Due to the embarrassment, frustration and anger that they have caused me, I want a full refund.
Darlene Fedor, we are extremely sorry that your experience with us was any less than excellent. You recently spoke with our customer service supervisor who offered you some compensation since you are dissatisfied with what was sent. However, you refused to accept and instead insisted on posting negative reviews. Should you choose to accept our offer of compensation, please call us back so that we can go ahead and facilitate that partial refund.
