I ordered the flowers online from Australia for my friend who lives in South Cairo, NY for her birthday and her brother's passing away. First, I received an email advising they could not find the address that I've given to them and could not confirm the person's name being residence of the address. Through Google Maps and internet research, I found the address and my friend's husband as confirmed resident of the address. Also received bad line phone calls asking to change the date of delivery to the next day because they could not find a florist. Again, through my internet research, I found a lot of florist shops in the surrounding areas, which again I informed them of this. In addition, I advised them that if they're unable to provide the service, I request a refund. However, to my surprise the next day, I received another email asking for additional $25 payment to enable them to deliver the flowers. Whilst through my reply email, I informed them I am not paying extra, deliver the flowers or please provide a refund asap. Through their phone, I was advised, they can deliver it without further cost but has to be deferred again for the next day. My friend's birthday was four days ago and the flowers supposed to arrive on her birthday.
If management of this business read this post, please put your act together deliver my flowers at no extra cost otherwise please provide me with the refund asap. I wish this business review through this website before signing up because certainly you have had a lot of unhappy customers.
