Easy to use website
Flowers were not delivered when requested. Called and emailed just flowers. Never received response back. Tried to look on line at my flowers I ordered picture was taken down. For 80 some dollars all that was delivered were carnations. I will never use just flowers again or recommend it. Finally July 3 after two months you send me a survey
I like the abundant amount of choices.
The flowers were for my aunt, she loved them. Delivered on time. Wish I could of seen a photo as She took pics with her phone and couldn't send them ( she is elderly). I live in MN. So its hard not knowing a good florist so far away. Would use again

Although we were home all day, we heard no knock or bell -- got flowers late in day, had been out in heat, arrive therefore wilted. Partly rejuvenated with water and care, but not completely.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
