Have ordered several times, the time for mothers day was a nightmare, when I called I was told to go on the website an the website told me to call. My mother received her flowers late.

I didn't get the flowers that were listed in the picture. I ordered purple tulips and got white tulips with purple carnations.
I ordered a classic Starbucks basket for my mum birthday and after 2 days arrived and they sent a plastic glass in the basket. The advertising said 2 Starbucks ceramic. It's a shame.
I will not be using this company again. They totally bomber their "delivery guaranteed" motto as I found out 2 hours after the delivery window that there are no flower shops that deliver to my area on Sundays. Disclaimer, I called them at 4pm and they told me if would be to the residence at 6pm but then they claim the flower shop wasn't even open, this makes no sense. So fast forward 2 hours later on the phone, and I'll I wanted was a confirmation email that told me my order wasn't delivered and that a manager would cancel it the next morning. They apparently tried to send 5 emails, to two email addresses and I got NONE, I also never got a confirmation email that my order was placed or that the flowers we delayed or undeliverable. After all this time on the phone with them they wanted to credit me $15 back to my account for the $81 I spent to have flowers delivered for a birthday on a specific day. After ruining my aunts birthday surprise and my dinner all they could do was waive the delivery fee. Never using them again, 1800 flowers gave the whole flower order for free when a similar scenario happened to me for a funeral. You trust a company will follow through and if they don't, you trust their customer service will make up for it, not here.

Do yourself a favor and just don't order from here! I ordered an arrangement for my aunts funeral and paid extra for the express delivery only to not have it delivered. When called about changing the address of delivery, they didn't explain the "fIne print." In my understanding it was going to be delivered that same day just to a different address. Fast forward to two days later still nothing and the services are over so I no longer need the arrangement, I ask for a refund and they basically say no matter what I say I can't get a refund. Why do I need a funeral arrangement when there's no more funeral?! Disappointing! Save yourself the trouble

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
