This company should be avoided at all costs. I purchased a pair of shoes in April 2020. Whilst I accept coronavirus had a part to play in a delay to the item, it is now August and I am still being told to wait for my delivery! I've asked for a refund because they are obviously lost or stolen. The response again was to ask me to wait with no hint of a refund. I am now taking further action.
I have bought a couple of different items on this page, I loved it! Everything from the ease of ordering, to fast shipping and the small details that have been included in the packaging! The customer service is amazing, super friendly! Everything is made with great quality and attention to detail!
Took too long for the approval of my credit card. I transposed two numbers and then corrected them and it still would not go through. I had to spend too much time on the phone with the Bank to get it straightened out. Just Fashion would not initially accept my correction.
The site is good and everything looks super nice that is why I bought 10 items. The mesurements were OK, only one did not fit, the fabrics are not always what is expected. For instance one dress has a see through material that I cannot wear. I would like to return it, but in China...!
The pictures on this website look so good. They do the lagenlook style of clothing which I so love and they advertise in larger sizes too, so attractive to the larger buyer like me! However, when the packet did not arrive I emailed them and have had no reply, let alone a refund. I think they are a Chinese firm as what these firms do is photograph below the face so you can't see they are Chinese! Nothing is wrong with a Chinese firm that delivers, it's just that the Chinese have got a reputation for bad salesmanship in this arena. This firm reminds me of Rotita, another Chinese firm with fantastic-looking clothes that also failed to deliver and left me out of pocket. I keep on falling for it! On reflection, the way that the site is laid out, with its multiple currencies and not-so-fluent English, should have been a key. I sort of had a bad feeling before I bought from them but was too lured in by the clothes to use my sharpened common sense! Don't be like me! Don't buy from this site!

The quality of the dress that I ordered here is excellent and it looks great on me (I was afraid my bust wouldn't fit me, but it's okay!) I have nothing negative to say :) I continued with the super saver free shipping and package arrived within the promised 15 days... so 5 stars to them!
You have a lot of beautiful merchandise but I found that much of it is aimed at a much younger group of women. I'm 76 and I wouldn't look appropriate in most of the styles. I did find some lovely blouses that I am very happy with and I get many compliments when I wear them. (I just wish I had longer arms because the sleeves are about 3" too long.)
It appears to be difficult to make changes in an order.
I ordered a dress from this company. After a month of hearing or receiving nothing I emailed them to get an update. They responded and said they do not have the dress in stock and could not provide me with an estimated shipping or delivery date. They offered me a 25% refund. I wrote back and said that was not acceptable and demanded a full refund and filed a claim with paypal. Today my paypal account shows a full refund. Apparently, this company does not have the merchandise they advertise. Hopefully, paypal will protect you too.

As said in all the reviews, the time to get these was over a month, even though I paid extra $28 to have shipped 3 days. They shipped out of MUHARRAQ... I looked on a map, HOLY COW... it lies between Saudi Arabia and Iran. What the heck! Needless to say, you get what you paid for. Very poor quality sandals, even though they are extremely cute on the site. The size 38=7.5 USA. Neither of them fit properly. I also ordered some dresses and a top. Very poor quality, but will hand them down to granddaughter for the price. Not worth the cost of return. I will not be ordering from this site again.

They often changing name, back in February was under the name HR harinrnesr. They stole my money never received my merchandises, I stop counting my emails and every time they responded oh your order is on the way, 5 months later they no longer existed on google, they a bunch of crooks just be careful.
Whatever u do please investigate online companies 1st I can not get in touch with them I've emailed them several times no replies at all. I tried to cancel my order haven't gotten my money back 52.26. So I'm out of my damn money and no the order hadn't be shipped still haven't. I don't want it anyway. I heard there's no return labels as well so don't order from them

Ordered 2 items in August. 1 item delivered, and the dress I need for an upcoming wedding isn't here yet. Luckily the wedding is in October and I intend to get a back-up. I spoke with JFN and they don't have a clue when the dress will arrived. It's still somewhere in China, sure not on a boat or plane yet. Of course they're not contacting me about the delay, I have to contact them. First and last time I'll order here!
I ordered several pieces of clothing. They didn't arrive all at once but I did finally get all of them. They are really beautiful. Size wise: I ordered a size up to make sure they weren't too small. I really like the style of your clothes & the fabrics. I'm pretty pleased with everything and I'll definitely keep you in mind when I order again…..
Was pleased with the jumpsuit. Loved the style, however, the upper part was close and hard to maneuver arms. Once I got it on, size 10, it fit fine and looked cute. This is my first purchase but will be back
The staff are really friendly,. And the shop sells a variety of different outfits which reflect the latest trends,. And you can buy your whole outfit including accessories in the shop,. Without worrying about going elsewhere.

Unfortunately there aren't many options to return items. Everything has to go back to CHINA and you, the customer, has to pay all the fees. Not a great way to encourage repeat business.

I regularly purchase from this store. It is nice experience, all the products are standard in quality and have long time durability. The material use to make them is high standard. Price is also in budget.
Don't order anything.IT is what everyone else is saying. It comes from China and the quality is horrible; nothing like the website. Then they tell you to take a lousy 20% store credit or 15% refund as it will cost more than the item to chip it back to China. What a great way to take people's money!

The material was cheap and did not look like photographs. Order dispatched in parts. Sent wrong size and I was expected to pay return shipping to CHINA. The returns permission took three attempts and took over two weeks. Returns procedure complicated and costly, so the dresses are in the dustbin. See photo of bad stitching. NEVER AGAIN!

The quality was nothing like pictured on the site. ( for example a Very thin polyester printed shirt that was pictured as a beautiful sparkly sweater for one item) it took approximately 4 weeks to receive them the return policy is insane … to return I was told it is not returned to them but to China abd that I am responsible for international shipping and " additional international fees " and delays
