The size chart suggested i wore xl pants and lg top - they are all really large on me and are being donated to salvation army, suggest correcting that size chart - also my one shirt - the scalloped neck snowflake shirt was missing from the order

My online clothing order here arrived earlier than expected. The dress is made of very soft material. It came in a very small bag thinking it was a joke, but when you take it what a surprise, it expands quite well, it fits perfectly.
The items looked very appealing in photos however are quite different when you receive them. Material is bad, stitching is poor, just the overall look of the things is quite cheap. Lots of synthetic. Sizing is off. Never again! Do not waste your money.

The dress was so poorly made none of the seams were straight the darts were in the wrong place and the Material very poor quality. An absolute waste of money!
Delivery was well over 3 mths and that was only after I'd sent about 6 e mails asking where it was. I have friends living in China and they receive letters/ parcels in about 10-14 days.
I returned a garment over a month ago and when I enquired where my refund was I was told that they needed the name of the shipping company or no refund would be issued...

Very disappointed. The items looked almost nothing like those shown on the site. The fabrics are garbage and the sizes are all over the place, so that you never know what you will receive. I had to put my order in the Goodwill box.
I love your clothes and every item fit just right. I went to Son's home in TN and Granddaughters (1 college and one graduated college last year). They loved them and my clothes staid there. I guess I'll reorder again for me. Prices great.
Scammers
Ordered about 10 items, received nothing like dresses on photos from their web. I received a full bag of smelly nylon rubbish. Primark would be like Prada in comparison to Just Fashion. After few weeks they finally agreed to give me a return label; i sent all dresses back to China. Costed me more than GBP 25.00. Everytime I ask for refund, I was told, they still did not get my dresses back. I am now in procedure with Royal Mail who advised that company sent back to UK the dresses?!?!? I do not want them back, just wanted my money back. And even if i receive them back, would I need to send them back and pay GBP 25.00 for postage?! Biggest scum I have ever dealt with!

I didn't have a single problem with my first purchase at this online boutique. My package was shipped and it arrived 15 days, this was earlier than it was supposed to be here, the shoes I ordered are very beautiful, comfortable and well designed!
The clothes sold on this website are all in good condition, a lot of good prices and sales, the shipping fee is cheap and I love it. It's easy to access and see what I want to search for, spread the word! That's great!
I have been trying to return 2 items purchase from this company for over 2 weeks now and, I am unable to get anyone from this company to respond to my request. There is no phone number to reach anyone and they claim 24 hour chat available that does not work.
Finally got the chat to work at this site. Was told a return address was issued. I downloaded the label and sent the return USPS. Note: I paid 17.00 for shipping to receive the 2 items ordered, now paid 15.00 to return them.
Will update when my refund is received.

It was easy for me to navigate the store, there are many beautiful pieces to choose from. The quality of the 100% of the items is excellent... the size may be a little small with some items... otherwise I cannot fault this fabulous boutique.
The sweater you buy here is well made and warm. The thickness is good for fall weather. Got compliments at work after wearing it with a pair of leggings. It sticks a bit after washing it a few times, but it's still super cute.
This is an easy to use and very easy to get started website for new online clothing buyers. As I have encountered some problem with some other online shopping websites, it is totally opposite. A wide variety of options, also very soon for delivery.
It is ok but because of exchange on money never sure how much the total will be till I get to the end. Also the sizes are like a guess in the dark as they never fit like the size charts say they should.
