Very easy but confusing. I was eligible for 1st order discount, spending over a certain amount discount snd a blanket discount but no where to enter the code to apply it therefore i didnt get it.
DON`T BUY ANYTHING IN THIS SHOP. THEY ARE SCAMERS. THE ITEMS ARE DIFFERENT IN THE REALITY THAN IN THE PAGE. THE QUALITY IS LOW, AND THE SIZES WRONG, THEN THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO RETURN YOUR MONEY. IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO RECEIBE YOUR EXPENSES. THEY TRY TO RETURN YOU ONLY 15% OF YOUR PAYMENT. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT IN THIS SITE

Sizing charts aren't always correct... makes it hard to pick the correct size needed. I checked each individual size for each item ordered and still wasn't correct.
Very cute tops, but confused on the size chart and the different ones. Hope I get what I need in the correct size!

I LOVE THE DRESS AND SHIRT THAT i RECEIVED. I FIND THAT, IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY. POLYESTER IS EMLOYED A LOT TO FABRICATE CLOTHES. I IMAGINE COST HAS A LOT TO DO WITH THIS CHOICE. ALTHOUGH THE PIECES ARE VERY NICE, THEY DO NOT HAVE STETCHABILITY AND TRAP PERSPIRATION UNDER THE GARMENT NEXT TO THE SKIN.
I got a response a couple of days ago from JustFashionnow informing me that they are a legit site.
Unfortunately I cannot see this visible here on Sitejabber, but it came to via the site in an email.
My response to this, perhaps whoever chose to write that response should check out my comments for each item of clothing I purchased from this company. There is only one item I am completely satisfied with and this looks like I one part of the dress, just the top part on the under layer. That dress shows a layer under the tunic type dress I got. So I cannot change my review or believe this is not a misleading scammer site. What you see is not what you get. It's cheap lookalikes. Futhermore I got an email today informing the 5th dress was despatched. I ordered this on the 23rd of July. I will have to wait another 10-20 working days for this.
The other thing is let me encourage you to read the reviews on the dresses on this site. It is questionable even if these reviews have been legitimately done, they seem to have common email addresses who say the same thing as if rehearsed on different dresses. Spelling errors are similar and they pretty much say the same thing for every dress. Does make one wonder.

I received an email from Just Fashion Now requesting my order number. They then got back to me yo apologise for the delay and offered a 15% refund or a 20% discount on my next order. I declined the discount and accepted the refund. Which is obviously not confirmed nor evident in my bank account.
After this I got an email to set my order will be sent in multiple stages and that one of the dresses was delayed for another 15-20 business days. So by the time I actually receive that dress it will almost 3 months from the date of order!
This company is selling products that are not in stock. Is that legal?

I got a response after putting the review on Sitejabber to let me know they are still waiting for 4 of the 5 dresses I ordered.
No response to when the dresses will come and what happened to the 5th dress.

So I am still in limbo about where this order is and it has been placed about 3-4 weeks ago.
Wish I had read the reviews on this company before. They do not reply to emails and my order has just in processing status as if they are scammers.
